New staff ! Missing bubble straws and coffee not hot

Great coffee as always and the staff is wonderful!

Over priced but amazing coffee so we pay the price !

I have come here for 4 years and I’m done with it. I don’t know what happened they can never make the drinks right they’re always wrong we have to wait 30 minutes for a drink I recommend going to any other caribou I’d drive to the Egan one before this one!

Very good coffee only problem was the one of the coolers drinks was removed but its comes over ices. They wouldnt blend it for me.

I wish there was a standard for drinks, and if there is, people are not following them. Depending on which Caribou I go to, some the drinks are so watery and taste like straight milk only. I usually love Caribou but the inconsistencies keep me away more.

Same great Caribou coffee, really friendly and helpful staff. The patio is really nice to hang out and drink coffee on too.

The customer service is awesome and the morning crew makes, in my opinion, the best chocolate mochas compared to other locations.

Congratulations to the folks here not being mindless political activists. I was shocked at how whacky this area is when it comes to virtue signalling being held above logic. These folks were what professionals should be, they do a good job, the product comes out quick, they dont act like theyre in charge of anyone and were all very pleasant. Way to go!

This location has a manager named Ashley or Amanda... be ware of them. They will not give you good customer service.... I bought a drink there and it was made incorrectly so I asked for another and she said “I doing me a favor so You choked be grateful that I’m doing this for you.” Terrible.. I called later and she continued to say that it was my fault. Would not recommend this location.

This is my go to for morning coffee. I send my order through the app and it is waiting for me when I get there. The staff is friendly and says hello even if I am just stopping to grab my drink from the table next to the door

They dont enforce the mask mandate. Especially the Saturday morning crew. I have seen the same customer in there twice now not wearing a mask. I will go get my coffee elsewhere. And its amazing that the positive reviews get comments from the owner and the negative ones get ignored. Time to email corporate.

Had the same issue with the almond milk not on the app. They explained it is a shipping issue and it is available if you go in but removed from app for now!

Every time I come to this caribou I feel like I pay more or the staff very spacy/unsure. Just go to another coffee shop in the area. 👍

Good, fast, helpful service. Never busy when I go in (though Im usually visiting at non-peak hours).

Like to sit here all year round and drink the drip brews from a ceramic refill cup.Also have a lot of merchandise options and a patio in the back during the warmer months.I have meetings here quite often and they have good enough internet to be able to do work on a computer.Customer service is awesome too.

The staff at Caribou Coffee is so great! The person who took our order was helpful in making suggestions and in helping us save a little money too (apparently, a Caramel Cooler is the same thing as a blended Caramel High Rise but a bit cheaper). He also chatted to us a little bit about our t-shirts and Lord of the Rings -- and we always appreciate anyone waving a geek flag.The person behind the machine was quick and efficient, and when she handed us our drinks, she took a moment to wish us a nice day in spite of the line of drinks she had to make behind us. It was a nice gesture that is often lost at busy coffee shops.

That new coffee drink with chocolate and butter scotch is amazing. I had it hot and my friend had it cold and we both were well pleased. My usual is the crafted cold press with milk chocolate. The staff is very friendly although one young man had one ear bud in and I thought it was unprofessional. There are plenty of plugins and it is a great place to talk. I get there a couple of times a month and will continue to go there.

Idk what the deal was today but, my drink tastes terrible and my Carmel wasn’t even stirred in my drink. It wasn’t the first time and it definitely won’t be the last!!!! But, it will be the last time I come to this caribou! If I could do 0 stars I would!

Carboy Coffee has an excellent selection of expressos and frappés. They have great food and awesome service with a speedy order completion time.

I had the best caramel coffee Ive ever had. Great service too. Good location as well.

Good food and coffee but the wait is ridiculous. I have waited less time at fine restaurants for dinner. Finished my egg sandwich and still waited another 15 minutes for my coffee.

Not a big coffee fan, but the wifi access makes this a great spot to have a meeting

Worst drive thru service I have ever experienced. Sunday morning at 6:55 no one was in the store 2 cars in drive thru line and took over 10 minutes to get 1 bagel with cream cheese.

My only issue was a wobbly table, but that was my doing and is a non-issue really.The baristas are really friendly and prioritize prompt customer service first.It can get loud with the music they play but maybe thats just me.

I like this Caribou. Plenty of seating. No super loud music drowning out conversation. And good coffee!

I love caribou coffee but everytime I go to the location on Kenrick Ave I am not happy with my drink. Very bland and lacking. Never had this problem any other location but everytime there I do. Keep thinking it cant be a forever thing but so far yes
