The pharmacy gave my son the flu shot instead of the Covid shot he had an appointment for. The pharmacist did ask us to come back the next day and he ultimately got the correct shot but I wouldn’t go back for future vaccinations without double /triple checking that they were giving me the right thing!

We shop here when we have to because its close to our home, but otherwise we dont frequent the store at all. The checkouts are always a pain, they rarely have things in stock, and the prices just arent competitive. Have yet to receive a pick up order or delivered order that was 100% correct, which isnt an issue with other local stores. Overall the only pluses are the location and that they carry a few rare items.

Several employees asked if I needed help finding anything. Nowadays its hard to find good customer service..so Thank You

Good store. Sometime not intuitive where an item may be. Staff seems overworked and just tired, but still very willing to answer questions and offer assistance.

I know the 1 star seems dramatic but unfortunately I was really disappointed with my experience and with the food. I placed an order for a specific pickup time, so I could grab my lunch and join a lunch call for work. A half hour before my scheduled time I got the message my order was ready. I got over there as quickly as I could but my food had clearly just been sitting out on a table. Also the food was just ok, the Chicken Fried Rice was so salty I couldnt even finish it. I cant imaging using the service again. Kind of bummed as it would be a convenient treat.Update - Adding to the bummer of an experience, I did reach out to the email below and never heard back. I know everyone is short staffed and customer service is time consuming work but asking me to follow up and then ignoring hasnt helped my opinion.

I wont go there because when COVID numbers were high, early last spring, they had a sign that said masks required but they didnt enforce it and several customers were not wearing masks.I want to know if Im going into a safe place. So if you have a mask requirement, enforce it or take down the sign.

I was “trained” here for aisles online a few days ago. It was obvious they had no real idea how to train me or time to train me, but luckily the girl they dumped me on was really helpful. One of the cooks was so rude on my way out I almost asked him what his issue was?? Like do you just hire people to be rude and make them feel stupid?

Very nice store. Good selection and staff are always super friendly. Stopped in the bakery and got some desserts for a get together and some flowers for my sister in law because her dog passed away. Always busy so be prepared for that, prices are typical or a little higher, but a nice store in general.

We had an issue with an item we bought. they were very helpful, apologized for the issue and then offered a return or exchange of the item. Great customer service!

Excellent service, excellent selection, and excellent savings. If you are looking to get high end items at a not so high end price. Stop in to Hy-Vee. The bakery goods are fantastic and meat selections are amazing. We stopped in prior to the super bowl and got in and out in no time at all.

Went to the vacuums to vacuum out my car… the first one ate my money and the second one was clogged and I couldnt get any suction to do anything to my car. Please pay more attention to this in the future

That voice is so irritating!!!Update after owners reply: I (as well as many other shoppers) appreciate anything that could reduce the constant call for Aisles online please dial 93, THANK YOU, every 90 seconds. I ask you to check this for yourself to confirm that Im not just complaining for the sake of complaining. Certainly another form of internal communication would reduce the noise. Currently, its not a pleasant or relaxing experience to be in the store.

Very disappointed with so many price increases and still no correction on a pricing issue that I brought to the CSR worker...very large banner hanging in juice asile showing price of $2.78 but shelf price listed $2.99...sooo aggravating and makes your wonder how many other store items have had wrong pricing that we dont even realize? Im very close to changing my main shopping store to Cub even though HyVee is much closer to my house.

Ive been to this store quite a few times since I moved here in March. While it puts the grocery stores in Maryland to shame, I remember the Hy-Vee in Eagan to be somewhat better. I have not been there in over a year though. Maybe I should give them the benefit of the doubt, especially with COVID, but there are too many empty slots in the shelves and the prices are quite high. One very good quality of this store is that you can always find someone who can help you find what you are looking for, which is not always easy in a place this huge. The meat is quite good. The bakery is very good, and the employees are mostly very friendly.

Rosemount is my favorite location. Has full bakery, bagel bar, asian, Italian, comfort food stations.

HyVee is always great! I loved that the layout of this one is pretty much the same as my local store. It made finding what we wanted so easy.

We went in there to get our daughter a birthday cake, but all the cakes were super overpriced for what they were. We ended up getting a beautiful small one but it was $22 for the cake. We could have gotten a much bigger cake somewhere else for cheaper.

I and my daughters bought a number of pieces of Joe Fresh clothing on Saturday, July 17. We had noted the prominent signage in the department that announced 25% off ALL Joe Fresh items. Its too bad you didnt inform your cashiers of this. When I went to check out and reminded the cashier of the discount, he looked at me as if I were attempting to steal something. No one in the area knew anything about the sale, until a smart lady who helps out in the store (she helped me with a self-checkout the day before), checked the department and agreed with us. Yes, there was a 25% discount. It took an unnecessary and embarrassing 10 minutes, with other customers staring at me. Not a pleasant experience!

The savage store has lots of electronic carts and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The meat and vegetables are grade A, and the prices are about the same.

Definitely coming back! So many optioms here and the gourmet bakery is everything for a foodie like me!

Large store, great selection. Currently undergoing renovations so its a little cluttered in places and theyre out of a lot of items. But this is still one of my favorite grocery stores and I willingly drive the extra 5 miles every now and then.

Just went for the first time after moving to Apple Valley. The prices were great and was very satisfied with the layout.

The hibachi used to be good but they decided to switch to precooked meat and ruined it. I got rice noodles with chicken and beef and it tasted like cardboard so I had to throw it away.

New restaurant plan is OK, but there was nobody at the desk to take orders..Two clients waited at least 5 minutes and someone had to go find someone to take our orders. Once the order to go was taken it came in a timely manner...It felt like the whole restaurant was being run by two people...

Bigger prices, bigger lines. The only thing thats lower at Hyvee are my expectations.Been shopping here for two years or so and its been pretty disappointing all around. They seem to consistently fail even the simplest tasks. Raw chicken? Lets put it right on top of your fresh vegetables. Lots of canned goods? Lets fill this paper bag up to the top with them so it tears in half before the bag even makes it to your cart. Seems to be the daily expectation. Glad I wont be anywhere near this place again.

My inside the store experience was wonderful. Quick and easy in and out. I love the self check out conveyor system...My hyvee pick up was a bit disappointing. The people are always so friendly and super nice. However, this is the second week in a row that I have ordered aisles online for store pick up, and they have forgot a large portion of my order. In particular the cold items... they are always willing to get me my groceries by delivery or pick up, it just gets frustrating that it has happened more than once in a months time.

I always love hyvee I moved out of state to florida so being back at hyvee 1 year later there was a lot that changed.

First of all, I want to say this review is specifically directed at the grocery pickup. The physical store itself is awesome. We love shopping in the store when we have time. It is well organized and offers all kind of great features!As for the grocery pickup service, we seem to be all miss and no hit. The last four times we have picked up groceries there has been at least one item either expired, wilted, or visibly molded. Our last pickup (the weekend of 4/6) yielded the attached photos. Had I not been dealing with two sick children I would have driven right back, but that’s not the point of the service. At the time of pickup, the yogurt pouches were expired by almost two weeks and the apples were still within date, but fully covered in mold. I can understand maybe a one or two day slip on dates, but how can you miss visible mold covering the entire product and how is a product still on the shelf well over a week expired?We have been in the store to exchange and address these issues in the past, but it continues to happen. Please check your products as you unpack them if you do grocery pickup.

Not too fond of the store layout or the prices. They do have a lot of odd things you will not find at Cub or Target. Store is well maintained and the employees were friendly.

Groceries organized well, they have maps if you ask. Restaurants are nice, the meat, deli and fish counters are great. Everyone Ive spoken with has been helpful and friendly. Prices can be high on some things, watching sales and participating in their rewards program helps.

My favorite store by far. I wish they were in South Florida as well. Super clean, everything is fresh, great employees. I love the bakery. They feel more high end, you are treated very well, and the prices are a little higher than cub, but it is well forth it for the experience you have. I rate then higher than Lunns and Byerlys. I would say they are closer to a Kowalski‘s, but on steroids.

I had some trouble finding what i was looking for, so i asked an employee for help. he showed me where it was and he was incredibly friendly. James really helped me out and made the whole experience easier.

Only one criticism. We often experience product outages on advertised sales. We have also seen that specials at one location are not the same at another. Kudos to the bakery department! Breads are fresh made and wonderful! Sweets are to die for!
