Worse sunglass hut. I went into the store and they did not have the sunglasses that I wanted so the lady ordered them for me they came in a few days later I went to go pick them up they were full of scratches so when I tried to return them and exchange them for the same pair that did not have scratches the system was down and they would not do an even exchange for me all three people that work there twoladies and one guyNobody was interested in helping me with my return after spending $230 on a pair of sunglasses it was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I went to the Brandon mall and it was so much better I will never go back there again

Bought two pairs of sunglasses there over a year ago and took one back today with an issue. Amy took care of us in a jiffy, made the repair and we had such a great time there. She truly cares about her customers and it is so refreshing to see in a day and age where customer service barely exists! Thank you so much Amy it was a great pleasure to meet you today!
