Rude lady manager.I was In the cashier ready to pay and the card device started to updated or restart their program. I stock there for 3 minutes approximately. She send the other customers to the machine to check out but not me because my items was scanned.I decided to get spoons and plates, because IWAS waiting. She came to me letting me know that it was working, I took 2 or less minutes to take my things and walk to check out. She said that she Cancel my items because the other clients was waiting(I was waiting too!) . Ridiculous! So…. I started scanning my goods in the machine check out. She was waiting that I restart the line again. No apologies about the inconvenience was mentioned.I’m clear it wasn’t her fault, but manners and the way you treat the client could be better.Great store! Sad management

The store is clean, people follow social distancing, and wear masks. I can always find the vitamins C gummies I need and other little things without having to go to a bigger grocery or chain store. Prices are good and the staff is friendly.

Easy in, easy out. Was there when they were stocking shelfs. Didnt find everything I needed. Could use more organization, but like I said I was there when they were stocking shelfs. I was there close to noon. Have been there before. Staff helpful. Needs a good cleaning. Floors n shelfs. Not sure if they could rearrange some things

I like this store for a quick in and out when I need something but the associates are often left with a mountain of work and not a lot of help which leaves the shelves to suffer. Its really not their fault and they do try their best.

Theres been many changes in management and employees. Always like some Dollar Generals but not all. This one is pretty decent. The sales associates are always nice sometimes it just seems like it needs more help and surprised they didnt carry Woolite.

Staff is terrible! Never seen such bad customer service in my life- truly. Never knew I could have such bad experience and attitude from buying a SINGLE BALLOON. All that to say never stepping foot into a dollar general again.

Needed some help finding a few things the cashier was very helpful.

Friendly enough staff but the food on the shelves is usually expired and gone bad. Even Mac and cheese has turned Brown and red. Hamburger helper has formed into mud inside the packet. Alot of other gross issues. I wont be returning here.

They need to hire more people every time I go to check out the cashier is no where would have to be found. Not their fault theres only one person running the whole store theyre just trying to suck things. Quit being cheap and hire more people!

The dollar General on South side is a Lot more organized than the one on Harden employees are a Lot nicer also

I always buy in the store in Bartow and use the coupons on the phone. I went to the store in S. Florida and the girl refused to take my coupon from my phone. I was very dissapointed, being that Im handicap and have a cane in one hand and the phone in the other. She had a nasty attitude and didnt want to help. If you dont like dealing with the public, then get another job. We as customers are the reason you have a job.

Employees are nice. I find if you dont want to pay a lot for somethings go there. Most times they have it..

Worst store ever! Big dumb guy at the cash register on Saturday around 5 is the WORST person to work a Saturday! He purposely rings up orders incorrectly and uses the oh I didnt see that routine. AVOID this place!!! Drive down the road to North Church St.!
