All of the employees i have come in contact with and ask for help, they have been so helpful and polite and couteous. Very professional. Thank you for hiring such people. And i will always do my shopping there . I shop there at least 4 times a week. Great place to shop. 🙂🙂

This Walmart works when you need something, most of the time. But it will catch you off guard with some of the things it does not have. Also, don’t use the app to try to find things, the app is typically wrong on location.

Always busy at Walmart. But that is a good thing. I normally find what I need when I go to Walmart. And on average I spend about and hour in the store. Thats pretty good for such a large store. Nothing bad to say about the store.

My car battery died in the parking lot. Mike in automotive brought battery booster out to charge my battery but it was so dead lights wouldn’t even come on. He grabbed jumper cables out of his own vehicle to start my car so I could get it back to the shop otherwise I’d be stuck changing my own battery out in the parking lot. Went above & beyond to help me I greatly appreciate it. I wanted his efforts to be recognized especially with today’s standards seems like everyone works just for the paycheck doesn’t care about anything else. Still good people out there thanks again.

As a former employee, this store is not it. They treat employees like trash and only care about the money which is to be expected.The employees keep clearanced items in the back room so they can buy it instead of putting it out on the floor, which is against the company policy.The store manager told everyone to fill the empty spots with the wrong items and to just change the labels which is against company policy.Workers who are out for covid leave get yelled at when they return because the area looks like trash even though they werent responsible for it.The managers and team leads talk trash about their workers.This team just sucks in general. Would definitely recommend going to a different Walmart.

Stopped on way home to Land O Lakes, Ive told several people what a nice Walmart it was. Had a huge clearance section and a large selection in every department, will definitely remember to stop at this store when Im in the area.

I avoid this place at all costs. I regret every time Im forced to enter the doors of the building. Which I only do when I have but no other choice to acquire what I need as it is not available from somebody else nearby. Every dollar spent at Walmart contributes to the corporate welfare state that we have created, or allowed our senators and politicians to create. The employees are paid welfare wages and the company is subsidized by your and I tax dollars allowing them to continue to make billions of dollars a year. All the while paying zero taxes or is near to it as possible. The employees are pleasant enough, what you are still left. As most have been replaced by automated checkout. Which by the way I have yet to receive a single cashiers paycheck despite the fact that every time I go there I do an excellent job checking. Which by the way brings up another point Im entitled to timely employee evaluations which Ive yet to receive a single one.

Its always good service nice people need more cashiers but yes very nice Even saw a co manager get on a register to help

Bad experience with the pharmacy. The lady from the customer service, Lishane, yelled at me just for asking is my medicine was ready, at first told me at 2:30pm then at 4pm. Not cool to yelled not matter how bad your day is.

Always busy. Even with supply chain issues, store seems well stocked.

Star is for the employees only. Checkout smelled like URINE!!!! Hardly had anything in stock. You can tell the management only cares about their bonus at this location. Also management, you need to not leave pallets where ADA shoppers cant get through. Its also a $5,000 fine leaving out empty pallets on the floor. This type of management leads to everyone ordering from Amazon.....

Curbside pickup didnt have main item I really wanted. you receive notification a couple hours before your designated pickup time. Frustrating.Dropped off family member to go inside & buy exact out of stock item while I picked up the rest of the order.Inside the produce section, staff member told my family member its been in stock, no reason it wasnt included in my order.

I ordered groceries last night, picked them up this afternoon and waited 4 minutes before they brought them out..cant ask for better service than that! Thank you, Walmart, for the wonderful shopping experience. Ordering online is the best way to shop..and the grocery pickup is outstanding. I park my car and you put them in the trunk for me. I cant say thank you enough 😁

Love this store! I have been shopping here since it opened around 20 years ago. It has so fantastic workers/helpers but also some that seemed annoyed that you are in their way of doing their job of stocking or taking merchandise out to the floor but most of them are very helpful if you cant find something or reach something. One pet peeves I have is that there is never enough handicap parking or handicap motorized shopping carts. They added some carts a few years ago but havent added enough unless you want to shop late at night, then you have trouble finding one that is done charging. If you unplug one you might get a little of your shopping done before it starts peeping loudly that it needs charging. Then you have to go find another one to finish shopping or just quit and do without stuff for another day.

Folks here are always kind and helpful. I enjoy coming to this store in my neighborhood. It is also neat that some of the people who work here remember my name. They are so welcoming and kind.

Large clean and stocked Walmart. Pleasant staff.

That grocery pickup is the best thing Walmart has ever done. Super convenient. You Dont have to walk around a horde of people and shopping carts. They do all of it for you👍🏿. All you have to do is sit in your car and pop the trunk. Perfect for people who are worried about catching Covid 19.

The experience is Walmart. Know going in youll be interacting with a huge variety of characters - backgrounds, ethic origins, political varieties, stereotypes, and workers which fall on the scale from most helpful, friendly, to who cares. Masks - there is a banner hanging outside of each Walmart asking everyone to wear them, yet only about 50% do so. Most likely the 50% of the Country which received the vaccine. There is a transition happening at the front registers. Self check out will soon be the only lanes open and using a credit card the choice for payment. So as long as you go in with the frame of mind that can handle, and deal with, this diverse cast of characters - you can make it a good shopping visit. If you have a plan upfront it will help keep you on track.

Its noon and there are four checkout lanes. Twenty people are lined up waiting for self checkout. unbelievable.

Awesome staff... Very professional team members who are willing to help you locate your items if interest... Shout out to the customer Service rep at the automotive department for the hook up with getting me my car adapter....

The store was reorganize, the new setup looked nice. Wal-Mart is changing over to all self check out. So if you come in to buy food for your whole family, be prepared to bag all your stuff yourself. I think if you bag your own stuff you should get a discount for working at Wal-Mart.

This is a really nice Walmart although its a little annoying theyre always moving stuff around on me just when I figure out where everything is. Other than that the store is always clean, well-stocked, with lots of choices as far as variety. One of my favorite Walmarts

They already have Fall and Winters clothing in stock, which doesnt interest me personally, but maybe others.Never enough help in any of the Walmart stores anymore.Just thought I would check out their clearance goodies and get out of the house for a few.

Every trip seems to be frustrating. On this trip they were completely out of the breakfast items we consistently buy.When I checked prices at home several were higher that tags listed on the shelves. (I write the prices on a sheet of paper so I can be sure not to go over my budget.) Thankfully I did not buy all on my list due to items being unavailable so I had some leeway and was able to absorb the price differences. However, this continues to be extremely frustrating! My sister in Connecticut has the same issue so it seems to be a company wide problem!

Went for a haircut and my service dog was welcomed .

There are so many reasons to dislike Walmart. Today I got one more when they refused to price match, per their own policy listed clearly on their website, even when my husband showed them everything they asked for. This is the closest store to me by far, and I avoid it like the plague, almost literally. I will go anywhere else before I go to Walmart.

Wish they would restock at proper times. 3pm is not ideal to have pallets blocking most aisles. Still git everything I needed

Garden center is well stocked. I bought some garden soil, and seeds. Good quality garden soil.

Lines backed up 8 deep. Self check out looked like a line at Disney. I called the manager and after talking to her I had a better understanding why. They cant get people to work. The woman behind me said loudly if they paid them a living wage that might solve that problem 😏I guess the saddest part is The Walmart family is so filthy rich but do nothing to change things for the better in this world. I think Im about to end my relationship with Wal-Mart.

I would just like to thank your staff I truly wish I had gotten the names of the 3 ladies who stepped up/in and stopped a man from snatching my son as soon as we were all aware of his bad intentions they made sure not to let the man out of sight and also put a safe distance between him and us and called security as we got our son away from there this couldve gone a very sad disgustingly different way & i/my family are tremendously grateful to the ladies & the rest of your staff for securing the area & protecting your customers God Bless all of you & to other parents please stay always alert because this was broad daylight when this happened found out that other moms as well had reported his behavior & their sickening gut feelings about him #GratefullyThankful

Went to check out at garden center to check out...parked down there...told it was closed by an nice employee. No sign...no warning.. Parked the basket and walked out...via the garden center.

Not to bad for Saturday at noon. Despite being extremely busy we found a good parking space and was actually able to get a motorized cart. With 7 pins in my foot, 6 herniated discs and total shoulder replacement(Car accident) not easy to get around a big store like Walmart. Love self checkout and love Walmart pay. The Walmart app is phenomenal. Between that and Numbering the aisles No more searching for 15 minutes for something.

I have ordered from this location numerous time since May 2021 with several issues. I have received milk that was expired, poor substitutions (full sugar tea when I ordered diet) and on August 1, 2021 my order was not even delivered. The app sent me a notice my order was delayed but no timeframe for delivery. I received no other call or updates so I called the store.Each time I call the store I am put to an extension where no one picks up or no one ever answered the phone. The senior manager needs to be held accountable for the extremely poor customer service allowed at this store.

I went grocery shopping but I was extremely disappointed because items were very low or nonexistent on the shelves. Items definitely needed to be restocked. There were no shopping carts available. We had to go back to the parking lot to grab a cart to shop. I had to go to Publix to finish my shopping.

Typical WalMart but this one is laid out different than the others. Friendly helpful staff. Store is in the process of getting remodeled so everything is getting moved around. But employees are ready to help you find what youre looking for. 😁

This walmart is always busy, I recommend going during the night, if not in a rush about 30 minutes before closing at 10:30pm and if browsing around best time would be before 8am. Great low prices and staff are usually helpful if you have a question within the area you find the associate. For returns just know there are usually one person for a line of 10 and cash registers are for show. Only one or two are usually open.

This Walmart has awesome candles... For some reason the Walmart closer to my house, does not have them in stock....The only thing is for Walmart the candles are expensive 26.00$ for one but they are amazing and I think that they are worth it:))))

Depending on the department the experience changes. For the most part everything is everywhere. At the very least my husband and i have always encountered really nice employees

Decided to do self check out yesterday because there were only a couple of cashiers with long lines. Several of my items didnt have scanner labels and I had to keep calling the helper over. Others were having the same issue.

Remodeling the store again🤨 I was in a hurry so I went to the departments to grab what I needed and GUESS WHAT the departments are rearranged again so I had to skip what I was going for. I got a couple things and proceeded to checkout and GUESS WHAT all the self checkout registers were out of service. There were just a few cashiers available with people lined up, now Im running late. Customers in another line got into a big argument over who was there first and of course our cashier totally stopped what she was doing to watch. I missed my appointment and only got half of what I went there for in the first place. I HATE THAT STORE

Clean and well stocked. Got what we needed and was in and out in a short time.

I have a love, hate relationship with Walmart. No 2 are ever the same. Its how much the employees care that matters. This location was good. It was pretty organized, clean and are you sitting down they opened more registers when the lines got long. There was a manager with in eyesight to assist the cashier!! Plus the manager had a quick solution. Bonus.

They need to reopen the damn dressing rooms. Im tired of buying a clothing item and going home to try it on, just to find out it doesnt fit. I once again have to return it. Ridiculous.

This Walmart is out of so many items. The store is very poorly stocked. In addition, theres often just one type of many items. Even a fly swatter is tough to get. All they had is a telescoping fly swatter with a small surface. Cant find an old fashion fly swatter. Dont like this Walmart.

I just went grocery shopping at this Wal-Mart Supercenter for the first time, and I am not impressed.I guess the store was laid out reasonably well, but checking out was horrible.The lines for the self-checkout were over 100 feet long, and there only 3 manned registers open. I was in line at one of the manned registers for 37 minutes.I kept waiting for them to open more registers . . . but, no. They never did.

What can I say except. Its Walmart! Just uttering those words will get you knowing looks and a lot of head nods. Three registers open and no fewer than 6 people in each line. Took me 20 minutes to check out. But like I always say. If I were in a hurry, I wouldnt be at Wal Mart!

I love that you can get everything in one place.. but I have bad social anxiety, so for me its just too crowded for me. Almost every time we go I have a panic track tht causes us to leave before were done shopping. That and I hate their lack of sales. Id rather go to harveys/Winn Dixie where its not A crowded and you can find a lot of sales, including BOGO items

Only two lanes open pluses 1 self check out lane. The lines for both self check out, were greater than 20-25 people waiting. It not the workers fault management problems I see but we dont know what the home office is telling them

I waited in line at the drive thru for 38 minutes n when I got the food it was not all that fresh. I had to add stuff to the Original Chix sandwich to cover the taste of the sandwich which tasted as though it had been sitting LONG past the given time allotted. I love Burger King but that store...makes me think twice.

Cannot get ahold of anybody when calling. Have been calling for 45 minutes and no one can seem to answer the phone. Google says they are open at 6 and here it is 7:15 and they still cant pick up. Google also says with a live update that they arent busy...maybe they just dont want my business

Spent more time waiting in line to get checked out than it took to get what I needed. The lines stretched back into womans clothing and way down the front main isle. Only 4 registers were being used. I dont want to use the self checkout, I spent over $300., and at least I want someone to check them out. Many people who were in lines waiting made comments about going to start shopping elsewhere. I feel with the amount being spent by most shoppers at least Walmart could pay for a few more cashiers, especially on a Saturday. The store is very close to my home but I agree with others about finding a different place to shop. Thank you.

I hate Walmart. I go once a month for items I unfortunately cant get else where. The staff basically gets paid to daydream. I go through self check out & it still sucks waiting for someone to realize your light is on & take forever to realize & come over to you. Dont go if you dont have to.

Meat Associate Frank went out of his way to find what I needed. He was in the middle of stocking, and took out time for me. He was able to find what I needed very quickly, and was ready to assist me with any further questions.Definitely dont always see that at Walmart. My first experience at this location! 5 Star

If Walmart isn’t going to enforce the mask policy on the door. And let half the people in there walk around without masks. The least they could do is open back up to 24 hours. That way those of us that work nights (like I myself do being a respiratory therapist) that way we can shop in peace at night without having to stare my future patients in the face.

Found everything i needed fairly easily. Was in and out within 30 mins.

My other half saw a whole bunch 6 mattresses with the price of $39.00. So he decided to get 2 of them for our girls, but when he got to the register they rang up $98.00 each when he told them what it said the price was and went back and took a picture of them with the price they said they could only give him one for the price of $39.00 and he would have to buy the other one for $98.00. But they didnt take off the price of the 2 to fix it to where one was for $39.00 and the other for $98.00. So we had to go to customer service and after having to explain to 3 different people they finally gave us $105.00 back that they overcharged him.

Terrible refrigerator system with milk down and no help have to do self check out weather you want to or not. Go to one on route 92 much cleaner and stocked better..

Wow, easily the biggest Walmart Ive ever been in. It has everything. Staff seemed friendly from my experience, and I got exactly what I needed.
