The fan arrived quickly, we.stopped in, Steve opened it up in front of us, and carefully and quickly replaced the part while we watched. He has been with the company for 6 years and was very proud of their growth and spoke well of the company.We hope not to need them again, but if we have any future computer issues, we will be back! Impressive!Good quality service, good value for the money.

Steve was helpful, he has extensive knowledge about computers, and what I liked most about this store was that he made us feel comfortable. When I go to best buy, its near impossible to escape a conversation with a sales rep about a computer but when I went here, he was laid back and gave me room to breathe and didnt make me feel like I had to make any decisions. He informed me about every computer, explained to me how each one is different from the next and then let us decide. He also helped me on the phone afterwards when I had questions. Ill be a returning customer and Ill refer people to this store as well.

Update: previously offered due to being told there was supposed fake bills, a payment plan was offered, we were told not to worry as the money was real. Video card was Removed from computer, by your employee. As far as I am concerned we are even as nothing but inconvenience has been caused and no services rendered thats not been paid for. A free upgrade was offered for this inconvenience but due to lack of parts none were given and the parts installed in computer were returned and taken by your employee. This is a bit late and I feel your only lashing out due to a bad review on your company for your lack of professionalismMy son and I went for computer repair, all was fine until we returned home only to receive a call that the money used to pay for services was counterfeit why? Because the owner stated that a bill used wasnt the same size as others ( 100.00 bill). Never bothering to check with a counterfeit marker only going by how it felt and it didnt look rite mind you this money came from a bank. After having staff tell us authority would be contacted, wed made arrangements for payment plan as we were under impression they could be correct. We are honest people and Id wanted to be sure all was made rite. After causing issues for me, I go down to make payment to be told the money was REAL and to come back for a free upgrade on computer. When returning for upgrade, part was removed from computer an partial refund given. So now in the same spot with un usable computer all while they knew the part wed need was unavailable to run out to purchase, partial refund given wasnt even close to cost for part needed.So no upgrade, no apology from owner ( mind you not only has he yet to return a call and hung up 2x on me) owner would rather throw staff under the bus than take responsibility for inconvenient caused. I highly suggest taking business elsewhere!

My laptop stopped working and I was lost . My husband would have normally taken care of it, unfortunately he passed away 2 weeks ago. So I Google the best computer company near me. Dropped off my PC near closing time on Saturday afternoon and it was ready a few hours after opening on Sunday the next day. Very fast repairs and upgrades too. I hope I never need to come here again, but if I do run into PC issues I cant fix myself again, Ill go here for sure.

Helped fix my pc that was shutting off randomly. They tested all the parts I gave them and were patient in waiting for me to bring in other parts that I did not have at the time and fixed it all up. They told me the possible issues and gave recommendations so that it would not happen again They are good people that get the job done!

I have a all in one touch screen Dell 27 inch desktop comp. It fell over on the table and cracked the screen. I have an identical computer but that one had a bad mother board but the screen was great! I went in the store to inquire the cost to switch screens. Because it would mean disassemble both comp and it would be $160.00. I REALLY HAD NO CHOICE BUT INSTEAD OF HIM WRITING UP THE REPAIR TICKET AND TAKING MY $160.00 HE SUGGESTED THAT HE CHANGE THE SETTINGS TO TURN OFF THE TOUCH SCREEN OPTION!! I had no idea that could be done and my screen was cracked in the top right corner which didnt bother me. 3 minutes I was on my way and it only costs $35.00 its working fine I just have to use my wireless mouse and keyboard. I love this place. It was my first time going there and I walked in and was greeted with a smile and a hello. I needed to get my HP back taken off a desk top, and it was difficult for me, but they were inexpensive and kind, and did it right on the spot. They also offer Acima credit and I already have this, so I am planning on going back to purchase a computer.

I had an outstanding experience here today. I talked with Steve on the phone yesterday evening after my laptop fell on the tile floor! When I told him what it would and wouldnt do, he assured me that it would be a pretty easy, inexpensive fix.I dropped my laptop off this morning, and within the hour, Hal called to tell me what they needed to do. They had the part in stock. About an hour and a half later, Hal called to tell me to come pick it up!This was a completely pleasant experience. A pleasant little surprise when I got home: two of the four bumpers on the bottom of my computer had come off over time, and they were replaced. He figured out my daughters laptop issue immediately, then I brought my husbands in, as I was trying to see if one of them would be compatible for work, he checked both for free, and we realized neither would be a good fit. He then took my husbands old (5 or 6 years old) laptop, and traded it for a very reasonable price for a complete desktop that would fit what I needed. He was fair, kind, informative, and quick. I had an issue with my 2009 MacBook Pro. I took it in and expecting them to suggest that I save the expense of repairing and just buy a new one. Pleasantly surprised to be told it was a relatively easy fix and would not cost a lot. Not only were they true to their word they had it back to me in 24 hours. Working great ever since. Wound up bringing my wife’s Mac to them also. Same great service on hers also. I would recommend these to anyone.

I stopped in to fix my Aunt and Uncle’s computer, while in town on a visit. My Uncle, who uses the computer the most, is 93 and just needs basic account logins, email and Internet search…but inevitably he could never remember the password, the computer would run so slowly, or he would click on something he shouldn’t…and then he had to go weeks without being able to login at all. We had to reset the computer.The guys at ComputerXpress really helped me out and installed a new hard drive, reloaded the operating systme, and locked down the admin user, so my Uncle couldn’t click on anything or download anything that might be harmful.It worked like a charm and everyone is happy and the computer is working great.The guys at ComputerXpress are awesome, I would highly recommend them! Go get your next computer from them or rely on them for repairs.
