I always go to Staples to get illustrations printed and one of the managers Cody is always super helpful but suddenly when I came back to get it printed on card stock it printed funny and had lines in it because of their machine. He now prints it on their poster machine since the toner or something isn’t working as great anymore for my usual prints and it still turns out great. That’s all until...I came in when Cody wasn’t working. This other manager who I didn’t get her name was just very blunt and assertive. It was frustrating trying to explain to her what I get done since she’s never helped me the countless time I come. She wanted to charge me $20 and have me wait an hr to pick it up. Which has never happened before. She thought I was trying to print it as a big poster (which she doesn’t understand the printer issues like the other manager does). Since I had an hr to wait I drove back home to pick up an example of my prints but when I came back to show her and to pick up my order the manager wasn’t there. Instead I was greeted from one the employees with a grainy, pixelated print of my work and the color vibrancy decreased so now my red background was looking dark orange. And on top of that I got charged $3 extra because it was printed on the printer paper, which I wouldn’t have a problem with if it was done correctly :) Still paid for it because the manager wasn’t around when I was being checked out and just wanted to leave at that point. Overall, Cody is a gem super helpful and awesome and always makes my prints marvelous. The other manager made my experience super difficult and wasted my time.

Should have read the reviews before coming to this store. Seems like this store is a huge joke. Did online order for 1hr pick up. Received the email me stuff was ready. Left my house which is 10 mins always as soon as I for the pick up ready email. Got to the store and was greeted in the parking lot with we are closed, you cannot get your stuff and to come back tomorrow or the next day. Will be going back to Office Depot, not shopping here again!

The most inept online ordering system followed by moronic customer service ppl. Ordered an item on 11/6. Email of delivery shows 11/13. 11/14 the store returned it. Called online customer service who dont speak English and she has no idea why it was returned, and wanted me to repurchase it. Called the store they say it was delivered a week ago, thats not what your email shows it said 11/13. Oh well we sent it back you didnt get it. I went by the email so it should still be here. Yea, thats automatically sent we dont know about those.... great help. Inept, moronic, less than helpful online or from calling the store. I will never purchase anything from your company again.

“ ZERO “ star if I had any option for that. “Horrible” customer service by managers and associates. They have 3 manager and no one wants to come and help for a simple issue. Associate was calling manager to help me out for a PDF file with information to print out and I waited 15-20 minutes and then went to another desk where another manager was standing alone with a paper, she called another manager and then He wants me to explain again everything from the beginning, no one know what’s going one ... they don’t know how to help...

I manage a gym in the area and I often have to come in to order signs and banners. My last order was for a banner that had gotten mixed up by the time I came by to pick up my order and was not ready. Cody was very kind and offered to help me & made sure my banner was printed while I was there. He got it done very quickly so that I did not have to wait and handled the situation very well while also multitasking & making sure he was helping other customers in between. Great customer service and the banner came out perfect. I left feeling satisfied and I will continue to come back. Thank you, Cody!

Sent a 500 custom postcard print job to them today. After receiving i noticed my graphic artist left out two very important sentences. Realizing Id have to eat it since its up to me to proof, I called the store anyway and spoke with a manager. Let him know my business has spent a lot of money with them and was hoping he could do something for me since I was a loyal customer. What I got back what do you mean do something for you? I politely mentioned I was hoping he could extend me a discount on the next run. Basically his response and time of voice was demeaning and insinuated I was being ridiculous. I will not be back. Theres a proper way to handle things like this and he totally missed the mark.

Management is on point. I never have to look for help. Everyone is always so helpful. I have had some last minute print jobs and they always come out great and fast. They always have the best school supplies and deals. The clearance wall in the back is great. The store is well kept and always clean, including the bathroom.

Great store. Jenn in computers was awesome. She was able to answer dozens of my questions and though the computer I wanted was out of stock she helped me to navigate the online resource and prepare to place an order. Look for her if you have a computer need!

Their old warm service oriented atmosphere is gone. Cold and impersonal and charge extra money for a 1 minute simple print instead coming back in a few hours. Only use if absolutely mecessary.

Staff is always very rude. Self serve copy machines are always broken. Staff offers no assistance. I asked the employee at the print center if all of the copy machines were broken. His response was “they shouldn’t be”. I was the only customer in the print area and he didn’t bother to check the copiers. I spoke with manager and his response was simply “ok, have a nice day” with a very sarcastic tone and attitude.This is similar to every experience I have ever had there.When I have had print jobs done, they are never right and the staff never offers a solution or apology.

Terrible customer service. Went in to print 3 sheets of paper, I stood at the counter for 3 minutes before the staff even said a word to me because they were too busy talking between each other. Once the woman finally came to the counter I told her I just wanted to pay cash for my prints, she insisted on putting the money onto a gift card. She wouldn’t just print the pages for me from her computer and take my cash. I’m sorry but putting 30 cents into a gift card is such a waist of time and materials.

Tried to buy an office chair today. Said they were sold out but would sell me the floor model. But they wanted to add $15 to the price because the floor model was already assembled. Really?!?!? Came in looking for toner for my printer. Raina assisted me with finding the correct type for my printer, and assuring me that Jason would give me the online price match since it was slightly cheaper online. Very grateful there are staff who still care about the customer experience! My boyfriend and I will definitely continue doing business here!

I usually go to Staples to buy ink or use the fax machine. This visit has made me want to have a landline number for faxing purposes. The staff is friendly and approach you to try to assist you. I just find myself faxing a lot with process of job searching and signing up for a couple of classes @ school. A fax number would be great. I have a copy/fax machine, Im going to put it to good use.

Be careful of the signs on limited time items. Make sure you read the entire sign, price is marked in big letters, expiration date really small numbers. Expiration date of 12-31-18 still on display as of 1-10-19.

Dear Store Manager,After enduring your long and painful phone menu, I was placed on hold for over 11 minutes while listing to the recording saying how important my call is and that someone would be with me shortly. Finally, after getting someone on the line I asked to be transferred to the Copy Center...you guessed it, back on hold again for almost 10 minutes.When my call was finally answered, I was told that a simple 20 page spiral bind would require 24 hours to do. That really surprised me because the Copy Center tech that I spoke with said that they werent all that busy. Ive had disappointing experiences at this store in the past, but I keep bringing you my business thinking things might improve. Maybe I am expecting too much?

On hold for 27 minutes when I finally walked through the door and found the manager. Started making excuses before apologizing. The apology seemed labored and fake. I usually spend around 2K every year at staples but that has came to an end. I bought 2 of what I needed on Amazon for less than what I would have paid at the store. Find what you need here and scan the barcode to find the cheapest price. Shameful and this is why retail is dead

Tried to laminate a bookmark and have it trimmed and they trimmed it all the way to the paper’s edge and even trimmed off some of the irreplaceable and very important to me bookmark. The trimming isn’t straight at all and cuts into the bookmark and has made the lamination on the sides useless as it is not sealed.

As in all of my visits over the years, the advertised products were not available and the associates didnt know anything about the sale ad. The young lady who tried to assist me tried in every way she could to help find what i needed and in the end it was necessary to settle for an inferior product. I am always very disappointed when I visit Staples.

The computer service at Staples is a ripoff. Dont get your repairs done here. Just dont do it. The Tech service for computers is run by Randy Rupert. Randy just happens to be a con man. He tells everyone their computer needs a new mother board which costs upward of $200. Then he says that their service is $370. He lies to you to begin with and then continues to lie. They force you to sign a piece of paper when you pick up your computer which they wont let you read. this paper has the real information about what they did to the computer. They did not replace the mother board but induce you by telling you thats the problem. Randy Rupert is not a tech. I told him I wanted the old part when they put in the new mother board. That is the customers property. Randy lied and said he would and then he couldnt because he did not replace the mother board. RANDY RUPERT IS A LIAR AND STAPLES IS A RIP OFF!

Monday, took in an urgent scan job. Scan to pdf. Approx 100 pages. Explained that I would pay for the service, including removing staples and re-stapling, as it was important that the documents be kept in order. I was told that I would receive a call that evening when the order was ready. No call. I ended up calling them Tuesday to check status, its ready. Can I pay over the phone and have the file emailed? You never called to tell me the order is ready, now I cant get there to pay. No. You have to pay in person. Wednesday. Go to pick up order. Pay $109 for scan. 100 pages scanned as separate files, not in order. Originals returned not in order. Complained to the dept manager and store manager, at least a discount for all of the trouble? Nope. Were sorry, we dont know why weve been so busy this week. NEVER AGAIN!

Buyer beware!! Staples does not price match Amazon... if something is Prime . And listed on amazon it wont be price matched because it has to be sold and shipped by Amazon?? To my surprise this morning I went to the local staples to give them the business thinking they would price match their overpriced EPSON ink yellow 127 xl. So they sold it for $22.99 online they have it for $20.99 thats already a red flag... I showed them on my phone the same item for $16 on amazon and it had prime... on the Amazon site?? They would not price match it... I then asked for the manager... who was not very nice and proceeded to say she would not price match it... what a waste of my time... then proceeded and left stated I will buy from amazon then... really sad because I just will go straight to amazon and buy from there going forward. Staples just lost a another customer because they wouldnt do what their big sign says they would, Price Match and poor customer service from the management ... dont blame the teller cause she was just doing her job, but no way and I spending $8 more and dealing with a nasty attitude ...the days where the customer is always right is long gone, and we are in the age of well price match ... wait no we wont.

Reward program is a joke. They say they send coupons? Needs to be discounts given at store. I spend thousands and get nothing. Just bought paper and wanted to return because price was based on mail in rebate and when got back to counter girl could not find my receipt and refused to let me swap out the other one she had me go and get. I went into the store to purchase one binder for my son few days before school I entered the store with a stroller with a 4 month old baby soon as I walked in a manager left the front counter he immediately stated something over the ear piece employees went to moving around immediately one even went and stood outside one paced near Me around the store I got 2 notebooks I went to purchase in the checkout line the manager moved towards the front saw that I got in line stated something over the ear piece like 3 employees made eye contact with me 2 stood and watch me use my debit card til the purchase was over I felt so uncomfortable they made me feel like I was a shoplifter just because I was a young black lady simply shopping as others very sad and pathetic to be treated that way those are very bad biases & stereotype everyone should be treated equally !!!

The 1 star rating of this store is generous. I will share my experience in hopes it protects others.What should have been a simple lamination of a wallet cars became an 8 1/2 × 11 sheet with bubbles measuring over 3 inches.I was going to give the manager an opportunity to keep from disappointing other customers. Jennifer the manager on duty looked confused as to why anyone would complain, maybe her wallet would old that large of card.I let her know if she can not see the problem the rest of this makes sense I took my receipt and turned to leave. She raised her voice and said I am just trying to help and you are being rude. At that point I stoped turned around raised my voice and said no rude is when I tell you shut up and take care of your customers.I turned to leave again when she yelled you better go or Ill call the police. As slow as she is I reminded her the phone number was 911. Thought she would need help dialing.I survive in a service buisness. I wanted nothing but an apology and give her an opportunity to address a serious quality issue in her store. Instead I will engage and spend hours of time over $2.33.I will order new credentials and have them llaminated elsware I will also be sure that no one I know shops this store.Be warned.

Poor print shop service both online and in store. I tried for over an hour to make a business card online and the overly complicated system would never let me load company logo. So I went into the store today and was directed to a computer on a counter which logged into the same website which still didnt work. And after the attendant kept leaving me for over an hour to help many other people as they were very understaffed I finally had to give up in frustration and leave as she could not take the time to assist me unloading a simple logo and I finally had to leave for an appointment. in total two and a half hours of frustration in an attempt to order a simple box of business cards. Overly complex online system and literally no help in the store other than to point towards the same computer that logs into the same website that you can do from home. Im going to go online to one of those professional card websites that will easily let me load up my logo since I cannot get help in the store from an actual human being. this is why retail is dieng and people are buying online. If I have to go to a kiosk in the store I might as well use my home computer.

I bought Logitech keyboard and mouse, when I returned home I noticed that the box was already opened and missing parts, they used scotch tape to seal box. I did return opened box for a factory sealed box. What a bad practice of putting previous open box back on the shelf, and trying to sell as new.
