White Rabbit Home Improvement installed a new poly-urea floor in our garage a few weeks ago and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The before and after photos say it all.Our entire experience with the company was great from beginning to end. The office manager Teresa handled all of our scheduling and rescheduling promptly and courteously. Our estimator Fred was a pleasure to work with. We had three companies quote on the job and he was by far the most informative about the process and was even helpful in determining the final color and flake size. He was the only one who recommended going up the walls one grout line and we are glad we took his suggestion.We decided to go with White Rabbit even though we had to wait longer for installation. On the first scheduled date, we had to cancel because of the weather. Teresa called back within an hour and gave us a “rain date” that was within two weeks. I got my garage floor repaired and refinished through White Rabbit. It was a bit more expensive than I had hoped to spend, but the end result is great, and it sure beats having to apply epoxy every couple of years. Their garage shelving solution is extremely over priced. Yes, they have the proprietary monkey bars which you cannot get anywhere, but at the end of the day they are just shelves and shouldnt cost hundreds of dollars!!! The quality of the floor work is amazing though and I would highly recommend this company if you can afford it.

Used White Rabbit to have my garage floor and all our storage redone and I am astounded at the results. Weve lived in our Northbrook home for 20 years, and my wife thought redoing the garage floor was a complete waste of money, but it always bothered the hell out of me. Now, shes showing it off and telling everyone about it, so WR has two new converts instead of one. We had a very rough concrete typical suburban garage floor built in 1964 that had cracked and sunken badly and I really thought we were going to have to dig out the entire garage floor and re-pour all new fresh concrete. After 20 years, I simply couldnt handle looking at it anymore, especially when we had fixed up the rest of the house so nice. I have to say WR worked absolute miracles. While they cant and wont raise the overall concrete floor for you, they will dig out every split and crack and refill it and smooth over all the little hillocks and uplifts, of which we had many. The result was simply amazing. I want to lay on the floor and roll around on it and give it a hug. The storage cabinets we added and the new racking and hooks are great too. The installers were great and I cant say enough about them. The entire garage is inviting to look at now. Everything in the process, from the sales rep who also doubled as the project manager, to the men who came and did the work was great. Very highly recommended.

We had John and Sal out to install a custom polyurea garage floor coating. They were outstanding. Super meticulous with a high attention to detail. They were careful, neat, polite and very skilled. He immediately offered to come to the house to look at the garage and explain to him what we were looking for. He drew up 3 designs and e-mailed them to us with the cost. The following week we had our shelves installed. The gentleman explained how we could move the hooks to our needs and couldnt be nicer. Totally pleased with my experience with White Rabbit! They designed, provided and installed new cabinets in my garage. Sales Rep was very knowledgeable and professional. He focused on designing a cabinet system to fit my needs. The office staff was very helpful and kept me posted on the status of my cabinets. The installation team was professional and timely and did a great job. The quality of the cabinets is excellent; they are nice looking and very strong. I had one problem with a faulty drawer slide. One call and they quickly replaced the slide; all good now! Highly recommend White Rabbit.

Would highly recommend the guys from White Rabbit. They did a great job redoing the floor and storage in our garage. The initial appointment to measure and select finishes was very informative, the installers showed up right on time to get the work done, and were very pleasant and professional. Our floors look amazing compared to the old concrete we used to have, and theyre so easy to keep clean now. Also really happy to have all the Monkey Bars storage units installed - all of our junk is finally up off the floor and its much easier to get in and out of our cars. It took the installation crew just a couple of hours to get the storage installed, and about a day for the floor from start to finish.

It took a while to connect with my sales rep. I have been in sales for years. I had to chase him down, due to “email issues?” He would never receive my emails. All of a sudden they would pop up. Maybe he was too busy?

They found a problem with my unit -- where there were no studs on a small area that was supposed to support a small section of the Monkey Bars. Before the installers came and told me, they already had 2 alternative suggestions, of which I acted on the first.They were professional and courteous.I would highly recommend.

Gary and his team were great, and the cabinet quality is solid. We went with a bike hanging system the hangs them on the wall, and they pivot and fold on each other to save space, very cool. We also chose overhead shelving all around the garage for added storage space for all the storage totes we have, super strong. Highly recommend White Rabbit!

The arrival time was within the promised half hour window given to me by White Rabbit prior to the day of installation. Upon arrival, John was SUPER informative about the process and how the day would proceed. He gave me more information that the sales rep...John - you can do it ALL! John and Anthony worked tirelessly throughout the day to make it an amazing experience. We spoke a few times throughout the day as I chose to stay home for the install. Both gentlemen were kind and accommodating. They wanted to ensure I was happy with the process. I would DEFINITELY recommend White Rabbit. It was actually the second highest of the six bids we received, but we chose them based on a neighbors positive experience. They did an install five years ago, and their floor looks brand new! The only bumps were with the sales rep who wasnt super communicative. I initiated phone calls to the office to see when I would get a confirmation time for install and to see how to finalize my color choice. Just get past that hiccup and its smooth sailing for install!

The saleperson Fred was very helpful in making suggestions to the garage design. My needs were pretty basic and they were all satisfied. There seems to be some disorganization in the billing/scheduling function - I had to ask for a scheduling confirmation and I got a bill for the wrong amount. This was quickly resolved, but slightly disturbing since I picked this company without any references from people I knew or seeing their work in other garages. This is not the company to use if you want to use your credit card since it was not offered as an option. The installers Daniel and Anthony were great!

I’ve had White Rabbit put a Garage Shelf, Pegboard, Cabinet & Ceiling System about 5 years ago. It looks great and I have a lot of room to store things. A couple of weeks ago I had my Garage Floor done. On both jobs the technicians were on time and knowledgeable. White Rabbit stands by their products. I had to get the feet on my Cabinets serviced and replaced. White Rabbit fixed the problem at no charge to me. I’m pleased.

My experience with white rabbit has been awesome! I gave them a call and they explained everything to me really simply. Then they came out to my house to give me a quote and were super patient with me! Not something you see everyday. They even went above and beyond and attempted to do something they normally dont do. Like shower walls made out of sheet metal! And let me tell you, everything looks beautiful! I had nasty concrete floors that are now covered in a metallic blue coating, that looks like an ocean. Coolest thing ever! My installers John, Joe, and Jim, have been super friendly. They did a lot of extra jobs to make this perfect, and easy for me. Like helping move the laundry machines and removing doors to get them out. They are an amazing group of people, with amazing talents. I highly recommend

I just had White Rabbit work on our garage floor. They were amazing. John and Anthony came to the house and explained everything that they were going to do and then they did it. They were so professional and kind. John recommended that we not put the cars in the garage for 48 hours. After I saw how nice it was I said I was going to put my couch and TV in there and leave the cars outside :). I would recommend them to anyone.
