My bathroom turned out amazing! The quality of the work far exceeded my expectations. The office staff were very friendly and prompt at calling me back. The helpfulness from the employees extended to the guys that came out. They were always willing to help with anything that was needed. I loved how versatile the guys were. I cant wait to start my kitchen with them. I would recommend them to anyone.

I absolutely love the functionality, flow and feel of my kitchen. Everything looks and works so beautifully. I love relaxing in it and cooking in it as well. There really isnt anything I would change. They are extremely capable and has all the experience necessary to do a great job. I am sure you will love the results you will get working with this fine organization

I recently had my kitchen remodeled. They did great work! It came out so beautiful!! The staff from the office to the workers were so friendly, helpful, and professional. I highly recommend!!

We gave a deposit of $1000 on April 16 for a custom vanity to Mike. Was told it would be installed in 4-5 weeks. By the end of May, when 6 weeks had passed, we started calling and were met with one excuse after another then one delivery date after another passed with no vanity installed. One hand didnt know what the other was doing. We were lied to on many occasions. This created anxiety, aggravation and inconvenience. Finally, yesterday, July 9 the vanity was installed and we paid in full. While John Gannoway is a nice guy, his company is filled with incompetent people and liars! We told him that as much as I liked him personally, we could NEVER recommend his company to any of our friends. We told him he was committing business suicide by allowing his people to continue to disappoint customers. Contracting is a word-of-mouth business and his reputation is bad. We went on the Better Business website today and found out that BBB had revoked his accreditation on June due to failure to respond to one or more customer complaints.

I love the custom Cabinet work. everyone who comes over my house cant help but notice the new updated design in my bathroom. Everyone from the workers to the employees in the office or really friendly. I highly recommend this company to everyone.

If Custom Bath and Kitchen Remodeling by Gannaway, Inc. is still in business, it is not at the above address any longer. I attempted to visit the office on July 26, 2017, and discovered that the storefront is empty. This company is hiding from creditors and customers whose jobs they abandoned. I am one of those customers it abandoned. They do not answer the phone. When the company telephone number is called, an automatic message says, This number does not accept unidentified calls. The company is clearly operating underground.

What good does it do for a company which has cheated many customers and is now out of business?NOTHING at this point but just be aware of the management personnel if they pursue other similar businesses!They cheat...lie...commit fraud..are a scam and should be locked up!

Gannaway Inc. Use to buy glass and mirrors for there projects from my business and pick them up from my facility and would normally pay by credit card, they had two projects going on that they needed some mirror work done so that there customer would pay them some money, they asked me to go measure the projects so that the mirrors would fit properly, the two home owners made it clear to me that they dont want Gannaway to install! They wanted me to install, both customers were not happy with Gannaway!! I measured and installed the mirrors for both of there customers in just a few days, the customers loved our work and was very pleased we installed them BUT that was in March of 2015 and to this day, they still owe me $800, I have called them many times with no luck getting paid, I even went to there office to resolve this matter and Met with the Vice President in person and they told me that they had no money and have charged up all credit cards, Michael Fanelli the V.P. Had a letter typed up while I was there Last Aug. and said they would pay towards it every month, They have not full filled there commitments!!! I told them last week that they had till last Monday to call and resolve this matter or I was going to move forward with this matter, today is Friday and this is the first step of me moving forward with this! I would recommend not to use this company and I can tell you that there two customers were not happy with them either.
