Im not sure if these reviews are real. They have a 2.5 on yelp. FB reviews are family and Chinese bots. Ive dodged a bullet by not proceeding with this company. I sent them an email one evening almost 3 weeks ago inquiring about custom made cabinets. Vanessa Valle, their salesperson, was quick to respond and provided a decent cost estimate (albeit sloppily prepared w/ typos and missing spaces) with an accompanying CAD rendition of the cabinets based on a sketch and pictures I sent. She never called me, only emailed. Im selling this house, so I kept asking if I should come by or what the next step was bc time was crucial. She said in her email that the next step was to have the installer come take precise measurements and that he would call to schedule. He called to schedule and we scheduled for Wed, 1/20 the following week at 9 AM. He showed up about 1/2 hr early and my husband was in the shower. Never apologized, never called/texted to state hed be that early. Took his measurements and asked me to pay $35 cash, no credit cards. He basically had the same attitude Vanessa would later show. I dont carry cash and he never mentioned it when we talked nor did Vanessa. I had to give the guy a check. I email her letting her know what happened. She says she told me when we spoke. I replied we never spoke only emailed and it wasnt mentioned. Finally, I get another rendition from Vanessa with an attached quote. The quote is exactly the same. The rendition is missing backsplashes/sidesplashes on both cabinets. I state that I need to finalize this and offer to stop by. She says Wednesday (no time is mentioned) works for her. So, today (Wed) I go to the store. She thought I was someone else and when I explain who I am she says she has another one coming at 12 and says she just wrote morning for me. I felt as if I were at the DMV and not in a cabinet store spending almost $5k based on her treatment of me. She then says she needs to save what she was doing and asks for a moment. I just stand there in front of her desk while she wraps up what shes doing in silence. She seems INCREDIBLY disorganized. She mentions less sinks than the 4 I obviously need. She says that she will make a note of 4, but not to worry bc the price on the estimate is correct. Finally, she asks me to sit nearby at a counter. I tell her of the missing backsplashes on the rendition. She tries but cannot add them, and verbally waves it off. She starts to cough. Excuses herself to drink water. Then, comes back from coughing and insultingly asks me, Are you wearing perfume or something? in the same tone of voice you would ask someone whether they just farted. I replied I was not wearing perfume. Next, she updates the quote and its about more $ even though we removed the cost of handles that I will provide. She says she didnt include the demo cost even though I recall it being there. Didn’t make sense. I gave up and thanked her and left. It turns out that even though my sketch, my photographs, her TWO renditions all show four total sinks as they are double sink vanities, she misquoted the sinks on BOTH estimates she sent me (not the cost of demo). Her excuse is that they are just estimates and shes sorry if they are not to my satisfaction. She never apologized and schooled me on what an estimate is. If she cant behave professionally, is disorganized, and cannot pay attention to detail, how can I expect these people to have the correct measurements for my cabinets and install them correctly? Will the installer show up an hour early next time with the same nonchalant attitude? If theres a problem, will I have to deal with DMV worker Vanessa? We passed. UPDATE: Got a rude, nasty and chastising VM from the owner Juan letting me know that he read my review and doesnt see what couldve been done differently by his staff, so I can call him back to talk if I choose to “vent instead of posting” but nothing couldve been done differently. He found my review unnecessary and doesnt understand why I needed to post this. No apologies offered.

If you want your kitchen done right use these guys. Trust me you will not be disappointed. My kitchen looks amazing!

411 worked with us to create a completely custom kitchen and were very knowledgable along the way, making sure the details were covered so everything lined up. They asked about function to make sure we thought through each cabinet and put together very accurate renderings in a short period of time. The only part of my house so far that was installed without issues or loose ends is the kitchen, by these guys. 4 stars instead of 5 because I wish they had a few more options to pick from, but overall, definitely would recommend.

I paid $8,000 for all new cabinets, hardware, sink and granite for a kitchen remodel. I had a few issues that they addressed and overall am very satisfied with 411. The filler pieces could match a little better and the screws that come packaged with hardware don’t work so you will need to buy some extras. I did have some issues with the granite contractor they use but it all got sorted out in the end and I would do business with these guys again. The owner was as helpful as possible and very respectful.

Absolutely made the right decision to use 411 Kitchens! Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Quick turnaround from ordering to installation. High quality products with a lot of choices for custom options. I plan to use them again when I move onto the bathroom remodel and wont hesitate to recommend to family and friends!

We had a great experience with 411 Kitchen Cabinets and Granite! Juan gave a very fair price for the white wood cabinets (chose clear glass fronts on some) and at the warehouse, they had beautiful quartzite to add to the whole job that included kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Valeria was on top of everything and always available and responsive. Things went very smoothly, which is unusual for large jobs.
