I had a little bumper accident in my yard but the staff at this location made it seem like nothing happened. Stacey at the front desk was super helpful and communicative. I dropped my car off Monday morning and it was ready by the evening of Wednesday. You won’t regret coming to these guys!

Absolutely the best body shop I have ever had repair my vehicle. They are easy to talk with and very honest and thorough. To my horror, I hit the shark antenna on the garage door, which damaged the antenna and bent the roof. They did an awesome job. I cant even tell the accident ever happened. Great price too.

**UPDATE** When they say they warranty their work, they mean it. 1.5 years after the repair, I had an issue with one of the installed parts. Quality Auto took care of everything. No hassling about fine print, etc. They just flat out honored their guarantee. Refreshing!As a car guy, I was nervous about trusting the right shop to repair my baby after a collision. I was so impressed with not only the quality of the body work, but also the attention to detail, paint matching, and top notch customer service. Highly recommend!

I got rearended in a car collission a few weeks ago, I took it to Quality due to their great reviews and local feedback even though it wasnt one of the shops the insurance company worked with, I immediately felt comfortable with their staff. I called an agency for a rental before I dropped the car off, they didnt have any cars available, that was until I mentioned I was dropping off my car at Quality, they immediately treated me like a VIP and found me a car! When I picked up my car, it looked like a brand new car, they washed and detailed the inside not to mention the car was ready before the time given! Very happy with the results and service!

Quality Auto Body & Paint repaired my daughters car body and rear window after tree damage. They were very professional and very nice throughout the whole process and went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the result. The car looks like new, and it was completed early. Ive worked with several other body shops in the past and was never as pleased with the experience and service as I was with Quality Auto Body & Paint. Glad to have worked with them, and will definitely go back in the future.

My daughter was in wreck and needed her vehicle repaired. Quality Auto was one of many pre-authorized auto body repair shops by my insurance company to choose from. I live out of state, and choose Quality Auto/Body to perform the work based of their Google reviews. They kept me informed throughout the whole process. When my daughter came home for the holiday, I was able to see their work. Quality Auto/Body does great work! I am glad that I choose Quality Auto/Body to perform the repairs.

Had a little fender bender and Allstate recommended this shop. I would not consider going elsewhere after picking up my car this morning. They are totally professional and run a great business. I was given a detailed cost sheet and told that the repair would take 3 days. The work is impeccable and I received my car in the time promised. And they delivered the car with a complete interior/exterior wash! Vehicle looks brand new.

I had a scratch on my car and made it worse by buying touch up paint with a brush applicator. Instead of giving me an estimate the owner corrected my mistake right there and then without even charging me. I was pleasantly surprised at how a real professional and honest shop operates. They did a great job with the body work on my honda. The actual cost matched the estimate and my car was delivered clean and detailed 1 day earlier than promised. I highly recommend this place.

I recently came to Quality Auto Body & Paint to get work done on my bumper (2019 Honda Civic). The people at Quality were totally professional and I was blown away by the work they did! The price was unbeatable and super quick, I cannot rave enough about the work done on my car. I was a bit skeptical about the place at first but I can confidently say and recommend Quality Auto!

My first impression of the staff was extremely positive, they are caring and detailed and it followed through all the way to the day that they called letting me know my car was ready. Very polite and fair prices

I never had the need to use a body shop before. I’m so glad I went wit Quality Auto Body and Paint for my first experience. The job was done beautifully. Love Stacy in the office; she was very sweet and understanding. I hope I never get into another car accident, but if I do, I’d definitely will use their service again.

The staff was so helpful, even before my car was at the shop. Don, and Stacy were so helpful and you can truly tell that they have a passion for what they do. For those of you I didnt have the pleasure of meeting there, thank you for everything that you do. My car was there for only 3 short days, and looked better than it did before it was hit. The staff assisted with getting me to the rental agency, and gave me updates, and actual pricing of the damages. I hope our pathes never have to cross again, (and I mean that in the best possible way), but if Im ever in need of any body work in the future, I will not think twice to give you guys a call again. Just had my Tundra in the shop with side door damage. Truck was done when Don said it would be.Paint work looked like showroom paint. Girls in the office were very helpful every step of the insurance process. Joel has a great team!

Previous review from first experience below. A neighbor backed into my car and i unfortunately decided to go through dealership at Schumacher just over a year ago ro have it fixed. The work was terrible and i venture that there may have been fraud on their part. The paint was bubbling in previously damaged area. Took my car back and was ignored. After the good experience i had i took my car to back to quality auto body. The folks were kind and quoted a fair price. They did advise me that the bodywork should have been guaranteed by Schumacher and encouraged me to save my money and pursue Schumacher to fix it. After threats of legal action and them having my car for 3 weeks when they said 3-4 days. It was resolved and i very much appreciate the honesty and integrity they conduct themselves with. If i ever have any issues in the future i am using Quality auto body. You are an excellent business i very much appreciate the work you have done and the advice you gave!Previous reviewFolks there did an amazing job. Car came out looking great and they actually had it done in the five days they promised. Would strongly recommend them to anyone around.

QUALITY AUTO BODY IS A PREFRED VENDOR FOR ALLSTATE INSURANCE . WHICH MEANS THEY DO THE PAINT & BODY WORK SUPER CHEAP WITH LOW QUALITY . THEY DAMAGED MY CHROME BEVIL ON MY SIDE DOOR ON MY VAN. THEY WOULD NOT PAINT MY 2ND REAR BARD DOOR ON MY VAN . THEY MADE WE WAIT 2 WEEKS IN ORDER FOR THEM TO TELL ME ALLSTATE WAS NOT PAYING FOR MY SECOD BARN DOOR . THAT COST ME EXTRA $700.00 FOR THE RENTAL CAR . THE WHITE DUDE MANAGER WITH CUT OFF INDEX FINGER KNEWS MY 2ND BARN DOOR WAS SCRATCHED BY A SECOND ACCIDENT ALLSTATE TOLD ME THEY ARE THE GOOD HANDS PEOPLE BUT, THEY TREATED ME LIKE TOXIC ON PHONE CONVERSATIONS ALONG WITH THE BODY SHOP . I MET THE OWNER OF BODY SHOP 2 YEARS AGO. HE TOLD ME HIS BODY SHOP TREATS EVERYONE EXCELLENT . LIES, THE BODY SHOP QUALITY AUTO BODY AND PAINT TOOK SIDES AS THE PREFERRED vendor TO ALLSTATE BODY SHOP STATED THE CLEAR Coat ON MY VAN WAS COMING OFF . GUESS WHAT THAT SHOULD NOT MATTER WHEN ANOTHER PERSON WITH ALLSTATE INSURANCE REAR ENDS YOU AND THEY HAVE ALLSTATE iNSIURANCE the owner of the car that rear ended me stated he had OVER $100 K IN COVREAGE AND MY VAN WILL BE NEW AFTER PAINT HE STATED.
