They did an awesome job I just hope it all gets to the destination in one piece my husband did not like how they took stuff apart and they broken stuff and did not say till he sak ...... will see when to our destination...what has been broken .I hope nothing.... a big red box of parts ? Where they put stuff and didnt label anything ...where does it go ?????? We will seee. Judy flaig

Veteran Edgar Lopez was awesome! He even gave me a courtesy call to remind me of my pickup time. I assured him I was on my way. Upon entering the location; Edgar greeted me by name, and wasted no time taking care of me. He explained everything in great detail, and ensured that I had a pleasant experience!!Phil was great and delivered my 26 Footer to the front with the  the A/C on. By far the best Uhaul experience I have had! 5 star!!

Everyone is so nice here. We rent trailers often and always go to the place as they know what they are doing and can get you in an out fast

Well I was impressed until our pin came off the trailer and it almost flipped off the side of the road! We had some men help us and they said the pin shouldnt have come out that easy & whoever put it in did it wrong. Now the brakes dont work & we have been on hold for 40 minutes trying to get a hold of someone. We were very lucky someone helped us but uhaul is pretty awful!!!!!

Rented a Trailer to pickup furniture! We have appointment to pick up at 9am and had delay issue due to trailer light not working on the truck, the gentleman was nice to try help get the light working but couldnt get it to work! They was nice enough to hold the trailer reserved for us till we got back from having the wiring harness replaced on the truck for the trailer lights.The facility was also clean! They had a young Man cleaning the outside and staff was very professional and Friendly. This is actually my second time renting the enclosed trailer for $30 which comes with insurance protection.

I cant even begin to describe the horror I went through ordering through this U-haul. Myself or my entire group of family and friends will never go near another U-haul. I reserved a truck a week before my move and a day before moving day they called and said I needed to pick the truck of from another location, which wasnt far so it wasnt a big deal. Move day comes and I arrive at this filthy mechanic and I attempt to get my truck and there was no one there to help me. I called the original location I had scheduled with and they were able to redirect me to another authorized dealer that was 45 minutes farther away. I had to rush over before they closed and they were not able to dispatch the vehicle for me because I didnt sign up for Self-Dispatch, which I was told I specifically did not need. After talking to 6 different representatives over the course of 3 hours I finally was able to have it overridden and pick up my U-Haul that had almost no gas and it was filthy on the interior as if there was a homeless man sleeping in the back. I;m completely disappointed and hope that this will help other people not pick U-Haul as their transportation provider.

Very pleasant to deal with. Had the truck ready and took absolutely no time at all to pick up our truck. Strongly do recommend this pick up location.

Would give this place less than 1 star.Spent about 5 hours attempting to get a u haul truck that we reserved 2 days before hand. After the truck we reserved we got a call the day before hand saying that they didnt have the truck we reserved at this location so we settled for a smaller size truck that we had to pick up at a further away location. Got to that location and there was no one in the building and we were told that the man that handles u hauls was on vacation. So calling back to the lake wales location we are directed to go to a different location in auburndale. Even further than before. So we get here before they close and are they not giving us the key for the vehical we already paid in full for. After going back and forth with the owner inside we had to call customer service for the 5th time and were directed we have to do it on an app. Everytime we got ahold of someone on customer service we got different instruction.. by the time we actually got someone who knew what they were talking about it was considered past the pick up time and now closed.The absoulte worst experience and will not be renting with u haul EVER again. Absoulte worst and ridiculous thing Ive ever experienced in my life.

Horrible staff that were rude and unprofessional. I will never use this location again, it will be better to drive into Lakeland or Orlando than come back to this location.

If you have storage needs, this is the place for you!! I have never met more honest and decent managers than Tim Gaskin and his staff. We where moving from Texas to Florida and was in need of a large storage unit. He held the unit and when we ran into issues with the movers, he went above and beyond helping us by relieving an already stressful experience by not pressuring us to start paying fees etc.At the last moment a house became available and we where able to redirect our moving van directly to the house and as a result was able to store our things at our new home. We werent sure everything would fit, but it did. In the end, I actually felt very guilty that we didnt get to use the units.FYI, Other companies we had explored, didnt compare to this facility in price and units. This facility is immaculate, well lit, and easy to access. I highly recommend this company!

Initially I gave this place five stars until I had a major issue as I was driving from state to state. They did not check the windshield wipers basically didnt do a full inspection. So once I hit certain States the weather changed and my windshield wipers on the U-Haul were broken. I was offered a refund and then never received it.

If I could give this place a 0 I would but unfortunately it only lets me give a 1. So, I rent a truck from this location and it seems ok at first. Over looking it, it was a bit dirty on the inside. The seats had something in them but didn’t seem to be that bad. Once I was away on my travels I put the arm rest down and (not being able to see) because I was sitting in the seat, when I got out I turned and looked and the arm rest was covered in blood. The tow haul switch did not work at all. Costing me more gas but not only that the truck has a warning label that states in rain the tow haul should be off for safety. My wife called uhaul corporate who helped a lot getting us in touch with manager Phil. On the phone Phil said being the pictures of the proof and he would dismiss the charges, (especially since my wife was asked to clean such hazmat). Once on location Iris, the lady at the front told my wife her information was incorrect and was UHaul was not doing anything about it. My wife then called corporate again. Once manager Phil arrived he told me he knew the trucks were clean leaving his facility and I should have seen this prior to leaving. He told me that the tow haul switch worked and I just didn’t know how to operate it. I told him I have rented from them before and trucks are usually a bit dirty but not with blood. He then told me, “well I guess you don’t need to come back to rent from us no more.”!! I told him I guess not!. While inside I witnessed 2 gentlemen being treated the same way with such disrespect. I have used uhaul a lot over the past months as I use a truck on a weekly basis for business . This is by far the worst management and business operations I have dealt with yet. If you are looking for a rental truck look no more if this is your last resort. I highly recommend finding another company to spend your hard earned money with. After multiple calls to cooperate, and being downgraded and belittled by this facility they finally relieved us of charges and asked we not come back!!!!

Manager Phillip Philloe went above and beyond to accommodate my storage and transport needs.I definitely recommend this place.

Governor said this location was free to evacuees. Tjat was fib. Was told enroll in auto pay it would b tjat was a fib. Then charged i surance. Forced to purchase their locks. Charged for climate control when not needed. It was awful***

They overcharged me 300$ and refuse to reimburse me. I did not use all my miles and they said they would reimburse me but have not. Instead I walked out with a 300$ charge and he said I was all good with no receipt. Next time I gotta move IL use someone else.
