The staff here are always pleasant, welcoming, and efficient. Im not sure how anyone complains unless they are miserable human beings! Ive been going here for years and never had a problem. I appreciate them.

Ive had to bring several things to be returned here, and even though if the line is out the door someone will still greet you. Get to the counter and very fast and accurate transactions. No complaints from me.

False information from employees! Then RUDE when calling to get information about delivery details. Use a different method, save your money!
They havent updated their business hours on google and I had a long drive just to find the store closed at a different time. You guys need to update in order to avoid inconveniences to your customers.
I ship here almost everyday and the staff is extremely friendly and willing to help. They always greet you and get you in and out quickly with little to no wait. Great customer service and never had any problems getting packages where I needed them to go every time.

My last visit, the older female employee was rude as mentioned. Reluctantly accepted my Amazon return. My other visits with the younger female employee was kind, efficient and went above and beyond to be helpful even with a long line. Correction. Today, the same older female employee was very patient, extra helpful to the elderly woman in front of me, I must change my earlier statement. I had no difficulty getting my package off.
The older white woman that work at the front counter that be coughing all the time needs to be put in a different position because customer service does not suit her well. She is very rude! I also will not be shipping anything that I do not already have a label for...they are extremely overpriced!! Very disappointed in this UPS location because I have found way better UPS stores.

Rude, rude, rude. If you have a problem with something you sent and the recipient didnt receive it and you have a tracking number they will do NOTHING to help you. All they kept saying was well you have a tracking number so it was sent theres nothing we can do. Seriously??? Wouldnt even help try and figure out how to track where it is or what happened just said nothing they can do and quite rudely, as if I was bothering them trying to get some help. Item is still MIA and Im out the money to send it and the value of it.
They are always so helpful and kind! I went in to mail a Christmas package and the box I brought was too big. The lady took the time to cut my box down to make it a perfect fit!!

I left a USPS package with the store around 5:30 PM one evening last week and forgot to ask when it would be picked up. By 1PM the next day, I noticed from the tracking information, it had not been picked up. I called the store and was placed on hold for a very long extended time. Finally when a lady came back, she seemed miffed and was very short with me. I was patient and polite while asking about my package. She retorted that it will be picked up sometime soon. It was and I am happy about that.I called again this morning to ask about printing prices and I think I had the same lady and she was much better with handling my inquiry.It is wonderful to have the UPS store in Lake Wales.
I was there and the old lady charged me $10 for a amazon return. I called amazon and they told me it was supposed to be free. I asked the lady why is there a charge she said its a fee by UPS and if I dont like it theres the door. The gentleman there was trying to speak and she told him to keep shut that she get it and he walked away. Sad situation will not be back get rid of her before she buries a good store to the ground.
Went to the UPS Store in the morning to return my DirecTV the lady charged me $10 for it and I was confused. I asked her if i get a receipt for what i paid she hands me the receipt with my serial number and nothing else and says this is your receipt I said what about for what I pay she said it doesnt show up on the screen to print a receipt and that I was all set and walked away. I tried to get her attention again and she ignored me so I left. I called DirecTV and they tried calling the store and she denied doing it. and hung up the phone on them. This isnt the first encounter I have multiple stories I am done. The gentleman at night is more friendly then her I will not be back though something needs to be done
Need new store associates!! The associate was sitting on the counter when I walked in. No other customers but it took him a good 30 seconds to finally decide to get up to help me. I told him I had 2 returns to Amazon. I hadnt attached the labels yet and told him to hold on so I could verify that they were with their corresponding packages (because I know its my responsibility) and he decided to snatch one of the labels and put it on ... you guessed it.... the wrong package. He then proceeded to argue with me saying it doesnt matter which one it goes on .... they were going to 2 different places! He then got an attitude when I said they needed to be correct, followed by well if I can get them off.. as if to say I was SOL if he couldnt. The label did come off and it was able to stick to the correct package but that is irrelevant. He shoved my tracking tickets at me and walked away. Luckily I know that there was nothing else I needed to do or else I would be thoroughly confused. I dont usually write reviews but this guy needs a job somewhere FAR AWAY from the general public!! There was no visible name tag but this guy was Caucasian, young and lanky with a bald/buzz cut. The rudest!!!
I use this location for my mail box because I don’t like the idea of packages being left on my porch when I’m not home. I’ve had my mailbox for over a year now and they’ve misplaced my package several times but found them. On Tuesday I went in because I received an email saying my package was ship, checked my box and it wasn’t anything in there normally it be a slip of package can’t fit in my box. I checked my email to make sure I didn’t read it wrong and it was actually ship. I then told the lady I should have a package in my mailbox, she ask for my unit and check she said there wasn’t anything, I said well it say it was deliver by UPS on my Monday and someone signed for it. Provided her my tracking number and she looked it up and goes I signed for it but I don’t have it, I’m confused where is my package, so she told me there was nothing she can do I have to track it, I told her she need to track it she signed for it and don’t have it where’s my package she put in a tracker on the package and told me I would head back from her the next day, on Thursday I still haven’t heard anything I call the store asked for the store owner the guy said he would have him call me, I’m still waiting went back in there Saturday and the lady who signed for my package was in there and she tells me there’s nothing she can do it haven’t been tracked and if I don’t wanna mailbox there don’t have one she was so rude!!!! I can’t believe someone who is totally wrong lost or stolen you package can say the things this woman said. I will be contacting corporate and a lawyer on them!!!!!!
Owner very up front and honest. Was quoted one price to pack an item & it came out to be less. She could have taken the extra I would be none the wiser, but she did the right thing & its appreciated
Was in there the other day returning my directv. old lady was there and she didnt acknowledge I was even in the store. She must have been having a bad day because she mumbled under her breath as if I disturbed her. I asked her for a price to ship something and she seemed very angry. A associate tried to help and she told him to leave it she got it and he walked away. She is very grumpy and needs to retire. I said hello she didnt respond but a white customer came in and she immediately said hello made me feel a type of way. Will take my business to winter haven
Service was quick, but don’t expect good costumer service, the lady in the front desk didn’t even have the manners to say good day.
The woman is not knowledgeable of her equipment. I was charged $3.75 to get two plain black and white copies. That included a fee of $3.00 for First 15 Min/comp. This is a made up fee for having to say hello and service a customer. I will be going back to the Bartow location on my way home from work where they would have smiled and charged me .50 for my copies. They can do all of my holiday mailing too.
I pick up all my packages there instead of delivery to my residence. And I get good service there every time. most of the time my package is on the counter before I even get in the door.

I will never use ups again!!! Mailed my granddaughters birthday presents from this store and she never got them. A disappointed little girl and a mad Nana! I am told if they dont find it I will be out 60.00 because the guy didnt insure it even though I asked for it. Stupid me didnt realize it!! My suggestion is to join Amazon Prime. They ship free in 2 days!!
Horrible service !!Had to return a receiver from Directv. Since the new receiver was smaller, I didnt have a box to fit. Directv told me to just bring it in and they will box it for you free of charge. The day before I went I called to make sure she was correct since I had to travel 40 miles. Talked to a gentleman and he verified it that there would be no charge. When I bought it in there was an elderly lady behind the counter. She insisted that I would have to pay extra for the box and wrapping it. Only the shipping was free. After I told her that I had called the day before and also that Directv said it was no charge she right away went to the computer and finished the order not charging me. Never...Im sorry, no explanation,no thank you. Just handed me the receipt. This elderly lady needs to retire away from the public. She had to know that there wasnt an extra charge. Im sure I wasnt the first one to bring in a receiver not in a box.Will never go back ..
Worst customer service. The lady who runs the counter acts like she is bothered by having your business. Also, went there several times in the morning and their doors were locked even though it was 45 minutes after the opening hours according to the sign on the door and their website.
Tried to charge me almost 4 bucks for a piece of paper and was rude when I said I would just print it myself and return.

I called and asked about picking up a package and to see about if they even did something like that at this store but when I asked the guy on the phone said I can get my package whenever it arrives at my house and just hung up the phone while I was in the middle of asking him something else. 🖕🏻This store.
I got here at 830am on Tuesday. Its 9am and i am still in line. Now the line is out the door. Why would there be only one employee on shift 14 days before Christmas? UPS needs to review this store.

Driver seem to be lazy and will not deliver package. They said NO ONE AT HOME which works if you do not STOP. Easy day just send them back. Money back! Right, no such luck.

Horrible attitudes and poor customer service. The person waiting on me was Cherre. IMO this person should not be handling customers, she has a chip on her shoulders and looking to escalate things. There are other complaints about this employee in the reviews. I would suggest to management that there is a problem with this employee. I will not be going back to your store.
