I tried finding this at two different stores, they did no have it. Looked on line at Batteries Plus and decided to order it. Went into pick it up because I was passing by them when going to the grocery store - only took 2 minutes and I was on my way.

Great customer service and very helpful every time I walk in the door. I choose to go to Batteries Plus over any big box store any day to get things taken care of right the first time in a fast and efficient manner while paying the same or less than any where else. Highly recommend giving them a shot if you need batteries or lighting.

I went there for a camera battery which you have to buy online but they had it in stock .the employee was very helpful and nice. He told me you dont have to recycle regular batteries anymore Double AA, AAA C and D you can just toss them in the garbage

Staff was extremely helpful & they had a lot more products than I was aware of. Definitely a place to consider for emergency preparedness.

Friendly, professional, & good communication. My batteries had to be ordered and staff stayed in communication on the status. I was notified when they arrived. When I arrived to pick them up two guys loaded them and unloaded my heavy nasty cores.

Couldnt ask for better service. Jim was a great help on the phone and then he and another guy (sorry, I didnt catch his name) were super courteous and professional in the store. Helped get 3 heavy (58lbs each) batteries in the back of my truck.Would highly recommend Batteries Plus Bulbs. They know what they are doing and usually have the stock on hand.

Within a few minutes they found that it wasnt my screen that was broke but the protective covering.Its so nice to know we have honest businessmen in our area. Stopped in today (5-30-2020) for 2- 6 volt batteries for my RV. Cant remember the guys name but he knew exactly what I needed and was very professional and helpful.

Today on my way home from work I had replace the battery in my car. I typically don’t go to this place but I said well let me check the prices. When I walked in I was quickly greeted by Jerry. Called the store for motorcycle battery. I wanted to know what they had in stock. Person on phone said we have one with no info given by me. I wanted to know what my option were before I drove 23 miles. He let a deep sigh and asked what the part # was. WOW awsome to lazy to look it up in computer. Do I get paid for doing his job for him? Stay as far away as possible from that store.

We recently went through Hurricane Irma in my area. When other stores were out of batteries/flashlights - I walked into my local Batteries Plus during lunch 2 days before the Hurricane and purchased all the supplies needed. The employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. Prices were inline with Lowes/Home Depot but with personalized customer service. I highly recommend the Lake Wales store!

I brought my IPhone in to have the screen repaired. Every function on the phone worked perfectly, the only problem was the unsightly screen crack. They fixed the phone in about 40 minutes. Well, now my finger print function no longer works. I have had to return to he store multiple time to get it fixed. Now I am told it is infixable and I will have to come back for a third time after I get a call from the store manager. I do not know when he or she is to call me. I should not have to chase down the store manager to get my phone fixed or at least get a refund. I am tried of establishments giving me the run around. What happened to quality and service!

My car battery was messing up. I had them check it and sure enough it was dying on me. They were able to fix it right then and there. And I havent had any problems since. The employee was very nice. I would recommend.
