I live in Lakeland and do most of my shopping on north 98. A great place and good cast members, but not close to be comparable with what I experienced today with your staff. Whoever is in charge you can tell they are a leader. Everyone was genuinely ready to let you know they hoped you were having a good day. Not to help you find something. That was a given when they spoke. You know when they asked you that you would know to say I can’t find ??????

Im giving a four because there was excellent happy customer service throughout the store. Then, while checking out with a happy cashier and happy bagger, an employee approached my bagger while we were in a conversation and grumbled something rudely about something being on the floor. This disgruntled employee was male with yellow highlighted hair. He should not have done what he did. He easily could have picked up what he saw on the floor instead of acting so rudely.

The store is very clean. Shelves are fully stocked. The people are friendly and helpful. The prices are good.The Publix app is easy to use, and shoppers are excellent.

They have fantastic soups, and their chicken is the best. Very courteous and helpful workers..

Deli is super slow! I ordered a pickup sub because I thought it would be faster! Over 20 minutes late for it to be prepared! The people in line was served MUCH!!! faster! Really pathetic! And now I will be late! Thanks Publix you failed this time!

On our way to River Ranch POA we frequently stop here to get the items we need for camping over the weekend. We pull long, loaded down trailers and their parking lot is very convenient to enter, park and exit.

Waited a bit in the sub line, once I got there I had to wait 8 more minutes since there was no chicken tenders. No problem at all, I just wanted to praise the ladies who were working so hard even the manager got in there to help. Thank you ladies, for being so sweet to all your customers even though some weren’t so nice to you. Thank you again Kim, Grace & Marivic!

It was relaxing trip after seeing doctor visited the pharmacy then moved to a little shopping my fav part was getting the ice cream and quick check out and I have to say the ice cream was soooo good

Bought green beans. Went home and opened packag only to find slimy beans.A few days later bought ground turkey only to prepare it the following day and found the package was outdated 3 days prior to purchase.Been shopping at Publix for years and this is not the quality we have all come to appreciate.

Clean store, friendly staff. An associate, I believe Conner, went out of his way to help find a particular medicine. I love that they have the BOGOS in bins conveniently located at the front. They opened an extra lane when they saw it was getting busy.

I cant believe the shape of the produce department, I came in to buy a Sugar Kiss melon, which Ive already noticed that theyve been getting smaller and smaller, most now are the size of a softball but, of course the price has not went down, I am very disappointed in the decline of quality at Publix, my loyalty is declining as fast as their once superior customer service.. when I took these pictures there were a few Publix associates and a manager working, yet theres still produce of this quality deemed fit to sell !... I sure miss Publix as it once was ..its funny how as of 3-20-2021 there was one thumbs up.. Are people not seeing the fruit they are trying to pass off to people who have complete blind faith in Publix?... Again at the time these pictures were taken, there were at least 3 employees working in the area ..all produce employees.. this is not produce ..this is livestock food.. as the Jenkins dwindle so goes the standards George set.. what a shame.. and do not think youll ever read in a newspaper ( online ) or watch anything negative on a Florida news station.. you wont ..isnt that strange?.. the tomato pickers asking for a $.01 per pound raise.. Publix raised prices ..ask a picker how much more he or she got paid ?... Ask an employee thats under 35 what kind of benefits do they get..the only full timers are the managers ( who are nervous wrecks and work 80 hrs a week! ) and employees who have been there for 25 + years and are getting the old philosophy of how to treat employees.. Publix is Raking it in now but, as the older generations fall so will publix unless they pull out the old playbook!

I bought my daughter a birthday cake and it was uneven. You would think if you spend $24.99 for a cake it would be even. Also there was places on the cake that wasnt covered with frosting very disappointed. Coming from Publix I expected better!!!

Publix was once my favorite go to store. Very good customer service. Always a clean environment to shop in, but that has all been declining. I was there recently, and wanted a sandwich made up in the deli. Hardly anyone in line had on a mask, and there was no social distancing. Not even markers on the floor for the six ft. A lady butts in line not wearing a mask and just starts talking over the counter to the associates making my sandwich. There is no plexi glass or anything! I mean that’s just not acceptable. I told the lady I no longer wanted my food. She asked why, and I told her. She seemed offended. I spoke to manager and she said plexiglass glass was a good idea. Am here shopping again today, and again no social distancing at the food counter. Nothing has been done, and it’s been several weeks.

I love this store always clean and friendly staff just a great experience for me. The last time I was there I was returning empty water bottles and buy more water. I was standing behind the green line empty bottles in my cart at customer service when a Publix employee walks up looks at me and my cart then decides to cut line to collect on her scratch off So disappointed will probably start spreading my business around to wal mart and Wynn Dixie. But I’ll be back still cleanest store in town

The one in lake Wales on highway 60 is the worst place weve ever seen in our life that store needs to be push down or upgraded

So, even with photo proof of the price on their shelf. Donna informed me the price was actually the price under that tag. So make sure you remove all their price tags. This brings a whole new meaning to hidden prices. Donna had a piss poor attitude when it came to customer service. Did not want to listen to a word. Just walked off while I was asking her questions. It was the bags of cat food left on the shelf. I was buying two of them.

Arrived at Publix Pharmacy 5 minutes before their closing. Miss Erica, the Pharmacist, was alone but one would never have known it was closing time, that our business would cause her to be after 9 pm closing the pharmacy department, or that she had put in most likely a 12 hour day. Her smile as she greeted me, her concern for what I was going through, her kind words of encouragement and her offer to do anything she could - I need only call should I have any questions or need further assistance.Totally awesome experience Miss Erica rendered, at days end, when we both had every reason to be at our worst, she was at her BEST! Thank you so much Miss Erica for all you do for so many. You are truly one of a kind!

This Publix wasn’t quite as clean as others and felt dark. Didn’t quite meet their brand standard surprisingly

Yesterday went to get mixed fried chicken they didnt have any have to wait 15 for the chicken. The employers should check how much chicken have left so when costumers come theres chicken available to get

Probably the dirtiest store I have been in a long time. The floors were nasty and there were cold items that had been left on the shelf by the bread. It had obviously been on the bread shelf for some time as it was now warm. Not sure why Publix employees don’t police the store better

I love my local Publix supermarket. Im able to pick up products here that I cant find at other local grocery stores. During todays visit I was especially appreciative of the young lady who was going down the freezer aisle wiping down all of the door handles and jams to keep them sanitized. Thank you for keeping our health first and foremost Publix!!
