Store is overall good, I love the subs. The only reason I’m giving three stars is because the lady at the boars head meat counter is rude. She didn’t seem very willing to help and just stood there while people where waiting in line.

Not sure if the lady making subs is just completely incompetent or just slow but weve been standing and waiting in line for 10 minutes and she hasnt even finished the one sub shes working on for the people in front, at the rate she is moving at, we wont even be ordering our sub for another 45 minutes. Definitely needs to be moved to a different department, I have never seen anybody move so slow in my life.

We love Publix. Were from South Jersey and we can get Taylor Pork roll there!!!! We used to get Pennsylvania style birch beer there but havent seen it in awhile. We love finding tastes of home. Thank you Publix for carrying Taylor pork roll, amongst other things such as Tasty cakes, Martins potato rolls, real pickles, just to name a few. We absolutely love the bakery too. Lol New York style eclairs cant live without them!!!

Deli is very understaffed today..ordered subs online, finally got someones attention waited 20 minutes late coming out. Lines were all over the place no one knew where to stand for hot food or made to order sandwiches

Nothing really in the way of gluten free stuff, very little for dairy free as well. Lots of things were low, out, or not even sold here that are in other locations. Ill travel the extra distance to the other Lake Wales location or to Winter Haven... Even though Im within walking distance of this one.

I had to get sweet tea. They were closing soon. They still had happy pleasant adittudes. The store was clean and the shelves were stocked. Well done folks.

This store is great! I love being able to go and find everything I need easily and conveniently. The employees are courteous and very well trained. I asked an employee in the produce department named Michael, where to find a certain product. He could have just pointed me in the right direction but instead he stopped what he was doing and walked me all the way across the store right to the item to make sure I had what I needed. That is customer service and why I love Publix!

I was looking for gly-oxide which other publixs have but this one didnt have it and their medicine/health isles arrangement makes it difficult to find anything. Wasnt a huge fan of this Publix although I could charge my phone inside on a cushioned bench, while waiting for Uber to pick me up. That was a plus.

Banner in store window indicates they will take competitors coupons but in reality they won’t. Spent 15 minutes at customer service trying to get money back on wrong bill. Thanks for posting misleading information in your front window and taking enough of my time so my ice cream melted before I got home. Enough other stores in town that I won’t be coming back!

Its Publix if you know you know and if you dont know go! Ive heard people say its more expensive than other grocery stores. I dont think it is, but if so Ill pay a little more for better quality, service and a shopping cart that doesnt fight me thru the whole store or bounce so bad I worry about my glass items breaking on the way to the car. If however that were to happen Im sure, an associate would replace it for me. I mean seriously Publix will do everything except bring my items in the house and put them away.

I am a regular customer. So, I chose the last package of a certain brand of mandarins, but once I approached the register to pay, I realized that one of them were smushed completely with the juice dripping out. I asked the cashier, Megan for a discount, but she didn’t seem to understand and know what she was doing, so the manager or another worker came and said that you can’t have it for free. But that wasn’t what I wanted, I just wanted a small discount for a single mandarin being smushed. What I didn’t appreciate was the attitude of both of these workers.After I payed for everything I had in my cart, Megan packaged everything I bought very poorly, putting the mandarins with the other fruit when it was literally dripping with sticky juice. Megan mixed cold and room temperature things together like she didn’t seem to care. And she seemed to be rushing the whole time, just stuffing many things into very few bags.

I love shopping here. I always feel safe, everything is well organized and well stocked. They have a great selection of items to choose from. It is also convenient that I can get my prescriptions filled here as well. The pharmacy staff is top notch. In fact, the entire staff the store is top notch and they all go out of their way to make you feel appreciated and taken care of. I would rather shop here than anywhere else. And, their meat, produce, deli, and bakery departments are incredible. I cant recommend this store highly enough.

Had an order to pick up. Everyone was very courteous and order was on time. Picked up a few other items while I was there.

First visit to this location. Friendly and courteous service. Its clean and well lit. There seems to be a lot of food new items that I cannot find elsewhere. Like the new Tillamook ice cream line as well as a few others. Ill definitely be going back. Give the a visit if you havent already.

It was my first time at the store and i did not have a good experiance. I went to the deli and asked to have my ham cut and the lady was very rude to me and was bein sarcastic asking me if i also wanted in a certain shape. I never experience such attitude in any other supermarket over cutting my ham thin cut.

Publix will always be my number 1 supermarket. They have everything I shop for and need. Publixs to me is the real Diamond of Supermarkets in the South and you can take that statement to the bank.

I ordered a cake here and nobody at the bakery knew what they were doing . I was told that some of the things that were in the cake phamplet, nobody in this store knew how to do . I feel that there should have been a better answer than that !!! I was also told that a deposit had to be paid that day, which I was prepared to do but it clearly said in one of the pamphlets that I got at the front door that a deposit was not required but the total balance had to be paid 2 weeks prior to the event . Other than that the store is very clean inside and is one of the nicer publix I have been in

The store is clean and the front end clerks are always very friendly. The deli in the other hand is arguably the worst of any Publix Ive ever been to. There is no sense of urgency whatsoever . Deli workers will chat amongst themselves while they have a line 4 and 5 people deep. And when they finally get to you they act like you are an inconvenience. They arent flat out rude but its a close thing

UPDATE: Today, October 18, I had to let Scott the store manager know about another racial discrimination act in the deli. Express cashier closed with the only other open lines loaded with full carts. I had a rotisserie chicken and potato salad. Becoming worth the extra 3 minutes to drive to Walmart on Cypress Gardens. 🤬

A typical Publix, clean and well stocked. My only issue was the deli. SLOW.... We tried to enter a online order for 9 subs at 9 AM and the earliest window was 1 pm. We tried calling and were told they could not have it ready before noon. 3 to 4 hours to make 9 subs?

They have pretty much everything a home shopper needs for food and entertaining. The called are fantastic, store is clean. I wish they had more of a pie assortment, its usually pretty slim
