Sorry to say this store is stuck in a mall that is dead! You cant even go in to look, without hearing employees talking about people going in and messing up their convention. This store really needs to really re-locate!

Sales people are always very friendly and sometimes approach you too many times in one visit. Maybe some are ok with that, but Id like to be left alone. I understand theyre doing their job. In this day and age where people would rather collect than to work. Im grateful for the ones working.

I have shopped at this location for many years and always received excellent helpful and courteous service and found an outstanding volume of merchandise at valuable prices with many bargains available to give me the most number of items for my money spent. The manager Gina is fantastic and is an excellent representative for Bath & Body Works. She is always friendly and willing to assist and makes sure the store is well stocked so shopping is a pleasure. I thoroughly enjoy every shopping experience and the products are delightful and the selection of products is beyond my expectations with a huge variety of fragrances and delightful items from foaming cleansers to hand sanitizers to scents to be sprayed on the body. I also like the visor fragrance distributors for cars. They are an inexpensive yet welcome gift for anyone.

Had lousy experience today. Ive been shopping the store since 1996. Today was the worst I have ever been treated. Because I was returning products. Big sign on the wall behind the cashiers says 100% guarantee. Like it or you can return it anytime for whatever reason. But evidently the new manager says what can be returned and what cant be returned nice huh?

Alondra was so incredibly helpful & sweet tonight!!! I have been having problems with my email & she took the time to help me figure everything out!!! She also helped me find the perfect car scents!!! She is perfect for this job & I really appreciated how helpful she was!!!

I load up on hand soaps every Christmas or when they have sales. I love the different scents for every season. Staff is also very friendly and helpful.

I am quite upset. I am a continuous customer of your store. I came to change some plug because they were damaged. Smell oil stays halfway and changes color and does not wear out. The situation is that there are Christmas. The same as I have in the form of a lamp but it is new Christmas. The Mrs. He told me that he had to pay the difference and I asked him why, if I am not to blame it is not the same and that there is not the same. I bought them because they were brown. I told her that that had never happened to me and she told me that I had to take another one that was there of less value. I always had a problem in this store with the manager.I called customer service and the attention was terrible. Where you can trust to explain what is happening in the store and that they are fair.
