I was there Sunday. The lady with the short grey hair really has a bad attitude. I am 100% ok with you needing to do your job. I get it. Ask for what you need to ask for. Do what you need to do. But dont treat me like Im in your way. And dont treat me like Im annoying you when Im getting 1 item. Thats all. Ease tqlk to this employee and tell her she need to talk to customer with some kind of niceness

Went in and within less than 5 minutes I walked out with what I needed thanks to Julie for helping me, she was so nice 🙂

I love the employees who are very helpful love the product but they need more stock theyre okay if you want to buy one of something but if you need multiple products for your hair they dont have it

Wow, the franchisee needs some instruction on how to deal with the public. What a nasty woman. Ive been in Sallys all over the nation and this is the first negative experience. Just teaching her basic manners would be a start.

Horrible service. I was in the store waiting to checkout. I heard someone talking so I thought the sales associate was with a customer. Apparently, the sales associate was sitting on the floor stocking shelves (alone). Now, who put that there, why would someone do something so stupid and so on...The last time I was in the store, the same woman associate was complaing to a customer about another employee who was in the office and had shut the door. Why would he go in the back and shut the door? I have my purse in there with money in it and so on!

Went ther after a salon messed my hair up and the lady’s helped me get what I needed to fix it and make sure I don’t damage it😁

Eveytime I go in and its the older lady, I leave with a bad taste in my mouth. She has the be the rudest cashier Ive ever met.
