This shop is one of the best. Very courteous, great attention to detail, they are willing to take the time to make your repairs accurate but doing so in a reasonable amount of time. Super friendly, very clean shop. Will definitely do business with again if the opportunity presents itself

I stopped by just before closing to ask about an estimate after being rear-ended, the gentleman inside was upfront that he had too much work to take on new jobs at that time. But he could tell I had little to no idea on the next steps after being rear-ended, he was kind enough to inspect my car and explain what would need to happen to fix the car, AND walked me through the process of what to do in terms of insurance. He spent a lot of time with me, despite that I wouldnt be a customer, if I ever have an auto body issue I will be returning here. I wish I caught his name but it was very clear this guy had a ton of experience when it comes to his trade and was incredibly helpful. Cannot thank you enough for being so friendly and educating me!!

It is rare to find a company so professional, so customer oriented, and so very good at what they do. I was made to feel at ease within minutes of arriving at their shop; they kept me up dated and informed, and they did an amazing job with my car. I would highly recommend them.

Spectrum is great because the owner takes pride in the work they do. My customer service experience was great and Danny did an amazing job repairing my car. Everything was completed ahead of schedule and with a great degree of honesty. I think we need to support small businesses that are working hard to be great. Take your car their and you will see what I mean.

Danny was fantastic! I brought in my truck for some repairs after a collision. He went above and beyond to make sure I didnt have to pay a penny more than needed to the insurance company. Repairs took less than a week and my truck is like new.

Dani and his team are nothing less than SUPERIOR!! I dropped my car off on Monday and it was done on Wednesday. The work done was so excellent that it looked like nothing ever happened. Dani, the service manager, is incredibly professional, cares about the happiness of the customer and closely inspects the final product. He went over every detail with me and was always there to answer my phone calls (only called once - Dani kept me informed the entire time). The technicians they have are absolutely top tier - the car looked better than when I bought it....the paint was matched perfectly. Also the car was finished in half the time I thought it would take. Bottom line - take your car here - these guys are the absolute best.

Fantastic service. They kept in touch regularly keeping me appraised of developments with parts delivery, the insurance claim and ongoing repairs. Went above and beyond, coordinating with the rental car company during drop-off and pick-up and getting the work turned out well ahead of schedule.
