I never received the gift that I purchased for my husband. I purchased fog lights for his Harley on 5.20.19 for $219.32. It is now 8.9.19 and I have yet to receive the item. Customer service has been terrible. I’ve never been in a situation where a business lies and steals like this. After 8 phone calls and 5 emails this week, I finally got a call back. I asked for a refund and the lady hung up on me. I called back and now their phone number on the website is disconnected. I complained to their BBB and opened a claim with my bank. I was advised to file a police report as well. After looking at the reviews, which I should have before purchasing, I’m not the only one who has filed multiple claims against them.
