Munch Deli is a staple for us! The best people. The best food. The best all around experience. Such a creative menu. So many yummy choices. We are so very grateful for John and Holly! Keep up the greatness!

I just have to say, this is my place haha! I’ve been coming here for almost every day for 2 years now as I work one building over and man, I have to say, John and holly are sandwhich artists!!! Every day I get what’s known as a surprise me ( I can never make up my mind lol) and am never disappointed. The food is great and the people are even better, seriously a great family owned shop that has quality food for a great price!Ps. Here’s a pic of my surprise me from today 😜

There isnt a bad thing I could say about munch it has amazing flavor, amazing food, and the people get to know you and make you feel welcome.

A multitude of yummy options, friendly owners and quick service, its nearly impossible to NOT spend all of your hard earned money here everyday of the week. Genuinely, its the best spot for lunch in the area. If you need a recommendation, my personal favorite is their French Dip but you seriously cant go wrong.

This place is a hidden gem. Incredibly good, fresh, made to order food. The people who own and staff this fine establishment are extremely kind and fun. I love to visit and share a laugh with them. Always a bright spot in my day. Thank you.

This is one of the worst things I’ve ever eaten. I ordered the keto bowl and a coffee. Coffee was horrible, but my god, this bowl couldn’t get worse. They shoved it into a cup? I had to shake it into a bowl and it came out like jello. Really compacted. Pretty grossed out. Weird because the reviews are great

This place rocks! I love that its on the same street I work. The Sandwiches are all made to order and are leaps and bounds above any other deli Ive eaten at. The South West Turkey is the bomb!

Just like Brian Hanna, I stopped going to Munch. Once I discovered they didnt wear masks, that was an enough for me. If they dont care about my health, why should I worry about their small family business?

Best place to get a sandwich in Lake Oswego! Very hospitable family business. My colleagues and I get food there very often. They even have keto and vegetarian options!

Chatted with the owners, they’re from Michigan and then moved to TX, now they’re in the beautiful Pacific Northwest! They make some killer sandwiches, I got the Armadillo and was not disappointed! Protip: They are popular, even right at opening they had a couple people waiting already. So call in your order!

This place is a gem. I was looking for a sandwich place that wasnt the same old sub shop experience and they were amazing. The sandwiches are great, they have a lot of cool choices and the owners are friendly, entertaining, and engaging. They are clean and quick - even when they are crazy busy! Everyone I have got sandwiches for from there goes back. Try the Tony BLT - my favorite!!

Love, Love, LOVE this little restaurant!!Ive never actually been onsite there, but I order lunch for my co-workers there very often. I order for at least 30 people in 3 orders and they are life savers at Munch!During this pandemic its important to avoid spreading the virus via contact, so weve stopped allowing employees to bring in lunch, and instead we order in everyday- on the company!Lunches from Munch come bagged with the name of the person the sack lunch is for and a description of whats in the sack! Food is ready and delivered on-time! Its really hard to believe such excellence comes out of a little shop of yumminess in Lake O, but theyve certainly made a customer out of my place of business! I wanted a good sandwich that mom or grandma would make with wholesome and fresh ingredients. A google search and a Turkey Rueben and California Turkey later, I am a HUGE fan of Munch. It is reasonably priced, quality ingredients, always ready on time. I live nearby, so the idea of going inside an office building to grab food was foreign to me, but Ive been letdown by overpriced and not-so-tasty sandwiches at Whole Foods, Zupans and Jimmy Johns, so I gave Munch a try and am so glad I did. You will not be disappointed. I asked for the California Turkey to be on toasted bread, and it really hit the spot.

I was honestly not impressed by this place. After looking at positive reviews, I was excited to try it. I ordered through delivery for the place I work at and 2 of the orders were wrong. Nothing was labeled so we had to open the wrapping to see what it was. The orders were way different than what they look like online.

Im a big fan of Munch Deli. I discovered them on Instagram when I found out they were a family business much like mine. I ordered a sandwich for delivery and have been a fan ever since. I have since tried many other menu items and love the food. Every delivery includes a little bit of cheer, whether its a personal note, an extra item, or just something they know Id like. Ive spread the love and ordered for my wife and employees as well. Top notch experience every time!

Not only are John and Holly two of my favorite people to see during my work day, but the food here is incredible. I love their breakfast burritos, and their keto cauliflower rice bowl. You need to try the avocado hot sauce! Its not spicy, but extremely delicious!

I ordered Munch for the first time through Door Dash today And it was SO good!! I got the keto bowl coffee combo, YUM! I put a comment asking if they had salsa and they put a smiley face on the salsa cup for me, I showed the entire office haha it was adorable and put a smile on my face that they would go that extra mile. This will definitely be my new spot for breakfast and lunch.

I really enjoy this place. I go at least twice a week. The food is delicious, the owners are very friendly, the shop is always clean and the menu has a ton of options. I love the variety they offer. They have specials daily and monthly and there is always a different hot meal as well. They are a hidden gem in the Kruse Woods business Park.

Since I first ordered from munch a couple months ago it has become an at least twice a week breakfast for me. No day goes quite as great as a day where you start off with a breakwhich and megalodon. Kudos to the owners, they evidently care about their business and the quality of food and service provided to their customers.

Im not sure if there was switch of management or ownership when the name switched from Kruse Woods Deli, but things seem to have gone downhill. Ordered my usual breakfast sandwich with cream cheese. No cream cheese when delivered. Delivery took over an hour. The bagel was not toasted.Update: I gave Munch a second try this morning and was really pleased. Delivery came within the window that was promised and no I am full. Very tasty, will order again.

The new owners are really nice. Unfortunately, the entire building smells of burning grease and tuna fish sandwiches. Its to the point that we just had another business associate tell us that they wont come to our office any longer due to the smell, especially in the hallways but also in our suite. I feel bad for them, but it has been getting worse and worse since they took over Kruse Woods Deli and turned it into Munch Deli.

The quality of the food is pretty surprising. Very fresh and tasty. The owner is pleasant and the delivery is lightning quick.

I like this small business. The lady in charge is very good cook and pleasant person to interact with. Good food, not expensive. The best split pea soup I ever had. The best thing about this place its clean and food tastes fresh.

Kruse Woods is the best - they actually use real eggs, everything tastes great, they deliver to your business, and its pretty inexpensive for such quality food. Recommended!
