We walked into JCP looking for the perfect wedding dress shoes and found them quickly! Originally $80/On sale for $55/Applied promos for a Final Cost of $31! The customer service associate who rang up our purchase was very kind. ♥️

1st time shopping here in over 10yrs. Thrilled with how many sales & clearance items everywhere! Very helpful cashier asked if I wanted to apply for a JCP card. Took no time at all and got another 35% off my purchase of buy one bra, get one free! All CDC COVID-19 guidlines in place too!

Was kinda disappointed in the coupons I received wouldnt work on most things and that spend $200 and get $100 off was a joke. Even the store manager said she was not sure how it worked just gotta keep trying. I was very frustrated.

Employees are friendly and helpful but the store has much less to choose from than it used to.

Havent been in the store in years, but have picked up orders there... You go to the back of the store, call the store and select the operator, then they bring out the order out and load it in your car...

Sales help was very helpful and was in and out within minutes.

Great store. They offer great deals year round. There is a salon and Sephora store within this JC Penney. They also have a bathroom in the store. They sell anything from clothing, shoes, toys, to home decor and small kitchen appliances.

This mall is probably the best mall in Brazoria County. All employees seem to be respectful and curious to all guests.

Quick in and out, good mid range priced merchandise, while still offering quality. Name brands at reasonable pricing.

Worst haircut ever. My daughter was in town for a short time and desperately needed a haircut. We called and they had an opening so we went right over; this was an hour before closing. The lady that attempted to cut her hair was either drunk or highly medicated. She was very nice but kept repeating herself and asking the same questions over and over. She worked very slow, but the entire appointment was less than 20 min. (Which should have been more like 45 min. ) My daughter wanted 3 inches cut off and long layers; she came out with a straight across cut and only about an inch trimmed off (only because I asked her to cut off more when she only trimmed a half inch off). I could have given her that kind of trim. She wanted a professional long layered style, but came out $40 poorer and some split ends cut off. I do not recommend this place.

Its where I got some of the nicer jackets I own, the customer service is good and its pretty chill.

I like the store but the employee was not so friendly. I went to check out gave her my coupon and she said for already saved 30.00 with out scanning anything. I had some items that were on sale but I would like to save some more. Scanned the coupon the price did not change I had alot of items something should have gone down. I dont think she knew what she was doing. Then just threw the cloths in the bag didnt attempt to try to fold them, the cloths were balled up. Then I got out the door it beeps, she checks the cloths and didnt find the sensor. Then I got back it beeps again she tell me to go head she checked the cloths. I get home 1hrs way and theres a sensor on the cloths. Didnt have a good customer service experience

I wanna shopping at the mall in Lake Jackson Texas. All I got from the stores was how to get there from here and we hope you find it. It was very disgusting to shop there. But when I got to JC Penneys I had Betty help me. She walked with me tell me find my stuff. Rachel also assisted with my shopping experience. If you want customer service where people treat you like a person in not an OH GREAT here comes another problem for the DAY.... Go to This JC Penneys. They took care of everything because they treated me like a person.

I bought over $1,000 in jewelry I tried to take my watch back because it it got water in it I brought it back I knew that I bought it thereand help me they couldnt find it on their paperwork but my Navy Federal paperwork so that I bought it Ive got it on my wrist these people just didnt want to do business or exchange it like they said they would I return almost all my jewelry that I have purchased for other family members. JCPenneys Mark stuff up Then say its on sale at Marks it down to the original. Still didnt sell a market down to a clearance which is about 10% people help you for any reason I dont want to know your business anyways Im not going.

I needed a mens dress shirt. They had em, but I was on my own to find it. There is nobody to work in menswear. I went to the womens lingerie (next door) with any questions I had so I could get a vague answer. They had a bogo sale, so I got 2 shirts, neither fit very well. They didnt have a tape measure available (isnt that the most logical thing to have in a clothing store?).

JCP in Brazos Mall is the only store that has remained thru all the economic roller coaster that is the past 4 decades. Its evolved with more agility and luck than even Sears. For the most part, the service, selection and sales are adequate--which is all require. Occasionally the staff has been exceptional which has been what I needed post-Harvey. I wish I had learned the clerks name who checked me out when I RE-bought back-to-school clothes in September of 2017. She was an angel.

Im so disappointed in this JCP! Its my 2nd time here and probably will not be back after this visit. When youre a supervisor and 2 of your associates have already told a customer the price(they said same price) & you dont honor it nor can you verify the price against anything ellos because its old merch. If you have any retail experience you know this item has gone from clearance back to regular price because 1 its out of season 2 your store shows you have no more so they return it to not lose the markdown 3 someone returned it after it went back up. Its just upsetting this supervisor didnt even believe in her people enough and 1 of them worked in that specific department! My cashier & lady at the fitting room were sooooo nice and helpful too bad their supervisor wasnt!

Definitely not the same store I used to shop at. The store clerks were not helpful. Ill be going to Pearland to shop.

Trendy, more stylish clothing ASAP- Same all trend since 2012.. its boring....The town people has the same or similar style so much cause of these department stores not upgrading themselves and not selling more fashionable trendy clothes ..its 2018 pls talk to JCP buyer for this location Emergency upgrade to their apperal department is a must🤗👍
