We used the pickup at store, ordering thru the app and Pickup was seamlessly easy. Prices were just as good as other retailers.

I had some great finds as well as a great experience at Target until the self checkout person with the beard and glasses decided to limit me on Yugioh cards even if though was no sign saying limit 2. All card collectors should NOT go to this Target. EVER.

Love curbside pick up. So convenient and I hope they continue offering this way of shopping. I buy so much more when I have time to look at what they have online. Easy process.

If you want to toy hunt and not pay the scalpers on eBay then don’t go to this target in lj Tx. Employees here are rude and very quick to turn on you if they see you around the store a lot. Yes, it doesn’t matter if your not stealing, hiding product, or if your even being polite to them. They will still avoid you like the plauge and be just straight up douche bags to you for no reason. You’ve been warned toy hunters!

The workers are so fast! It said in 2 hours they were ready in 10mins! Not saying this will always happen. But I was happy!

Very clean Target, they had a lot of deals going on. They had a Christmas sale with all their Christmas items on sale from 30-70% off. They are very good deals with lots of stuff to get for a good price. Clean and well run with friendly staff in the interactions I had at the cash register and in the aisles.

I love shopping at target. Everyone is so friendly and I love browsing clearance items. Also using the target app saves me money.When I scan items in the target app; it lets me know if there is coupons or special discounts and adds it the wallet in target app and then when I check out they just scan code and all the discounts come off in one transaction. It evens show how much you have saved to date.

We apply for a RedCard Credit card and unfortunately we got to check back.She offer us the Debit Redcard and also let us know about the Target App.So many good things we did not know.Thank you!

Most of my shopping at Target is in the baby section. I greatly appreciate the sales that Target has on baby essentials. Having 2 babies, I love saving when I can.

The general experience was mostly a positive one, but the checkout person did not check ID and thought my husband was me, never questioning a thing about a man potentially using a womans name. Just about anyone could have picked up our order if they knew my name.

My wife and I just purchased 6 Target Visa Gift Cards of various amounts ranging from $100 to $25. She purchased these after she saw that all Target Gift Cards were 10 % off today only. To make sure the promotion was still in effect she ask a cashier and she said; Yes. We were surprised when the cards did not ring up as 10 % off so we went to customer service to see if there was some mistake. My wife talked to the three women in customer service as to why she didnt get 10 % off and they informed her that she had purchased Target Visa Gift Cards and not Target gift cards. We pointed to one of the signs that was located right beside the cards we purchased that stated all Target Visa Gift cards are 10 % off. My wife ask to speak to the manager and one of the women said; Well Im off the clock right now but Im a manager. My wife replied: That unless this was resolved she wouldnt shop in the store again to which one young lady replied; Then dont come back! Now there were two women claiming to be managers in customer service and none corrected her. My wife told her; Im manage a retail establishment and thats not the way you talk to a customer! We ever got to talk to the store manager about our problem, we both are very disappointed in the way we were treated.

Tonight was the 3rd time I’ve picked up Halo Top ice cream from target and when I got it home the seal had been broken and some of the ice cream had been eaten. $4 down the drain on 3 different occasions. Very frustrating.

I grew up in Sweeny I shop here a few times a year when visiting family. I just left the service desk where I picked up an online order. I just had an extremely negative experience that left me shaking. The young man who checked me out, his name is Max, waited until after my order was rung up and paid for to tell me that I needed to leave the store because I had a dog with me. I explained that she was a service dog (he never asked) and he sarcastically said “I don’t see a vest” among other ignorant comments. “I will have you removed” was another as I pulled up the ADA on my phone. I asked him if he knew the law and without answering he replied “Do you know the law?”...”Target is private property and we have our own policy” was another of his comments. He excitedly called the manager who arrived and let him know that he was breaking the law, rules, etc. She was nice enough but I had to ask her to explain to him that service dogs are NOT required to have any documentation or vest or identification of any kind.The ADA, which is Federal Law, states that an employee or owner or whatever can ask 2 questions. Is that a service dog? What service does it perform? After those two questions are asked and answered the employee cannot pry any further. This young man was rude, hateful and though he is young, he is old enough to be an employee and therefore old enough to be taught the law. It is such a SIMPLE law, ONE PAGE! It’s rare in 2019 that I come across anyone who doesn’t know the law but it’s always disheartening when I do. Especially when they are rude, accusatory and threatening like this young man. It defeats the purpose of having my service dog with me when I’m verbally attacked for having her with me.Target has always been a lesser evil of all the evil corporations in my eyes so I’m really surprised by the reaction of the manager who knew the law but did not seem to have much issue with her employee breaking it. The entire law is just ONE PAGE to read and just TWO SHORT QUESTIONS to memorize. I don’t understand why it’s so hard for some people to grasp. Not all disabilities are visible.

Went into the Target Store, Lake Jackson, Texas, and they refused my check. Have written checks in this store previously including one written today in the electronics department. No reason given. Be ASSURED MY CHECKS ARE GOOD.

Almost every time I go to target in the past month I have gotten the cashier sue . And ms sue is so sweet and one day I was having a panic attack cause my card wasn’t working and she calmed me down and I really appreciate that understanding from her.also the young stocker Jason h. (I think) was so helpful in pointing me back to finding something else I was looking for. The strong silent type but still willing to help . Oh and the young lady kaitlyn in the pharmacy helped me find the vitamins I was looking for

I went in on a whim today due to a weekly ad. The special was for a sale on ps4s for $30. Once I got to the parking lot I did research online to double check the ad and people had posted pics of their purchase at their local targets as well. I went in and inquired about it and the manager on duty immediately had her walls up. She would not honor the price. She contacted her manager and I could over hear the conversation and she clearly said that the price had to be pulled up on the website weekly ad not through the email weekly ad. I did that for her on my phone 3 times and she still would not honor it, and then just completely walked away from me! I did not raise my voice one time. I did not get angry and I did not use foul language. She blamed it on a glitch online. Then accused me of some hacking on my phone! I offered to pull up the ad on her phone and she refused!!1- not my fault2- the ad was listed and proof was shown of purchases3- do not walk away from a customer and treat them like they are making a scene.I was very embarrassed and treated like I was some criminal. She made everyone in the front of the store stop and look and i had not raised my voice one time.Awful experience. You should not work that hard at your job trying to prove the customer wrong. Work that hard to create a good experience. Dont make the customer feel bad or stupid or criminal for coming in and wanting to purchase something from an ad that you emailed him. That you asked for someone to subscribe to weekly and then deny your ad that you sent out. If its a one off situation help the person and be on your merry way. Dont drag it out until close of business and then just walk away.

Erica in guest services and Britney in management at Target in Lake Jackson, TX are both definitely a cut above the rest. They went above and beyond to answer my questions about a $1000+ product that was on final clearance. During my phone call about product availability, they were both very professional and courteous and didnt make me feel rushed even once. Their dedication and commitment in ensuring top-notch customer service saved me a 2+ hour round trip as the single unit in stock had a defect, which, they found. If they hadnt caught it, I would have ended up wasting quite a bit of time and gas driving from Houston only to come home empty handed. Retail needs more people like Erica and Britney to maintain the personal touch and human element in shopping that Amazon still cannot match. I hope Target recognizes and rewards these two exemplary individuals for their A+ attitude and dedication.

Anybody ever seen that movie where that guy gets a job at Target as a night janitor, and hes locked in the store at night with Jennifer Connolly who fell asleep in the dressing room. And then these two guys break in the store and try to rob it. It was called Career Opportunities, good movie.

The store is clean and is usually well stocked. Has a surprisingly large grocery selection for not being a Super Target. The only downside I can find is that they usually dont have many checkout lanes open, so youll wait a little bit to pay.

Went there for the first time in five years, still nothing there that peaks my interest. The store is well organized and stocked and it is clean. Just not my cup of tea.

I love browsing target even on days when I am not looking for anything particular to purchase. However, Lake Jacksons Target womens garments does not appear to have been properly attended to by employees knowledgeable of the garments being sold or that it was lacking enough said garments. While shopping for underwear, I observed sales associates attempting to put back individual underwear based on similar looks in colors. This would explain not only why the sizes were in the wrong bins but also why thongs and cheekys were mixed with boyshorts. And it would have been luck to find two of the same in all sizes let alone just two of the same. They seriously need to restock this area because I cannot image they had a run on underwear for the past two weeks when the price has been the same with no sales. The rest of the store was nearly like every other target just smaller given the town.

A staff member was very tonight 7-2-19 she was very rudely announcing that the store was about to close and talking bad about a costumer and laughing about them right in front of me and my family.I hope someone speaks to that worker and writes her up, I saw her standing by the fitting rooms gossiping and laughing.
