I ordered a set of brake lines from Low and Means website, at first it was going to take about eight weeks to get them but then I received a call from them saying that they had another brand that was the same thing and I could receive them in only a week or so. I wasnt in a hurry cause it was still winter. Long story short they were the wrong ones, so I call up to ask about returning them only to find out there is a 15% restocking fee and I have to pay the shipping too. A bunch of BS I told the guy thats the last time I order they get from me, he didnt seem to care. I guess the name fits the business too well cause there customer service is Low and Mean. But I he made his money.
