Purchased my Harley Heritage in April 2021 and customer service was fantastic. Had a dead battery today (in August) and Gear Up really came through and help me out. They trailered the bike back to their shop, trouble shot the charging system and replaced the battery under warranty. I highly recommend Carrie and the crew. Your customs service is unparalleled. Theres not enough I can say about gear up motorsports. Theres a gentleman that works in their his names pretty and he was amazing. Handled all my needs took care me very well. Now may not be in familiar with motorcycles I was in aware that I supposed to tell him about the slime that Id put in their. He got all over the show Room which a young lady by the name of Cindy I believe had to change it clean up I felt horrible. They gave me a cup of water told me that everything was fine and even wheeled out or rolled out they motorcycle tire to my car. If you go anywhere for your motorcycle needs its gotta be gear up motorcycle. Again see a gentleman by the name of pretty tell him Face Sent you. Face it promotions approved . Again me being a local Google guide number 9 in the top 1% of all people in this area you must go to gear up for any of your motorcycle needs tell him face censure ask for pretty

I have used this store to purchase many of my riding needs. I find the people there to be very helpful and are able to answer any questions I have. When I have not been able to find in stock the unusual sizes that I am looking for, Carrie is always helpful in locating the item and getting it delivered to me very quickly. Was the best experience I have had at buying a bike. Staff is great, No pressure,, and you better make sure you are ready for the truth. Carrie wont pull punches, which is what I like.She will tell you the truth about either your bike, or a bike you may want to buy. Very rare these days. I dont even live in the state, but I will be back.

Gear up is a top notch bike shop in Havasu. Not only do they have a good selection of quality bikes, but a great shop with very knowledgeable mechanics. They have taken very good care of my bike and the prices are very reasonable.

This place is the worst used motorcycle business I have ever seen. Most of their bikes are from the auction and they have very little if any history on them. The owners wife has no concept of returning phone calls. Its really too bad, could have been a good place.
