Bought a motorcycle in Cali and immediately brought it to River Rat to have them diagnose an issue I was having with it. Jason and Martin both came out and came up with a solution. I was given the 5 star treatment. they diagnosed the issue and printed me out some info. outstanding service. I highly recommend River Rat powersports because of Martin and Jason. OUTSTANDING!!!

By far the worst motorcycle and watercraft dealer. The manager is rude and unprofessional. I took my motorcycle in to have the carburetors cleaned and rebuilt. There was silicone inside the carburetor and the o-rings were all cracked. Also they did not install the overflow tube which is dangerous. Fuel was leaking all over my motorcycle exhaust. I had 1.5 miles on the bike from the date of service when I brought the bike to River Rat. The dealer wanted an additional 250 dollars because it was outside their warranty. I am not from Havasu and I vacation in season. Regardless of the 30 day warranty, the rebuilt and cleaning was done wrong and dangerous. This is a latent defect caused by River Rat and legally they need to warranty their work. They do not stand by their work. The carb shop down the street gave River Rat a diagnosis and they agreed the work was done incorrectly and sloppy but River Rat will not make it right. Beware and never go to this shop. This is the rudest unprofessional shop I have ever dealt with.Response: You may want to review Latent Builder Defect that does apply to mechanics. 30 day warranty does not exempt you from faulty work. I was a returning customer and you dont stand by your work. The job was done wrong and dangerous. The job was completed in late August. You picked up the bike and delivered back to my storage, because I dont live in Havasu. You knew I wouldnt be back till summer. This is a seasonal town for vacation owners. Way to honor your customers and your work.

Met a gentleman named Jason, Straight shooter no Bull. Bought jet ski from him. His answers are correct and honest. I recommend you meet him when your in the market for a new toy.

Jen in the parts department does her job very well, beyond and above exception with customer service! Educates you as you go and has the patience as well when you aren’t quite clear on the situation or part you are ordering even when they are swap on a busy weekend like Labor Day weekend! Call me back when she said she would which is rare to find with the parts department, I do plumbing for a living and deal with a lot of part houses and honestly JEN DOES AN AMAZING JOB! Highly recommend her or the establishment!

Exceptional customer service! Awesome selection of apparel and riding gear! If they dont have exactly what you want (ie apparel, parts, oil etc...) you can get it special ordered in no time! Even though they dont sell every type of toy on the market, their service dept. knows their stuff and can work on just about anything!! I trust their expertise and will continue to shop local and give them my business for sure!

Very disappointed in our entire experience with River rat . After purchasing a Krash Predator from them we have had nothing but issues with the ski . Not only is the ski a lemon but the customer service is horrible . We live in phx and can’t be taking off work to drive a total of 6 hours to drop the ski of to keep getting fixed . They won’t even agree to meeting us half way. It’s not our fault that we were sold a brand new ski with multiple issues . They won’t work with us and never once has been apologetic about all of the multiple problems with the ski . I would not recommend them what so ever !!

I bought my Yamaha YXZ about 2 months ago and the service was excellent. I was able to take a 2018 for a test drive and fell in love with it. I bought the 2019 YXZ and am thrilled. Its an awesome ride, having a blast. My sales person was Chris who is very informative as he is also a dirt aficionado. He provided me with excellent service. Thank you, Chris and Jason whom delivered my ride.

I went in to buy some parts. They didnt seem to have time to help customers that didnt have a pocket full money waited about 25 minutes without being helped at the service counter. Definitely will try other stores when i need parts again.

We did buy our yxz from them. Found bolts cross threaded and some missing. Had them put the 5 point seatbelts in, the belts were twisted. The old belt ratchets were left in, they just cut the old belts out, leaving the ratchets. No we will not recommend them.

Great people had what I wanted at a good price what else can you ask for yes I would recommend this place for sure.

Just went in to buy a raptor 700r and yz250fx did not have in stock salesman was horrible. Did not greet me when I first walked in then only greeted me from desk when I walked by. Did not stand up very impolite. When they did not have what I was looking for he did list what they did have but did not get up or offer to show me. Said he could maybe see what Yamaha could do but did not offer to look up. I felt like I was wasting his time. If you want low pressure sales even into the negative go there. Sad when you cant even support businesses in the town you live in.

I have been riding since 9 on the road since 16 now 64. I am traveling and had an issue with my bike 2000 miles from home it has always been my experience with motorcycle shops is you are stranded we will get you going. Not here they were to busy to deal with one of a couple shops in the town that were to busy. Never had I have this happen luckily I located a local car shop that saved the day.
