Had an emergency issue with a laptop that needed a solution same-day. These guys were able to set me up with a new computer and get me back on the road as quick as possible.Super friendly, helpful, fairly priced. I’d definitely recommend them.

I took a laptop in to get a new powerport and cd Drive installed. Waited about two weeks to get the computer back. I don’t think they did a thing except take it apart and put it partway back together. The laptop is splitting open when moving it, the power cord still falls out and the cd Drive still doesn’t work properly. For 320.00 I thought they could at least install all the screws or assembled it properly.I will never be back!!!!!!

Superior Customer service! I was new to this area and had trouble finding their store. Mark was patient with me as I made a second call circling the block. Its actually in the corner building on Mesquite and Riviera. He was extremely helpful in getting my iPad mini back online. I will definitely pass the word about your business here in Lake Havasu City!

Kept the computer for days when he said he would look at it that day, didnt return repeated phone calls from my 80 year old parents and then didnt repair it properly. Take your computer ANYWHERE but here!!!

Great shop and love the expertise of Mark and Russell. Mark replaced my broken glass on my Iphone 6S and Russell ordered and installed 8 gig of additional fast Ram for my laptop for 60 dollars. All in all a great place to take a smartphone or PC for repair or component installation.

Back to Basics computer service Lake Havasu ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVIVE. We bought a computer from them one month ago and it has operated slowly from the very 1st day. We took it back and The owner said it has a virus. He chastised me for putting Norton virus protector on the computer and said that is what was slowing it down and that he had already installed a virus protection. he then charged us $60 to remove the virus that obviously his virus protection did not catch And truthfully I believe was already on my computer when it came home. Like I said it ran slowly from day one.They were not honestThey were extremely rude and condescendingDo not backup their work as advertisedExtremely poor customer serviceThis is how we were treatedNever never never again

I originally brought my computer in as I had bought parts to build a new machine entirely. Upon bringing my motherboard(mobo) in, I also brought in the Proc(processor) which is a amd 9590. I mentioned that this particualr processor runs very very hot therefore I bought a liquid cooler as that was it states all over the internet.Instead of installing the cooler that I bought or using something that would have been ideal for the equipment, they instead used a second hand heat-sink that wouldnt be able to cool down a Pentium 3.I explained everything fully to these guys, and upon picking it up it cost me 300 bucks and the computer was getting to temperature of nearly 87 degrees Celsius. This is way toooooo hot! Im trying to figure out why I paid 300 bucks when they didnt even test it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I am a VERY disastisfied customer. But I will be going back to have them fix it. This time however, Im going to wait for it. I dont know whats up with companies here in Havasu, but WOW, they just dont know how to work.p.s.- I had even accidentally unplugged cords like the reset cord the HDD cord, and upon bringing it home, those cords were still unplugged.

So i have too say that my computer wasnt fixed..... i paid these guys 60 dollars and drove more than 120 miles to fix.... they didnt fix my desktop, I have to say i suck at mobas. so i noticed when someone else downloaded some new game ive never played. to only find out threw browser history that someone there downloaded league of legends threw my computer... i hate moba games and to see that someone downloaded and played, then uninstall before i showed up to pick up MY PC... is unprofessional and so uncalled for.... i hope the game you played and downloaded on MY PC was worth it and the best you ever saw.... you guys are never getting my business again! And hopefully no one else!
