I brought my boat in for engine service and was pleased that Brandon completed it when he said he would. The price he charged me was more than fair. Then things went downhill. Very fast. I had asked Brandon to repair my swim ladder. He said he would order the two broken shims and we arranged for it to be fixed on a Friday morning at exactly 8am one month later. I called Brandon 3 times over the next three weeks to confirm he had ordered the correct parts. He told me he had. The morning I showed up with my boat on time at 8am on the aforementioned Friday. Brandon informed me he could not work on my boat until after 12 noon. This did not go over well with me. I had arranged this one month prior. So I told Brandon I had 7 friends waiting to get on the water and asked if he would be willing to do it that evening. Brandon said yes no problem he would go to Havasu Marina that night. I paid him the $50 he charged me in cash.That evening he texted me he had ordered the wrong parts. Im pretty sure he had never ordered them and im even more certain he never showed up at the marina to do the work. It was all a lie from the beginning. So then I asked for my $50 back. I gave him my address and asked him to mail it to me. He said sure he would mail it out on Monday. So after 2 weeks and no check he didnt respond to my text request to send it. So I texted him again and he said he was sorry but would send it venmo. So again after giving him my venmo address it was a another week and nothing. So I kept at him. 5 weeks later and 3 hours of my time nagging at him he venmod the $50.If this is the customer service you are okay with then by all means get your work done by D& B Marine in Havasu. Just be warned. Hes not a truth teller. And dont front any money. It might be several weeks and several hours of your time getting it returned.

Brandon and the people at D&B are the friendliest and kindest people, besides doing everything they can to help you when you need it. They went out of their to help when I lost the forward gear in my boat. I would recommend them to everyone.

This is the best boat shop in Havasu! Brandon has gone out of his way to help us get on the lake multiple times. He worked on my boat until 9:00 pm one night on his day off, to get us back on the lake in the AM.

They do great work. And if you need a high performance custom engine built, you wont find better!

When all the other shops were booked up for over a month. They said they can squeeze me in and get me out within a few days. And all this was done over the phone from San Diego. They picked up my boat from Storage and took care of its needs. Great guys

Charged for new parts n used older parts, every time we took boat out last summer it would end up back in shop to fix something that was supposedly already fixed n paid for, took boat out first time this year and again, something that was fixed n paid for, broke again, hoping everything stays together for this season but more than likely we will have to rebuild motor,again, but this time with a reputable shop. Jet was rebuilt last year midsummer for $3000, took it out yesterday n it locked up,still have not got parts that were included in that price, loader,wedge and choke,

Brandon is your guy dont be like us last minute. He helped us out not once but twice will be returning. July 4th every other boat shop turned us down and they said come on in. Cant say enough good things about these guys if you want your boat take care of go here.

Brought my jet boat in for minor electrical work and they were great. Then when I brought in for engine rebuild things went south. They had to rebuild it twice. And I still had problems. Water leaks, oil leaks, installed used parts, kept parts I supplied and they didnt even try to use. Changed out custom valve covers and oil breathers with used parts and didnt even return my breathers. Stripped bolts on front cover and siliconed holes. Glopped silicone all over the motor. Forgot to put a dip stick in. Snapped a bolt for valve cover and left it that way. All the work they did had to be redone. 10k flushed . Dont go to these guys. Save yourself some grief and take to a professional. They even used my boat as their own. These guys are not what they seem.
