Everything with the dealership from walking in the door the first time to driving my new Trailblazer away 2 days later was awesome. My last engagement with a dealership was 14 years ago and I was dreading having to play the buying game. Michelle took the anxiety out of the buying game and just allowed me to enjoy the test drives, complete my personal reviews, comfortably determine that it was the right choice for me and ultimately ran through the process from start to finish. Not having a sales manager jump in to put the pressure on as well told me that they trust their sales team and allow them the leeway to work with a customer directly and completely. Before I purchased my vehicle I had been to two other dealerships and was thoroughly disappointed with how I was misled. They are trying to get this resolved, however, I have had my new vehicle 2020 Terrain with less than 6000 miles on it in 3 separate times for a rattle noise in the drivers door. We have gone of road test and I have shown them where the noise is and where it stops with a little pressure applied. Each time they said it was fixed after driving it less than 1 mile it still has the same issue. Thats bad, but the last time I got my car back the tech that worked on prying my molding off did not protect my car and now I have a number of little scratch/pry marks on my door jam. I am currently waiting for the Service Manager, Ryan to get back to me regarding what can be done to resolve this rattle issue. He has been trying to get a GMC tech to help with the issue. Seriously considering trading it in, thats how annoying the rattle is.

I took my wife,s 2015 chevy equinox to be serviced for an oil change and to have a oil leak look at. It turned out that the oil leak was coming from the a.c. compressor. ok fine, I had a new one put on. when they delivered my car to me I said thank you. got in it and noticed a check engine light was on. it was late. no one around. had to come back first thing in the morning. they said they would check it out. turned out they forget to plug in a plug. why didn,t they see this before giving me the car. also they made a mistake on the 6 month reminder sticker. they put 3 days prior instead of 6 months forward. got it fixed. the next day I got under the car and had to wipe all the excess oil from the filter and new compressor and from the frame . what a mess. this was not my first visit. I think they had new people. hope this does not happen again.. we all make mistakes.

We were on vacation when our power steering went out on our Silverado.. It was a Saturday, midday, we had no appointment and struggled to get the truck to the shop. Ricky in service told us he had no techs available. When we explained our situation he said give me a few minutes. He talked to a tech and they found some time to squeeze us in. Basically they were able to run some codes- figure the problem out and and re set the system. I brought my 2021 tahoe z71 in because it did not recognize the key fob. I went to Calif. to get the 2nd key fob. that key fob gave me (3) chances to start to car. I took it in and My service rep Ricky checked me in. The next day Ricky call me and said the problem was the BCM Body Control Module. He said they put in a locator and could not find the part. I asked him what the part was (BCM). He said they would try to locate the part the next day. Having that info, I called my dealer in Calif (Cerritos Penske Chevrolet) right after our conversation. The parts manager there said they didnt have the part but told me (3) other dealers show they had the part. It was too late to call Ricky back at that time. I called first thing the next morning, talked to Ricky and told him Rotolo Chevrolet in Fontana had the part. Long story short, the following tues. Ricky said they should be recieving the part by noon. He said he would call at noon. I called him at 1:00, he said the parts that they ordered (parts for 4 recalls) were in but did not receive the BCM Module. I asked to talk to the parts Manager, I was given the service Manager who knew nothing about my problem but that he was on a call with another customer and would call me back in 30 min. After 2 hours of waiting, I called again and was given another person who knew nothing. I called back and talked to Ricky he told me the 4 callback parts were installed but the BCM was not sent because the place they ordered the part from said the BCM was not the problem. He said I could come and pick the car up. I asked him if it starts every time and he said yes. I picked up the car drove it to my place in Az, and drove it home to Calif the next day. I have had no problems with it not starting but wondered what they did to fix it. I am hoping it is not just a temporary fix only to happen again. So far since I purchased the car it has had 7 recalls unbelievable and this aggravating problem. I hope its not a lemon because I actually love the car. This Bradley Chevrolet one hand does not know what the other hand is doing.

I scheduled an oil change, routine service. I also needed new tires. Upon arriving told Diane I had a problem with a window switch. She checked it out added it on the service order and l let her know I had ordered tires and Brandon in parts had them. Diane put down the estimate with an alignment if it needed it. Wow, everything got done in less than 2 hours and Diane let me know I did not need an alignment. This was a phenomenally productive, pleasant and exciting visit. Diane was fun and efficient. Amazing service.
First vehicle was a complete lemon, only saved by the extended warranty that I purchased.Decided to look into another vehicle and give them a second chance and in the midst of the deal they sold it out from under us. An ethical business would have called to inform us, or let the interested party know vehicle has a sale pending and they would call them van in 24 hours if the sale fell through.I will never again consider the Bradley dealerships.RESPONSE TO BRADLEY COMMENT BELOW: Thanks but no thanks. I bought a 2021 2500 lt. Next day automatic steps stop working. They fixed it a few days later when part came in, after I complained, but they were very helpful and did go out of their way to fix.. This weekend one of the USB power ports did not work. Tried two different cords and two different devices, still did not work. I dropped truck off. A few hours later they called and said they could not find a problem. Then proceeded to treat me like I was a idiot. Telling me to make sure cord was seated in phone. I tried to explain that two different persons tried it and still did not work.
Had an awesome experience at Bradley Chevy with the help of Eddie. We went in to get my fiancée a new car and ended up getting a new truck as well. Eddie is a great salesman and did everything he needed to get us into the cars we wanted (for the third time now). Thank you Eddie and everyone else at Bradley Chevy!

1st, Aaron our sales guy was fine, no issues.Bought a 2007 truck, drove 300 miles home no issues. The VERY next day an engine light came on, so I called, talked to Arnold the GM. He basically said too bad, used vehicle. After some argument he agreed to pay for diagnosis $100.Brought it to a Chevy dealer in Surprise, it needs $1100 EGR valve. Call Arnold, tough bananas, you bought a used vehicle. Wow! What poor customer service. This is not an issue that just happens, all I talked to said this dealership should step up, but not these guys.Very, VERY poor customer service

Rickey Bailey was awesome in service. I had a big conundrum to deal with and lots of pitfalls. He and Bradley Chevrolet were the only bright spot. Got me in with no notice. Repair was done quickly and Rickey was very communicative the whole time. I wish all businesses, especially some of the others I had to deal with over the weekend, valued customer service as much as Rickey and Bradley Chevrolet.
Eddie Gonzales was very helpful and excited to help us. He even tried to do a dealer trade to find us exactly what we were looking for. We live in Phoenix Metro and have access to many Chevy dealerships none of them had demonstrated the excitement or willingness to help as Bradley did. It is a little expensive but I think its probably right on point for what type of work needs to be done,quality work and quality parts. Repairs are made quickly even with a last minute phone call.
