My experience was outstanding! While trading out my battery the gentleman noticed that my serpentine belt was severely frayed and suggested immediate replacement. Afterwards I headed directly to shop for belt repair.Thank you Interstate Battery! You spared me additional grief.Tammy

My wife and I came to the shop and parked in the back since we drive a 29ft Motor home. My wife went up to two men and the had her pull into the bay. They quickly tested our engine battery and coach batteries. All were too low and they quickly changed them out. Great service, will recomend them for professional service to all visiting or living in Lake Havasu. We are now happy campers!

Well, arriving at the Lake Havasu store the person with a Interstate shirt walked by us at least 5 separate times and you would have thought we were invisible. After the last time passing us we heard him say guess I dont get lunch today! So my son and I solved one problem for him and took our business elsewhere and should say got excellent service at Carguest Auto Parts.

Great customer service had a battery that I had no idea what was wrong with it. Took it in they ran some tests and found that there was a short. It was under a 24 month warranty and was able to replace my battery and get me the battery I needed without having to spend more money thank you Matt

I recently traveled to Lake Havasu for their fireworks show and upon arriving in my Motorhome I came to the realization that my 4 1/2 year old coach batteries were failing. Such great friendly service. Arrived 15 minutes before closing with dead battery. I wast told they were closing. Mechanic came out said, “no that’s okay, we can help you”. What more can I say! Never go anywhere else.

Went here to have new batteries installed on my Airstream trailer. The employees were very helpful in dealing with my battery box. They went above and beyond in helping me with my issues Although I was willing to purchase new batteries, I left with new batteries which were under warranty. Very honest people here. Needed a battery, went and bought a refurb, the gentleman there gave me excellent customer service, took my old one out and put it in for me.

I pulled in with a dead battery from another car in my trunk. I was met by Matt, who put it on his test bench, checked it and found one or more dead cells. He found a matching battery right away, so I paid for it and was out of there in less than 10 minutes from the time I arrived...I highly recommend this shop for your battery needs...

I got stuck and was not able to get a good job to get to the shop. I did talk to Jeremy by phone and was able to pull my batteries and bring into the shop both tested negative and he was able to swap the batteries out at no charge under warranty. I was in and out of their office in 15 minutes and I am back on the road again. Thank you interstate. This is exactly why I have all my batteries in my boats and other vehicles from interstate. Great customer service highly recommended !!

We are full time RVers and weve been kicking around new batts and solar. We found what we thought was the best deal in Havasu but on the way there we heard not one, but two radio ads for Interstate! So we changed course and went to Interstate! They beat the mess out of the price we were gonna pay! They were knowledgeable of our RV needs and even made us a couple custom wires all while we waited. They even serve delicious hot coffee!!! We give Interstate a big fat thumbs up and we will recommend you to all of our followers.
