Someone hit my car about a month ago coming onto the highway from South Palo Verde and the girl had progressive insurance. The adjuster told me I could go where I wanted or go to their choice was caliber collision and it would be guaranteed as long as I own the vehicle for what they repaired. Say the paint chipped they would fix it, etc. Caliber collision kept me very up-to-date on everything that was going on with my vehicle from what they were going to repair and how they were going to do it. I was just concerned about getting Honda parts not aftermarket parts and they said they would get Honda parts. They did, they gave me a receipt of everything they did and repaired for the car. The gentleman text me everyday and kept me updated on the progression of my car. I was very impressed . Very professional, friendly and thorough. I would recommend this place to anyone getting their car repaired. Thank you so much caliber collision, way to go, I give you five stars!!!!!

Caliber collision was a wonderful experience from the time I walked in the door to drop off my car until we got the keys to leave. Thank you so much for being so professional, detail orientated, flexible, and making us feel so welcome. The car looks fabulous and you cannot tell that we have been in an accident. I would recommend caliber collision for anyone that needs work done on their car.

We had a horrible experience all around with Brothers Auto Body! I recommend staying clear and shopping around!! They had glowing reviews as you can see on Google and were a preferred shop through Nationwide Insurance as well so we figured we would be satisfied. Well after 64 days in the shop total, the truck is still not back to its like new 2018 condition. After a month in the shop Karin Shop Manager called and said our truck was back to new and we could come and get it. When we arrived and inspected the truck it had two colors of paint, paint runs, chips in the paint in many locations, debris under the paint in many locations, scratches and scuffs, bubbled up decals, damage to the tailgate cap that was not replaced, damage to the plastic on the front bumper that was caused at the shop and the list goes on. I of course refused to take my truck in this condition and Karin apologized and stated she was embarrassed and would talk to the Shop Owner Frank Gustafson, and the Painter and get all of this resolved ASAP. Moving forward for the next almost five weeks I had to have my insurance company follow up on the progress moving forward. Then I had to take over checking in on the progress all of which Mr. Gustafson did not return the majority of my calls and continued to promise dates that would pass and I would not hear from him so I would have to call to get the next estimated day down the road. So after the 64 day visit Frank told me they had done 110% job on my truck and it was ready to pick up. Once again I showed up at the shop and the truck still had two colors of paint, locations where the finish has spots and ripples in certain lighting in the paint, only a handful of chips and spots with debris under the paint this time with some improvement, still some scuffs, poorly installed loose door protection package, tailgate cap still not replaced and now I had stains on the headliner fabric inside the cab as well as a large stain on the fabric of my center console from their carelessness. I pointed out all of this obvious amateur body work and paint job and Frank stated, This is the Best we can do! I let him know his best was not good enough and I took my truck. My insurance is disgusted with the horrible quality this shop put out on my truck. Now I have to take my truck to another body shop to fix all of the mistakes Brothers made! STAY CLEAR OF THIS SHOP, their output is very amateur, careless and has no attention to detail. I have attached just a sample of the photos so you can see what Brothers Auto Bodys Best Work looks like....

Got everything done in a timely manner! Loved the staff, very professional people. Thank you for doing everything in an affordable and easy way. They were not able to repair my car, but it was due to the insurance decision to total the vehicle. Very knowledgeable technicians, that wont do the work if it is not SAFE.

Took mych longer than originally agreed upon for repair. Aftermarket parts were installed when contract called for factory parts. This was made right only after insurance company contacted the shop. Vehicle was not cleaned properly after repair. Had to reinstall the antenna myself. Windshield trim replacement not done properly, fastener not installed.

Hands down the best collision repair shop I have ever worked with! They kept me updated throughout the entire repair process and even finished my vehicle early. Their work is meticulous, my vehicle looked better than it did before the accident! All of the employees, from the front desk to management, operate with the highest level of professionalism. They really have a great thing going over at Caliber Collision, I highly recommended them for all auto body needs!

My driver side window looks amazing after Caliber went through, cleaned the window seal and replaced the window. Not only that they went through and detailed the truck and checked other components on the truck. Great job and don’t change a thing! Highly recommend!

My pick up recived extensive damage to the left front bumper, grill, fender and right front passenger door . The team at caliber collision restored my pick up to pre accident condition.

He did an excellent job fixing my left mirror,and the best thing was that he did not charge me. I would tell other people to go there.

I had a blowout on my 2003 Saturn Vue which ripped up my wheel well and front bumper. I came across Brothers on a Google search and took my vehicle there for repair. From the moment I arrived I realized I made the right decision. Karin went through what most likely needed to be done and worked with my insurance company making sure things got done right. Excellent work on vehicle. If Im in Havasu and need body work on my vehicle again I would not hesitate to go back to Brothers.
