First Class is truly 1st Class! Re-screened all windows in RV, despite it being an older coach they did amazing with making it like original. New day/night shades throughout too. We had positive interactions with Trevor, Gene, and Bill and are thankful to have this locally run shop right in our neighborhood. The staff took their time hearing our stories and repair requests (and sharing some of their own :) ) when we dropped off our RV. They communicated with us regularly as they made repairs and investigated our rig - calling with updates, competitive quotes, and suggestions for how we can save money. When we picked up our rig, each staff member knew us by name and greeted us with smiles and listening ears. They answered our questions and walked us through each repair. The service was so good that we actually scheduled a follow up appointment to have upgrades performed! Thank you to the whole staff and appreciate your First Class work!

They replaced my A/C in my toy hauler and did a good job. I just don’t know why they didn’t replace the inner facia.

First class all the way, I got a new door and a timely fashion for my work truck I couldnt find anyone for two years in Havasu and I finally found them, and Im never leaving.I recommend them highly great job great price very conscientious very polite.

No one even offered to help us when we were looking at various RVs on the lot. If they dont want to sell then we dont want to buy from them. Made a purchase at another location.

My husband and I went in on Monday with the intention of purchasing a fifth wheel on the lot. We found one guy in the office who seemed leased than pleased to have to deal with customers. He unlocked the door to the fifth wheel and then went back to his desk. When I returned to the office to ask questions, he told us he doesn’t deal with sales and would have Bill call us. Bill didn’t call, no one called. We decided to purchase an RV somewhere else.

I can not say enough praise for First Class RV Repair!!! If it were possible to give more than 5 Stars I absolutely would. Trevor, Brian & Patrick are all amazing & go above & beyond to do an amazing job. They return phone calls promptly, explain what they are going to do, show up when they say they will, communicate & are polite & professional. They even came over & put a tarp on our 5th wheel roof for me when my husband was out of town (yes, I could have done it myself but it would have been difficult) so that the rain wouldnt cause any damage before they could fix it. We will continue to have them repair our RV as long as they are here. Thank you First Class RV. You guys ROCK!!!😀

Trevor is an RV Genius. This guy and his staff are brilliant and can fix anything. He can pretty much diagnose a problem over the phone. They just opened a shop on the corner of Jamaica and McCulloch Blvd. N so if you need any RV and/or Marine repairs, you would do your self a disservice to go anywhere else. They got me ready for a 10 day trip to Moab Utah and I could not be more thankful. I am a customer for life. Thank you Trevor and your staff. YOU GUYS ROCK
