Dropped off my rear shock for a rebuild. Scheduled pick up date was 3 weeks. I called a month later to check status of the part hoping it would be ready for pick up, but they said their mechanic was out of town. This time for another 2-3 weeks. So the part was not worked on. They didn’t keep me informed.I had to call. Let your customer know what’s going on.

When I want something done right, I go to the Co. Always have, always will.

Service Excellence. These guys know bikes, and Im a better rider in part because they listen to me and then put me on the right bike, suspension or components for my needs.

Demoed an Ibis HD4. The guys were great at setting me up and educating me on the local trail network. They carry a huge range of mountain bike stuff including Fox service parts and accessories. Would highly recommend.

Not only was the before purchase service awesome, the after purchase support has been incredible. They really helped me build the perfect bike for me, and now over the phone (since i live out of state) they have been great about helping me tune my suspension, and get the overall right setup of my cockpit! 100% buy again!

The first encounter I had with the BikeCo was a few months ago when they had the Ibis demo bikes at their shop. I ended up demoing the Ibis Ripmo. The guy who set me up with the demo bike spent a great deal of time to dial in the bike so that I would get the most out of it. I have to say he did an excellent job setting up the demo bike. By then I knew that those guys know what they are doing.A few weeks later, I decided to pull the trigger and get a Ripmo. Landon at the BikeCo helped me with a semi-custom Ripmo built. The price was very competitive so I decided that I would buy the bike at the BikeCo. The whole buying experience was great. Landon kept me informed throughout the process.I couldnt be ​happier with the bike and the service I received at the BikeCo. Great local store, but focused on mountain bikes. They were super friendly and told us about a bunch of other stores where we could find what we were looking for.

Great customer service! The entire crew there has been fantastic, I am in Alaska and they have worked with me exponentially. There were some problems I had with my shock and they worked with me and fixed it very quickly. Whether you are in the shop or across the country they will give you top notch service. I can not recommend them enough. If you need any suspension work done they are the go-to place.

BikeCo did an awesome job handling a warrantied frame. Super-fast turn around with the manufacturer, and a top-notch assembly of the new frame with my old parts.If youve been looking for a great local bike shop, this is the one.

I have been coming the to BikeCo since 2010. This is the only shop I will go to due to their professionalism, attention to detail and expertise. They are not necessarily the least expensive shop to go to however, the prices are fair. I have purchased a MojoHD and my new Yeti SB 130 from the BikeCo. Both sales were absolutely amazing.. The staff listens to what YOU want and not just trying to sling bikes out the door. they make you feel like youre part of their family. If your looking for the best place to build and service your bike than the BikeCo is the place. if your goal is the best deal, please start here as well. You get what you pay for.

Bought a 2018 Tallboy from these guys and the service was topnotch. Landon was especially helpful and patient during the buying process. They have several free things they do for you with a new bike including a fitment, sagcheck, etc and 30 day check up just to make sure you are dialed. I feel like they have gone above and beyond the call of duty. Huge ups to these guys, thank you!! Nothing beats buying a bike from your LBS like these guys instead of saving a few bucks buying online.

The Bike Company is amazing. Great customer service!!!!! They built my sons race bike for high school mountain bike racing. They kept me informed through out the process. Their bike knowledge in building a XC race bike to our needs was superior to any other bike shop.

I heard alot about Bike Co from their video channel on youtube, but we only visited them when we got there for Ibis demo. This is an excellent bicycle shop with very friendly and knowledgeable people, we met Kara and John, and they are true professionals that genuinely care about the customers. Bike shop has every component available, as far as stems and handlebars - I have never seen such a selection of stems in incremental length. Highly recommended!

Just a local bike shop, not a good online retailer. In stock notification could be incorrect. Refund request was denied and am still waiting on my purchase 3 weeks later.

I had a brake issue and asked the attendant if I can get it looked at and he said no problem we are not busy. He comes back and asks what brand are your brakes I said formula r1r so I waited for minute or so he comes back sorry we don’t carry parts I asked how do you know we need a parts ? He looked at me lost I said ok no problem walked out . Here is my problem BTI sent me to their shop (the distributor for formula brakes ) I was there to get service and possibly parts . When I read in the Bicycle retailers magazine bike shops are closing I know why all of them are trained in sells prevention . It’s sad but brick and mortar operation will be gone soon .

These guys are stuck up went in to see if i need new tires and they told me it would be almost 30$ just to check my air and tires and they are booked for two weeks . i will be buying my tires from some where else with better customer service . SMH
