My rear derailleur hanger broke, called several shops and all of them told me to schedule a week from that day. Called cyclepro and they told me no problem well try our best to get it done that day. 30 mins later I had my bike up and running and even tuned up! Great service, great people.

Wow, I feel badly. This man made my bike look like new I didn’t know till I got home with it. I went in for a tube repair, when I showed up to pick up he told me “tubes leak a little don’t waste your money replacing them.” He cleaned my, lubed it and adjusted the gears for sure. The bike looks like new. He did it for free! I offered $25 tip he would not take it. This was my first time here. I’ve been to bike shops from Pa to Ca this man is no nonsense, has a great personality, good man and very knowledgeable. I feel badly I didn’t pay anything.

I highly recommend this bike shop. Since discovering Cycle Pro, this has been my go-to local bike shop. The customer service is top notch, and theyre always willing to help when Im in a pinch. I cant even count the number of times they dropped what they were doing to help me with my bikes. The guys at Cycle Pro are top notch craftsmen when it comes to building and servicing bicycles and I can personally attest to the quality!

Best shop around! I get my bike worked on here for everything whether it’s a custom wheel build, tubular install, full tune up or full overhaul, they sell nothing but great brands here and are always quick to get you back on your bike. Would strongly recommend 11/10

I called in the morning to get my new bike dialed in. I called two other places and I was told there was a week to three week turnaround for service. I called CyclePro and they told me to drop by so they could take a look. It was ready the same day. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable service. Great place and recommended. Thanks guys.

These guys are amazing!!! I bought a couple of used bikes in moderate condition, and these guys fixed them up good as new! Great price, fantastic attention to detail, and super nice. I called several places before I found them - everyone was really busy and expensive (like Jax), which Im happy about since I wouldnt have found CyclePro. Thank you CyclePro!!

The BEST tuneup ever. For the same price other places charge, this was hands-down the best. In addition to making the normal adjustments, they removed the components and put them in a degreasing bath and re-installed them. They also cleaned and lubricated the shifters and replaced all the cables. Other bike shops in Irvine only perform adjustments (one shop I had to revisit twice to get the job done right) and nobody ever cleans your bike. My Serotta looks brand new.

Great attention to detail at a great price

Yes, you can buy speed - and at a fair price too. Just hand your bike to Juan and hell add a few watts with his tune-up. Was recommended to me by a former pro cyclist and I never went anywhere else again.The kind of skill and diligence thats hard to find.

Twice brought a bike down for a new tire and was out of their in thirty minutes. Both times the store was overflowing with bikes and customers and they took time to change my tire and make sure the rest of my bike was good to go.Found this shop after using another local shop and this shop is far more customer friendly!!

This is a one of a kind bike shop! Not only do they have the best bicycle service in the area but they are also the nicest people! You can walk in any day and find Juan (owner and head mechanic) having coffee with his clients while his staff members Arturo and Victor give a great service to their clients. Juan knows his stuff and when it comes to wheelsets he can build you the lightest strongest fastest wheel out there!I highly recommend this bike shop whether you are just needing a tune-up or you want to get a really high end bikes and components as well as enjoy a nice chat with the staff members and watch live racing and soccer matches on TV with some high quality coffee from time to time :)
