You have to ask for them but they always have coupons and AAA discounts. The first time here for new tires was awesome. Second time for an oil change, it seemed rushed and I wasn’t as confident they inspected everything. Otherwise friendly staff and gave friendly auto advise without being pushy to sell anything. I would return.

Very poor and unprofessional I dropped off my car after work asking them if I can get an oil change they said yes to leave my keys. I mentioned that they look busy and if they were going to get a chance to get to my car if not I could come back another day they said not to worry I get a call 2 hrs. later letting me know that my car wasnt there I told them I left my keys with them then mentioned they couldnt get to my car they have closed. I was very disappointed I was lied to I ended up going up the street to Valvoline Instant Oil Change it was quick and fast

My car wouldnt start at my house so I called AAA roadside assistance and they jump started my 9 year old dead battery. The AAA technician said the 9 year old battery needs to be replaced since the date he saw on the battery said 2011. With my car now running I immediately drove it to my closest AAA approved auto repair facility and told Manager Chris the 9 year old battery from 2011 needs to be replaced. Manager Chris called me later and said the battery doesnt need to be replaced and that his mechanics couldnt find the 2011 date on the battery but instead Manager Chris said the alternator needs to be replaced. They replaced the alternator and Manager Chris took it for a test drive but said the new alternator immediately began smoking. That was day 1. On day 2, Manager Chris ordered a 2nd new alternator and had it installed and for some reason they were then able to find the 2011 date on the 9 year old battery. Manager Chris said that with the verified fact that the 9 year old battery was indeed from 2011 that the 9 year old battery caused the brand new alternator to start smoking. I asked, If we had replaced the 9 year old battery that the AAA roadside technician said was from 2011 that I told you about, would the brand new battery have caused my original alternator to start smoking? Chris said, You probably would have needed a new alternator in the future anyway.1. Is probably grounds for absolute necessary replacement or could it have waited until the future?2. Why couldnt the mechanics initially find the 2011 date on the 9 year old battery when I told Manager Chris 4 times that the roadside AAA technician saw the 2011 date on the 9 year old battery?3. Had the 2011 date on the 9 year old battery been found right away in which a 9 year old battery alone is grounds for a red flag electrical issue, would installing a new battery alone have caused my original alternator to start smoking?4. Had a new battery not caused my original alternator to not smoke, would my original alternator still have been required to be replaced?5. What is the mechanical reason behind Manager Chriss claim that the old 9 year battery alone caused the brand new alternator to start smoking?6. Why wasnt I called back regarding the status of my vehicle when Manager Chris said he would call me back later that day? I was later told that someone tried to call me but my cell phone log record proves otherwise.7. Then all of a sudden I got a call on day 3 while my car was still at their shop that my steering wheel column lock mechanism broke. They couldnt figure out how to fix this new damage so even the AAA investigator told me: Its not good when you drive your vehicle into a repair shop and it has to get towed out so I ended up having to get it towed to Simpsons Chevrolet Dealer who handled the simple issue in 2 hours.

Ive been a customer to this location since i was 16 years old. Staff are all very friendly, especially Roger and Stephanie. Good pricing and good work quality. Ive lived in westminster for a few years and still drive down to this location for all my tires, breaks and miscellaneous vehicle needs.

My tires kept deflating this morning and I had to fill them up three different times. I came in early afternoon and they were super helpful! I was able to get my car back in an hour! I contacted USA Express this morning around 7:30 about getting an alignment today. They were able to get me in at 8 and finished a little after 9. The experience was good and alignment seems to be good. It wasn’t noticeably bad before but my tires were wearing weird so I bought new tires and needed an alignment.

EXCELLENT service! I cant thank Roger and his team enough for taking care of me on such short notice. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Roger sat with me in my vehicle to hear/feel the issue I had in my truck and he called it spot on. The code from the diagnostic said exactly what he thought it was. What he recommended certainly did the trick. I felt very comfortable leaving my truck in their hands and will most definitely bring my vehicles here for future service.

Came here for a Synthetic Oil change and general check-up. Made an appointment by phone the day before - quick and easy, and was provided with a time-estimate on the phone. The day of the appointment, met with the staff working the front (Robertino was great and all the staff I saw were friendly and customer-focused with everyone they were working with), everything went as expected and I appreciated the honest, friendly service. What I especially appreciated was the way they gave recommendations - it was both honest (I knew my tires were starting to get to the point where they need to get replaced) and precise but without pressure. They were open to questions and provided details and cool insight on things when asked. Highly recommend!

Friendly service manager. Reasonably priced compared to a dealership (Subaru). Never have had a problem with these guys and they are quick with their repairs. I took my car in without an appointment at 8 am and had my car by 2 pm and the did a big service on my car. I recommend.

Great service -Scheduled an appointment in the morning last Sunday for a used car that I bought (1987 Chevy Sprint turbo). They balanced the tires and aligned the car, and gave me a printout of the measurements before and after for the alignment. The receptionist, Stephanie, was very knowledgeable. I ate breakfast at the Mediterranean restaurant in the plaza next door - they have 99 cent breakfasts until 10 am. My car was ready to go shortly afterwards, and they applied a 10% off coupon that I printed from the website.I highly recommend USA Express.

After a long drive for a first day at work, I arrived about 2 hours early in the area since I didnt know how bad traffic was going to be. The last mile of my trip, I saw something fly from under the car in front of me, bounce under my car and I hit it. A few second later, I relaxed, but a few seconds more, my low pressure light went off and I knew the tire was completely flat. I got off the road, called AAA and they helped me get a spare on to drive it to USA Tires.This was supposed to be my first day at a new job!I arrived at their shop around 8:10am. The staff heard my story and was able to get me 2 new front tires, mounted and I was in my way with just enough time to walk in the doors of the office at 9am.I know there was a lot of luck involved in this (had tires in stock, didnt have a backlog of other customers, proper amount of staff), and Im so grateful for their efforts to get what I need done really, really quickly.They also have a lizard friend in the waiting area, so I wasnt alone :)

My wife and I have been going to this location for over 19 years. Roger and his team have been faithful and honest all the time and never have I ever doubted them, this is big in my book.Im surprised with the number of people leaving one star reviews regarding the pricing? Do they say they are the cheapest? No, they dont and if they could match it, they probably would, but giving them a bad rating for doing their job, thats just plain wrong.Roger has now looked after 9 of my cars and has always been honest if my brakes/tires need to be changed or if i can use them for a few more months - he is an asset to that company and makes people like me, keep going back.

This place is honest and awesome. Ive been going here for over 12 years. I took my Lexus here in the past and now my Audi. They totally help people get the right tires whether its $360 for all four tires or $360 for one tire. They spend the time to chase down even the smallest oil leak. Super friendly. And LGBTQ friendly.

I had a unique tire issue and went to four different tire companies to get it fixed until I found this shop. I know each one of them could have handled it but for different reasons turned me away or tried to charge me rediculious prices. Wow! I am so impressed with this place. I planned to go to a different shop, but I was really hungry and this place is in a center with a ton of food options. I had a lot of issues with my car, but Chris easily identified the issues and explained them to me clearly. I was a bit upset that my car had all of these major issues, but Chris, Steph, and Joey were all extremely nice to me and helped me through the process of getting my car fixed. Waste of time. Told them I had a car that needed an alignment and exactly that my car had 35” tires and adjustable Upper Control arms and they quoted me a price. I dropped it off and after 2 hours they called back saying oh sorry its a lot more work that we thought its more than double what we quoted and wont be done at the time they quoted. I told them EXACTLY what I was bringing in and what needed to be done before I went and they quote me a price then asked for more than double when I went in.

I truly love this place. Roger who is the head mechanic always hooks me up, is kind, and I have 100% trust in him based on my experience. They have the most comfortable waiting room ever with free drinks and cable TV.Roger is a good man (and my experiences with the other employees has been as well.) Hes always given me the best deal possible and once again is honest. (My dad was a mechanic back in a the day and Im also good at spotting a scammer.) Roger is a good man that does charity work and is trustworthy. I really cant say enough good things. If I ever do habe a nap experience I will surely change the review though.

Their customer service and their attitude is horrible. I just needed an oil change which it took about one hour and 20 minutes. Then my car was ready for over 20 minutes, and I was ready to pay. I was standing next to the front desk for over 20 minutes so they would see me, but they totally ignored me, trying to catch new customers even though I was waiting right there. When I told her that my car was ready for over 20 minutes and I was waiting to pay, with a horrible attitude, she said that I have to wait for my turn even though I was there waiting for my car. Actually a customer confirmed that I was ahead of him. Then I handed my card to pay for the oil change, she charged the card and threw my card on the counter in front of me, I didn’t say anything, and as I was walking out, she said “YOU ARE WELCOME” with a sarcastic attitude, in front of other customers. I will never go there again.

USA Express Tire uses the Goodyear name and logo to seem much more professional and legitimate then they really are. A friend recommended the oil change service but my experience was laughable. This location is just blocks away from my work so i dropped it off in the morning for servicing. I got a call around 11am and was told that they did an inspection and that one of my tires had a nail in it and was completely flat when I drove in. That was not true at all, when I drove in it was not flat whatsoever, they also said I needed new breaks. I figured that did need knew breaks and let them know that i would call around to get a quote, if there price was good I would allow them to do it. As soon as i said this the employee Chris became very irritated. I told him that i would need to see my flat tire before giving permission to do anything. My tires are under extended warranty with Americas Tire so if there really was an issue it would be replaced for free through them, so i wouldnt need to pay anything. I asked USA Express just to put the spare on and i would drive it to my tire shop to get the free replacement They refused and said they wouldnt help me and would just put air in it. I told them i was at work and wold pick it up later. They then called me back 1 hour later telling me that they finished and i needed to pick it up. Again I was at work, busy, but because I wouldnt allow them to charge me for new tires and new breaks without first confirming these things myself they wanted me to come and take my car. After they called again, while i was busy at work i went down to pick it up and the service person Chris was rude, he told me that I didnt need to shop around because it was going to be the same every were. Well I did and USA Express quoted $190 for 2 front breaks, while another local shop quoted me $140. They said that i should be grateful because in there quote they gave me a $25 off coupon, meaning they normally charge $215 for just 2 breaks ( no rotor work). I took my car to my tire shop and they confirmed a small nail, it was under warranty so it was fixed for free. My tire shop also did a full inspection and caught that another one of my tires and bump in the sidewall. I got that new tire for free as well and then realized that USA Express Tire did a terrible job at actually inspecting my tires.

USA express is much more than a ride and alignment store, I brought in my jeep cherokee that needed tons of work from a new drive shaft to suspension tuning and adjusting. They did it all in the date they said they would very happy with their work I do recommend them

They do good alignments, but will ruin your lugnuts. Had one that was completely stripped out, the rest were damaged, and over torqued.

These are the guys (and guyette) my family trusts with our cars! They are honest, competent and able to handle most repairs for our cars that are no longer in warranty (Infiniti FX35, Saab 93, Mercedes 450SL, Nissan Juke). Theyve kept our cars well maintained at very reasonable cost. Most important they accurately diagnosed and repaired our cars when the dealers wanted to replace entire systems and sell us unneeded repairs (transmission when all we needed was a new radiator that was replaced by USA Express Tire).Roger is terrific and beyond fair and knowledgeable. Im not sure why some people have a negative reaction to Stephanie who is at the front desk. Shes been genuinely responsive in assisting us and quite friendly. Theyve directed us to other excellent auto suppliers that included getting body work done, and repainting one of our cars (came out fabulous and looks brand new after two years).And, of course, we got great deals on tires that have lasted for years and tens of thousands of miles.
