Rich was honest and great to deal with during a recent auto repair. I was a long way from home and was forced to check online reviews to determine which shop to work with when my SUV broke down on the tollway. Richs reviews are all true! Pleasant, polite, accommodating and incredibly fair with a clean shop! If he would have told me it was $300 to fix the SUV, I would have been grateful because the dealership quoted me $1,100, but instead the repair was only $85. When I asked how he got to $85, he said it took a fraction of an hour for his crew to complete the job so that is exactly what was billed! Amazing! Wish I lived closer, Rich earned our business for years to come!!

INTEGRITY WARNING!We took our Camry for service to Superior Auto Repair and were told the cost to repair far exceeded the value of the car, that we should junk it. We carefully decided how to best manage this issue as we are short on funds, and chose to junk it for $200. Superior Auto Repair offered to pay us to junk our car, so we left it with them.We find out a few months later they instead fixed it for themselves and have been driving it around WITH OUR OLD PLATES!! We know this because we received bills for them driving through tolls without paying!!!!We thought we had finally found an auto service provider we could trust, we were wrong. Shame on us for trusting their word and not removing our license plates.

I reside in WI and actually purchased a vehicle from a dealership in Lake Bluff. I generally like my mechanic in WI to do a once-over on any vehicle before I buy it, but that was rather impractical given the distance factor. I did a search and found Rich at Superior Auto Repair. He not only looked over the vehicle for me and gave me his opinion on the condition, but he did all of this on his own dime. I honestly never would have expected this sort of service from a repair shop outside the great state of Wisconsin. Rich, you my friend have redefined the meaning of service and I would highly recommend that anyone within reasonable distance Richs shop definitely give him a shot.
