Been coming here since 2019. This shop is one of the best repair shop in Orange County, not only quality work, cheapest rate, and friendly staff but the most important of all is their honesty. They will only offer the service you need (no BS) and recommend future repair to keep your vehicle in good shape and they wont feel bad if you bring your car to other shop. They just want you to be safe while driving your car. Today, I tried calling multiple shops for a price check for oil change and none can beat their price. No need for coupons here, National Auto Repair has the lowest price in town. Been doing this price check for 2 years now. I always have a peace of mind when Im here. Great service for less!!

My dashboard was damaged during an oil change here. Should have easily been avoided.

I was in this shop about 2 weeks ago, getting a brake-job, air conditioning service and a diagnosis for my check engine light.There was another guy, John that came in for an oil change. He was demanding that the manager, Francisco, give him the discounted oil change price of $48 that comes with economy filter and 4qts of oil for common foreign cars, Toyota, Honda, Nissan, etc.When told his car (BMW) required 5 1/2 qts of oil and premium oil filter for $10 more, he angrily stormed out, wanting the extra oil and premium filter for free. Later that day, he posted 3 false, bad reviews under different names on this site.At the time, I just shook my head in disbelief at how some people expect small business owners to work for free. Now, after seeing these false bad reviews, I need to stand up and speak up for this great repair shop.National Auto Repair owner John and the General Manager Francisco, run an honest, straightforward business with honest recommendations and no unnecessary recommendations.They did my brake job for the price they quoted me, re-charged my A/C and found that a spark-plug coil was bad, causing my check-engine light to come on.They are not the cheapest around, but by God, they have the best damn mechanics around, and they give the highest quality service at a fair price.I know, because I shopped around for these services before coming here. After getting a recommendation from a friend, Ken Dubose, I decided to get my work done here. So glad I did. Thank you John and Francisco and all your mechanics for a job well done.I also found out they have another shop close by, Lake Forest Auto Care, off El Toro Road and Jeronimo, on Cherry Ave. I highly recommend this shop for any of your mechanical needs from simple oil changes to major engine changes. These guys are great! I hade a good experience getting an oil change. It was fast and fairly priced. Kevin was also very friendly and informative. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

This is a new service in Lake Forest that I discovered from a flyer. They did an oil change and tire rotation as well as my brakes on my CTS. Very fast service at a more than fair price. These guys are my new go to for car repair/service.Highly recommended.

The people at National Auto Repair were awesome to work with. They did the work on my car on a very timely basis, did a great job and the prices were really good. I cant recommend them highly enough.

The prices were very reasonable. A very clean shop. I was busy and they gave me a ride to an appointment I needed to be at.
