Overall disappointed. Theres a lot of wasted potential here and the checkout setup is just awful and inefficient. You can tell it was designed during COVID-19, but not practical long term.

This is for the new location. This Walmart is a huge improvement over the old one. The aisle space is much larger, they have more services like a grocery store, which was not included in the old location. They have plenty of self service registers. Overall a much needed improvement from the old store. This layout makes it much easier to go in and out without much trouble or waiting around.

I really love the fact that they brought a super Walmart to my city. It makes shopping so much easier I can get everything I need in one place. I only have to make one stop. The Super Walmart was the best decision to bring to my city

It was nice and I was able to find what I needed and more at a reasonable price too.

Most of the crew I interacted with were friendly and helpful.

For the 1st trip to the new Super Walmart I chose to do a grocery order to be picked up. I will never do my shopping any other way. I got exactly what I ordered and paid what I would pay if I did the shopping myself. No fees or surcharges. The gentleman who loaded my groceries was courteous and treated my vehicle with great care. Great job.

Great place not enough cashiers but do they ever have enough

I waited in a very long customer service line for an exchange. There was only one person at the counter. She happened to be a manager. She was really helpful, and she had great customer service. The store itself is kept clean and stocked. I will return here again.

Much better experience this time. Shelves are better stocked, prices are good especially as inflation is growing. Fresh produce has some value, but quality on some like apples not great. I found the store to be on the warm side I think because of all the sky lights. The natural light is nice but they may have to Increase A/C as Summer hits. I did appreciate a security truck driving all over the parking lot.

This Walmart is typical, nothing special about this location. Parking is usually decent. Selection is standard items. I wish they would stock 36L pants though. Longest pant now is a 34. I know I am not the only one who wears 36 pants. Produce selection is also average for Walmart. Sometimes the fruit is really great though. Please hit the like button if this was helpful.

I spend HUNDREDS ever couple weeks at Walmart! Had a item that scanned for 159.00 but my Walmart App told me 119.00. Manager was sent for approval but she told me she cant do anything! Hard to believe a Walmart manager cant help me. Had same experiences in other Walmart stores and their managers were very helpful. I absolutely love this new Walmart location! Its huge, its pretty much fully stocked up and the reason I went, lots of Gluten Free/Keto options! I myself have a gluten allergy and this is a Godsend to me because its not easy to avoid it in most foods. Besides food this is a all in one stop and definitely recommend going to if youre in the area.

Great new location. very nice inside. money services is completely separate from customer service, took a little while, 4 people ahead of me but once they got a second cashier went by much faster.

Really big! I’m looking forward to when it’s less busy. Shelves were stocked nicely, and it seemed very clean.

So I have a Costco membership, an amazon prime membership with an Amazon credit card but I am going to let my Costco membership expire as I got Walmart+ and its fantastic. I have scheduled deliveries 1-2 times a week without the hassle of going shopping. If you are running short on supplies but need to fill the $35 minimum and want to get your stuff delivered just add things you will eventually need to the order to get it filled. The prices are better than target for almost everything food related.

The store is huge. It is very clean. It has been a couple of years since I was at a Walmart. It has a great selection of food. I will be back.

I visited mid day on a week day and checked out in the outdoor section (always the shortest lines). Wide aisles, well stocked, good overall shopping experience.

I have a lot of food allergies, and I like your Beyond Burger plant-based sausages. Much to my chagrin, upon viewing the display case of frozen food, my favorite protein source was not on the shelf. Not to be dismayed, I found a saleswoman stocking shelves and was in the process of inquiring about the food when a young woman overhead my conversation, and offered her help, as she worked in frozen foods. I met her there and when she returned, her arms were full of Beyond Burger sausages.She asked me how many packages I wanted. Four will do, I said. She was SO helpful that I asked her what her name was. My names Corey, she said, and I thanked her. Remember that name, Corey! By the way Walmart people, thanks for the scooters! Theyre a big help. This new Walmart is very nice. They could use more actual checkers instead of so many self check out stations. It is very difficult if you are using a handicap scooter to do self checkout. The new handicap scooters are really nice, they show percentage rather than going from green to red in seconds.

Decent variety but prices are higher on some items than they are at the big Walmart less than 1 mile away.

Big brand new store just opened and only has 2 check-out lanes but a ton of self check outs being monitored by at least 7 employees that I saw that those employees could be helping check people out but unfortunately not enough checkout lanes I waited in line for fourteen minutes and thirteen second (yes I set a timer) I guess Ill be using Amazon more now.

What I thought wood be a quick run for cat litter turned into a 45 min trip. Not because I couldnt find the litter but because I found other items I didnt know I needed. Clerks are polite and helpful. Location is always clean. Depts are nicely laid out.Im a fan of this location.

The new Super Walmart is actually pretty nice and the lines werent very long! Restrooms were clean and stocked. Employees are helpful and friendly.

Nice that they decided to finish the walmart here. Wish they made the outside colors like all the other new walmarts with earth tones instead of the blue. Looks like an old area already because of it.

I HATE walmart but this is the cleanest one I have ever been too. The customers there are horrible but the workers werent bad at all. Great job Walmart employees! Keep it up!

Nice clean store. Most departments are well stocked. I dont know if the other ones are lacking due to still being a new store or what. The fishing section is ok, I guess. They definitely need to expand it especially being so close to the lake. All in all a clean store, plenty of parking and easy to get to.

Nice store, beats the old store on Grape St... We went on Saturday three days after the grand opening. We were in line for the cash register for 40 minutes, there was only one line for the register (they only have three registers, the other 20 are part of self checkout), the line stretched to the back of the store. No one was very happy🙁

The store is quite large and organized. I had no trouble finding anything, and there was an abundance of employees on the floor to answer all of my questions. Having said that, why would a store this large only have two cashiers? I understand employees are expensive, but two cashiers is simply not enough. We waited in line for awhile, but once we got to the register, the cashier Gail, was incredibly nice and welcoming and made us forget about the wait time. Employees like Gail are special and hard to come by, I hope this company treats her right and values her.

I have never expected any level of good customer service from Walmart so my expectations are already set very low. What is upsetting is the fact that they have 2 cashiers and 6 open self checkouts during peak hours. That is a prime example of greed and poor management. It is extremely annoying to see customers with full carts who are easily spending over $200 to basically be forced to ring themselves up because the two open registers already have a long wait. Just another story of how Walmart continues to have their customers work for free and increase their profits by not hiring cashiers.

Of course you go in for one ow two things and end up buying more. Went for a watermelon and cabbage. Added ham hock lettuce tomatoes and a chicken egg roll. The cabbages were all really small so ended up with 2 of them. The store was not crowded which was nice.

Always great service for picking up online orders both general merchandise and grocery. Much better service than our old Elsinore store.Have not been inside since they opened and see no reason to go inside.Great job to all you shoppers and pick up folks!!! Much appreciated

I got my windows fixed by them 1 window 2 sections 200 bucks approximately....I greatly appreciate the window being fixed but the quality was not good that rubber around the perimeter of the windows was not sank in properly and had a big gap on the end to end soo...

Not impressed. I went to get a dog cool mat they didnt have. Also showed on line I could pick up a portable air conditioner. They didnt even have one! Always busy but Im not too big a fan. I shop Walmart on line all the time And find all I need without having to deal with crowds

Watch your dates on products. Things like produce go bad in a day. Pay attention to the dates on cans to. I think this walmart is getting hands me downs. Customer service as far as the staff on the floor, Most of them are LAZY! Ask for a price? Most cant. They dont have scanners. They would rather leave you hanging there than help you. Its terrible. Im not seeing anyone from the old walmart like they promised. The store is pretty clean. Thats about it. Not organized at all. You would think being a big store they would have it together! Bad experiences weve had there.

Walmarts Lake Elsinore location has upgraded grocery and liquor sections and it is kept clean. Their lack of a Tire Center however along with sparselystocked Automotive supplies keep this center from achieving Super status

Its a Walmart... It seems like placement of the same type of items are in different sections of the store. I highly recommend downloading the app so you can better find what you are looking for. The automated check outs seem to have long line but they move pretty quickly. Most importantly, live bait and a decent fishing selection can be found here.

Pretty good only problem is the parking. Perfect spot to do all of your grocery shopping.

I havent been in this new store. Because of my handicapped condition, I order ahead and they bring out my order and put it in the car for me. Always pleasant, always prompt, I love the employees that bring out my order.

Homie in electronics probably unlocked five cases for me and was still super cool!

Much better than I expected! Parking was easy to find and there was plenty of it. The inside is organized and not a mess like the other Walmart that used to be on Grape St.

Loving the new Walmart, so glad they switch. The old one was a train wreck. New one is clean, spacious and organized. The set up is a little confusing, but once we go more and more we will figure out we’re everything is.

Im a door dasher so Im always picking up from there and the employees thats help are wonderful.

Having the walmart built in this location was one the smartest choices lake elsinore has made when it comes to the traffic congestion that used to be in the area. Now, there is far less congestion and this walmart was built with the customer in mind and the employees are always so helpful.

The store was clean and covid friendly. It was my first trip to the new store and service was perfect.

It was clean and a/c worked fantastic but I can hear the other guests a tad bit.

I was excited for this new Walmart, which is better than most, except the parking lot. It’s nice, big and pothole free. I myself pick up orders, and find they have an excess amount of pick up parking spots, and along with the handicap spaces, they take up all of the front parking. ALL OF IT. Then, when you exit to Cambern, which is almost necessary because the heavy flow of traffic on the 74, it’s a right turn only. Nobody goes right, because there is nothing right. I live left. The 74 is left. They need to allow one exit to make a left turn. Carts are clean but they are sold out of everything! Checkout is clean and abundant.

Went here to do my first pick up order, mind you I looked on their app multiple times for a time limit, all it said was closes at 11. So you could imagine the frustration I had when I walked in at 845 and it was closed. I didnt rush thinking I had time... Bad part is I could have gone in on time I was in the parking lot before they closed but I ate food and had a smoke first THINKING THERE WAS NO REASON TO RUSH!

Walmart needs friendlier people, especially in the return Dept. Very rude.its obvious they dont like there job. Pharmacy people are very nice.

Not a good layout and pricing is no longer Walmart pricing. Seems like better deals can be found elsewhere. It has only been open for a month or so and it is already dirty. Disappointed.

Walmart sucks. You have to retrieve your own shopping carts. No disinfectant wipes or gel. They dont sell ammo no more very anti 2nd amendment. And at the end they hold you hostage untill you show you recipe. Treating you like a theif. Sadly they dont have negative stars. Target treats you better.

Really big store with lots of fun stuff to see and buy. I love that theres a deli, bakery, and fresh fruits and vegetables. Its been a long time waiting its arrival but its finally here! Shop online and pickup at the store. Prices are good. Clean place cause its new. Its Wal-Mart same everywhere. How they designed the check out spot is stupid no room to comfortably wait in line your like standing in the clothes not a fan of that. Other than that its great to have the grocery section now lots of well priced food items

The store was a little messy looking. My daughter had to stand on a shelf to reach the top shelf. With an associate right there. All the school and office supplies were in boxes for the most part making it look messy. The associates never asked if you needed help. Over all nice big store not to overcrowded. Just looked more like a warehouse with alot stuff in boxes.

This is a good and clean Walmart. Probably helps that it is new 😁 the grocery section is fairly large with lots of selections.

Nothing beats shopping at a new Walmart, where everything is organized and clean and stocked. Parking was a bit annoying because all the closer spots are reserved for pickup or for the disabled, but everything else was great.

Loved it! Prices are not the usual Walmart prices.🙄 But the selection is definitely diverse & plenty. Even tho, I went 2wks after they opened and a lot of the stuff was out of stock already.Take note: THEY SHOULD CONSIDER PASSING OUT FLOOR MAPS WHEN YOU WALK IN, JUST LIKE DISNEYLAND DOES SO YOU DONT GET LOST! 🤗😋

This is one of the best Walmart I have been in. My only complaint is that their price tags arent all correct so make sure to pay attention.

Dissapointed does not even begin to describe this place. They closed down the old supercenter a few miles away to build this waste of space. There is now no automotive center. The garden department looks like an afterthought. The customer service is horrible inside with 1 person for returns and 1 on money orders. The leads do nothing to fix problems. The pickup is just about as bad. They often fail to put all of the order in the car- leaving the customer charged for items not received. The pickup employees are busy talking together and tend to throw and stack groceries.Nothing will change its Walmart- but if I can help someone go to Murrieta or Temecula Walmart instead- I might save someones time!

I think it is located in a good area, plenty of parking, ease street access, very clean, the only down side it that employees need to be a bit more helpful instead of just standing there by the self check out. Good store overall

I mean its a Walmart so you know what to expect product wise. Seems like the only difference in experiences is the employees. This ones brand new so its clean and staffed by people trying.

Its so big. Has to much of everything. They have reduced the number of actual checkers to 4 only two were open. It was grand opening weekend. Their are 2 self check sections one at each end of store. There were long lines at all. Lines that interfere with traffic flow across the front of store. Even customer service line blocked exit..Its farther away from my home than old location. Will go when necessary

Brand new store so exceptionally clean and well layed out. Grocery section better than most Walmarts Ive visited although Ralphs still my favorite for produce among large chains (with a nod to Sprouts and others).

My favorite place to shop for everything is at Walmart and their pet friendly too. 🤗

Brand new store. Nice and clean. I went in at 8:45 at night and it has everything that a walmart super center has. Groceries electronics you name it it is in there! I even found the BANG coffees that I was looking for but couldnt find anywhere. Everyone check it out.

Consistently have a problem getting through on the phone. Money services down for four days with no idea of when it will be operational. Not enough live registers. Even though it is a Super Walmart it is far from being super.

I visited this walmart at around 10a.m. it is the perfect time to go¡ Employees were in a great mood. They hadnt been harassed all day. The store was stocked and clean it was a pleasant way to start the day

This store couldve been cleaner and more covid conscience. But their selection was fantastic.

Poor customer service. Visited on 5 separate occasions, each a different time throughout the day. If you are in a aisle with a “Press Button for Help”, don’t bother. Only once out of the five times that I’ve used the button, have I been helped by someone. I have had to chase employees down or go searching for one. Item selection has only gone downhill since the grand opening, so it’s nothing special. You could still go to Target, Marshalls, Aldi, Costco and find better quality items for same price. All of these stores within a mile radius, by the way.

Seriously, how hard is it to order bags?There have been times, in at least 3, were there were no bags, of course shopping cart filled! Whoever has that position, you have just one job to do, really?
