Love this store. Friendly employees, clean store and good inventory.

When you have to have it, youll find it here. They greet you when you walk in and are ready to help. Its always well stocked and neat with a lot of everything packed in. Great service in the shoe department also and theyll bring you all the shoes you ask to try on. I keep coming back.

My home away from home. Wes is an excellent manager with a very dedicated, and i must say FABULOUS looking crew. Always curteous, and will go out of there way, in a heartbeat, to help you find what you need. Whether its at their store or another one. Getting you what you want and/or need, IS PRIORITY #1. PERIOD.

While all I bought was a cup holder for my bike the staff was cool, humorous and efficient. Loved this store and if all of their sister stores are as good then they have a customer for life.

Unfriendly staff, and they NEVER have what you come here to buy. Go to Walmart. It will save you time and probably money... especially since the workers suck at both locations.

My Experience here was great. Staff was nice and kind, doing as they should. They did their best to be friendly and they succeeded in that. No matter the question or if I needed something, they fulfilled that quick and without a face of I really dont want to do this and be here. Keep It Up Management, you are doing well.

Big 5 is a good sporting goods store. If you are into sports, they probably have what you need. They often have shoe sales with pretty good prices. I like browsing through the store just to see cool new sports equipment. At least for me it is not boring to visit Big 5!!!

Manager Rebecca is the rudestMost unprofessional person to date. She harassed my father around the store for not wearing a mask even tho we informed her many time the the health risk for him out weigh any good they could do. It got so bad he walked out and I paid but we will be returning to this location in the future.

Service was amazing. The cashier was super helpful. I had other shopping bags when I walked in and one item had previously purchased from another store had an anti theft device on it and it triggered Big 5s alarm, the cashier helped me by removing it, and saving me a trip back to the other store!Their shoe department is always fast and super helpful, love this place!

I have been shopping at this location since it opened and i tried going there to buy some boots the cashier kicked me and my brother out for not wearing a mask today then offered to sell some masks for 15 bucks will never shop there again very rude workers and customers cant wear masks im clousterfoubic to have something covering my face makes me panic. go to boot barn in temecula better selection of sizes

One of my favorite places to shop,most of the time they have just what Im looking for.

So a lot of the other sporting good chains have gone out of business over the last few years however Bug 5 has continued to thrive. They are not as large store size as the Past Sport Chalet however they are fairly well stocked and seem to actually concentrate on “ sporting goods” versus other places like Dick’s that is more sporting clothes.

The manger, Josh, is a great guy! He honored a sale price for me even though it expired the day prior. I called him the day of the sale and asked if he would honor the sale price the following day because I was out of town during the sale. Awesome service!

The total complete and utter lack of customer service towards a woman is absolutely astounding. Whet in for a pair of trail runners no one even bothered to help. The man who is in charge of the shoe department took care of his male clients and then proceeded to walk away from me. Also no female hiking/backpacking attire to be found in the entire store. All mens clothing In this section.

Service was good, even though I had to ask the salesman for a size 9 in men for my daughter 3 times in a row, as he continued to return with a smaller size every time. I didnt know my California native accsent sounds so foreign?🤔 However he did seem sincere about his mistake and did provide genuinely kind service.

Couldnt get service for far longer than I should have waited, just to be brought to a section that didnt have what I was looking for. The employees cant control what in stock but the companys made some poor decisions on staffing and product availability. They do however carry many things you cant find in other stores so its worth checking.

Attempted to purchase bicycle got left hanging by the salesman

I visited this location and wanted to look at some shot guns but they only had pellet and BB guns..when I asked an employee if they still sold guns she didnt know.

Why do all big 5 stores not have the same pricing? I went to 1 store, the 2 items I wanted were on sale but they didnt gave the sizes I needed so I tried another store and they were triple the price. Another time one store was giving a package deal and I went back to get it a week later and the worker didnt know what I was talking about. So I gave up & left. 2 weeks later I went back and a different worker offered me the package deal. There is just no consistency.

They sell sports stuff. No dodge balls. The manager was friendly and helpful. The staff seemed non-human or hungover.

Big 5 another good place to shop can always find shoes at a reasonable price for my son. They have unadvertised sale so you have to look at your email advertisements that they saying you was able to get my son some pants for $12 regular $34 they were on sale for a 24 but I got them for 12 because an unadvertised sale

Prices are good, service not so.. this time we had an issue with some shoes, wrong numbers on a box... manager called the lady in the back, after about 10min no answer... this was the same lady that saw us going thru some shoes and never once in the whole 30min we were there asked is she could help us... there was this young guy who did everything he could to help us find a sandal for my daugther who uses a prostetic... a special thanks to him... but that lady (looks like a drug addict) just made the experience unwelcoming.

Drove to this location to purchase an item from an ad that was sent to me via e-mail and upon arrival I was told that it was incorrect and they would not honor the price in the ad. Very disappointed with this location/Big5. The dates from the ad were not expired and they were valid by the way.
