Wow!!! Great and quick service. I had a screw in my tire and I went to a big name tire store they gave me a 3 hour wait before they could even look at it. I looked up and went to Cruz tires & batteries. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Definitely recommend

Fantastic. Just wanted my tires mounted and balanced on new wheels and they got all four done in 15 without a scratch. I didnt come prepared with valve stems and they were thrown in for a reasonable price as well. Would highly recommend.

They showed me the issue with my rear passenger tire and proposed a solution, cost as well as possible future issues with the patching of my tire since it is a temporary solution. Great work ethic and did not wait long. Would recommenf, especially with the service charge which I thought was fair.

I had a flat repair done here a month ago but it leaked at same spot.

Very fast and very friendly employees. Reasonable prices on new tires also deals used tires as well. They are also open until 7 pm sometimes 730 pm 6 days a week. They also plug tires or patch and brakes as well. Also bilingual spanish/english if needed.

This is the worse service o ever got one use tire for 50 dollars and before they are giving it to me they say they need to patch it out . While standing waiting I also notice that they were about to start patch prices to a couple more tires to get it ready for new guess . This is not good if you buy tires use you buy tires that are in a 50% life at least or even more but with no patch and for 50 dollars this is crazy . This is not the reason I am writing this the reason of this is because the service is really poor and to to their service made me take the time to write a review . The employee there was nice but the owner doesn’t have no matter don’t know if he wants to show his the owner but if that was the case he should be a lot more friendly than any thing . Not sure if I was the last customer for the day because he even push me to make a decision yes or no do you wanted the tire when I was not even talking to him in the beginning I was talking to his employee and he didn’t know the conversation we were having this is a really bad service I ever seen in my life . I really felt like fighting back but is not worth it I hope his Business gets hurt do you all his bad service to customers.

Says they were open at 8 on google. Get here at 8:35 and the sign says they open at 8:30. Wait 10 minutes and still no one comes to unlock the door

U can also get ur brakes changed at this location faster then other shops. Also nice about this tire shop is they stay open until 7 pm. Mon.-Fri. And until 6 pm on Saturdays..

Bad business. Lug broke .it happens but they damaged a lot on my rim . I’ve asked for a discount and gave me 10 dollars off lol what a joke . My factory rim cost more than the new tires they put on .never going back .

This place is never open when I need them. They need to manage it more properly. They have great deals and when they are open its a quick experience. They dont take advantage of your knowledge of cars. And you always walk out with a satisfied wallet. Never makes you feel like you over spend. Cash only. BUT, Sometimes they tell me they open at 6 sometimes at 7 in the morning, when I show up they are always closed. I call the number and they tell me their out of town should be there at 10 or not at all. Unacceptable. They need proper schedule on when they will show up.

I needed two new rear tires. After a long wait to get a price for the tires, I then watched them proceed to take the FRONT two tires off. They finally understood that i wanted just the rear tires replaced. While putting the front tires back on, he brakes off a lug nut bolt! Then I pay and go home. And in the morning to go to work, the front passenger tire is flat! Yes, they are friendly, yes the service is fast, BUT they are not careful and do not pay attention to detail.

Both times Ive been here they opened late. Sitting here waiting for them to show up. Prices were reasonable however, hence why Im back. Im hoping theyre not as late as last time, I have to get to work.

Ive been coming here for about a year now I have never once had a problem with any of the batteries I purchase nor the used tires Ive also bought new tires and they be everybodys price hands down the service is first class and it feels like Im at home with my family thank you Cruz family your hard work does not go unappreciated

They are not up front with you about their prices, i went here after reading all the great reviews. Lady Told me it would be $15 a tire to install, thats the same price as Costco but these guys werent busy.. they do quick work, but my rims specifically say front and rear on them, and I notice him struggling to get them on and sure enough he had the rear rim on the front. So he switches them and I get ready to leave only to be told now I owe $3 a tire for disposal...... Why tell me this after I paid when Im about to leave? So I go back to the office to pay and the girl is on the phone so I wait and wait and finally get fed up and tell him to load up my old tires Im not waiting any longer ..At least Costco is honest and tells you its $14 to mount and balance and $1 disposal...Wont be back here

WELL I THOUGHT I HAD FOUND A GREAT REASONABLE SPOT TO BUY USED TIRES WHICH I KNOW WHAT THE MEANING USED IS AND ALL THEY HAD TO DO IS TELL ME THE TIRE THAT I PAID $50 FOR FROM CRUZ TIRE AND BATTERY 2 DIFFERENT EMPLOYEES ON 2 DIFFERENT TIMES OF THE TIRE JUST GOING OUT OF AIR ON ITS OWN AND THEY COULDNT FIND ANYTHING WRONG WITH IT FOR ME TO ONLY MAKE IT AS FAR AS MENEFEE TIRES ONLY FOR THOSE GENTLEMEN TO HELP ME FREE OF CHARGE TO FIND THE LEAK RIGHT AWAY AND PUT MY SPARE BACK ON SO I COULD MAKE IT HOME . ALL YALL HAD TO SAY WAS THE TIRE WAS UNFIXABLE, INSTEAD YALL SENT A WOMAN AND HER DAUGHTER ON THERE WAY KNOWING SHE WAS GOING TO BE ON A FLAT WITHIN 30 MINUTES I FEEL THAT WAS HURTFUL AND UNFAIR SO NO IM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE AT ALL AND I HAD GREAT REVIEWS FOR YALL BEFORE THAT (VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER).
