I visited this authorized dealer repair shop because my AC was not blowing cool air, an oil change and tire rotation. They provided a shuttle to/from my destination so that I did not have to wait for the vehicle, because they were backlogged. The AC issue was operator error. They were very honest regarding this and could have easily charged me for servicing the AC and I would not have known any better. I appreciate their honesty, integrity and exceptional customer service. It has been a very long time since I have experienced really good customer service. Also, I prefer to support small businesses, when possible. I will definitely return to Advanced Auto Care for future servicing because it is much more convenient than going to the dealer and I appreciate todays experience. I came in last minute and they were busy. I was expecting the car to be done by Thursday, but they got it done by Monday and I picked it up the next day. They were very awesome when I got there. The owner Mike was rude condescending to me as a customer. I had been standing there in the lobby 5 minutes without being greeted. The wonderful Mike that everybody talks about walk past me without saying the word or greeting me or even acknowledging my existence to go get water. Seriously not an issue at this time because I thought maybe he was thirsty and maybe somebody from the back. I quickly learned that he was the owner and an arrogant condescending person.... at least that was my feeling until that feeling was substantiate because the following persuaded:while I was talking to him about the recent history of the car and he said wait a minute because he forgot to get my license plate when he originally went out to get my reading in on my odometer on my car. That would be the second strike. Then as he told me on the phone he said it would be $130 they would try to check as to why the check engine light was on and it would probably take about an hour which by the way I understand that that there is a standard that is set by the state and they have to follow that according to what type of job they are doing so the $130 is not for an hours worth of Labor because nobody charges $130 per hour for labor so again I think this is not really honest. But you know what Im not going to dispute it because I thought it was a good job and Ive already taken my car theyre already traveled all the way to Marietta I just didnt want to try and find another mechanic out here in California. Song willing to pay a little extra just to make sure the job gets done. Then when I called to check up on the car a couple hours later he was rude to me over the phone he basically told me he may keep it until tomorrow. As if that was okay. I was told that when they were looking at the car it would take up to about an hour to figure out what the codes were and to diagnose it thats what I was paying for and when he talked to me on the phone he said they may keep it until tomorrow which means theyre going to push it to the back burner until whenever or he just does not want to be held accountable either ones not okay with me. I have the car worked on recently in Las Vegas and the person working on it was trying to diagnose the problem as well he was accommodating every single time I called he was professional every single time I called he never resorted to the tactics that this person did and by the way not one of the people who were there were wearing masks which are mandated by the state so believe me he doesnt want to follow the rules and hes rude so I took my car back. I will never use this man again and theres a reason hes in the Inland Empire rather than being in a good major city.

Ive had a number of repairs here and couldnt be happier with the service. They explain what the repair is in easy to understand language and my wife loves that. These guys have bent over backwards to get my truck fixed in a timely manner because they know I work nights. For me thats outstanding customer service.

Way over priced. Charged us $477 to replace actuator for front AC. Labor hours did match what we saw on internet. Service was great. May give them another shot, but with more caution concerning price.

A little pricey but they do a good job although my GRANDFATHER been using them for years he past away my grandma is 82 yrs old on social security and just spent 860 on fuel pump and they couldnt do a complimentary oil change i dont expect them too but. THESE PEOPLE ARE WHY MECHANICS GET A BAD NAME!! My girlfriend took her car to them because it was over heating, after their $95.00 diagnostic, it was determined that it needed almost $2,600.00 worth of work. After talking with friends I took it to another shop for a 2nd opinion, and go figure, the water pump you said was leaking, wasnt, the heater core you said was bad and leaking, wasnt..the only thing you had right was the fan was bad. So instead of $2,600 to fix, it cost me under $400.00. YOU SHOULD HAVE YOUR BUSINESS LICENSE REVOKED. PEOPLE COME TO YOU FOR AN HONEST OPINION AND IN NEED OF HELP AND FOR YOU TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THAT, IS JUST PLAIN WRONG. THATS OK, KARMA WILL COME BACK TO YOU. HAVE A GREAT DAY!!

The shop really came through for me, my car was stuck in park at a gas station oh, I had it towed over there. They fix the shifter at no cost so I have them do the transmission fluid with an air filter. They cut the cost of the air filter also. I will be using them again very professional

I took my car to this shop. They charged me $90.00 to tell me that I needed a radiator and a new manifold on one side. I then called 3 other shops in Lake Elsinore and they all said they charge between $45-55 dollars to inspect they car. This shop does not apply the whole $90.00 to the whole job only 1/2 and not to the radiator but only the manifold. They wanted $500.00 for the radiator and $600.00 for the manifold. Went I asked them to check a oil leak also they said they would charge me a separate $90.00. I told my car to National Automotive and they inspected everything and was WAY CHEAPER on their estimate.Right now I am getting my oil leak and radiator fixed for the cost of Advanceds radiator price. And a few other small things done. BEWARE OF ADVANCED AUTO ON RIVERSIDE DR by the cemetery!!!!

I needed a smog check and found Advance Auto Care on the web. I looked up the web site and info to contact them. I called and was greeted by Steve on the phone. I asked if I need an appointment for a smog check had he said not at the moment we are open. I rushed down and had the smog check done. I was notified (my gas cap failed). I thought its about time I had the same cap for 12 years.. LOL! They had a cap in stock and finished the smog check while I waited. (20 min. in all). This is my first time to Advanced Auto Care and being an ASE Certified Technician myself That is some record breaking work in my book. Thank You Steve, Ryan, and everyone else that works there. Your Top notch in my book and will recommend to all my friends. A+ service
