They are very helpful and honest here. Ive gone with my grandma a few times and they are very fair with the pricing. The last time she had a screw in a tire and they didnt charge her or try to get one over on her (or me) when we asked them to put a plug in it. 👍We need more honest business around and to stay open.Thanks Lake Elsinore Tire guys (and gals)!! 👏🤝

I called in a panic over a nail that had been found in my tire.The man who answered was polite and told me I could come in without an appointment.I was prepared to pay for a patch, but a friendly employee named Jeff pulled the nail from my tire and informed me it didnt go through. He then checked my tire pressure and I was on my way.I was not even charged a service fee which was a surprise.Thank you guys for kindly helping me out and I will keep you in mind for future tire needs!

Guys were all nice and did a great job. I had a front end alignment on my Honda they explained wht they did and didnt take very long I had an appointment at 8am and they took my car right in and started working, they get alot of business so an appointment is the way to go, this is my new place to bring my cars, great job guys thanks 😊 appreciate u

My experience on this company is so bad, I want for oil change they recommend breaks n tires, going off there words I pursued the service, passing a few days breaks were not dont right loud squeak, paying full price n far drives very bad experience, wish they did a better job, experience was in 2019 NovLocating another fire stone near Long beach in had the job reviewed N done over, still.uwhy the price, the service was recommended to myself a women solo ?? Seems typical

Fast and honest service.

On July 8, 20 my wife and I drove our motor home to the Launch Point R.V. Resort. Upon arriving I noticed back right dually had lost its tread. We called 3 tire stores and only Lake Elsinore tire and auto service had our size. I decided to replace and had the wife call them back to be sure the had 6 tires which they did. Stayed the night at Launch point and checked out just before 11am and drove straight to Lake Elsinore tire and without any hesitation they jumped right in and got to work. Had 6 brand new tires on in about an hour. Very friendly, fast, excellent service I recommend them to anybody the needs great service. Thank You Lake Elsinore tires.

Great service at extremely fair prices. I had to get a tire plugged and put additional air in it to get to their shop. It was repaired promptly. When I returned home I realized that I had forgotten to install the chrome valve cap and went outside to do so. They had installed another one that was almost identical without making a big deal out of it. Such great customer service is so vary rare these days and they have a customer for life!!

I have bought two sets of tires and had three vehicles aligned here since late last year. Jim is a great guy and they will be my exclusive tire supplier going forward.

Do not get an alignment from these guys. I brought my car in about a week ago with brand new tires and rims on it. I needed an alignment because i had just replaced all the rubber bushings on my suspension. I waited about an hour, paid and left. Car still pulled pretty hard to the right and my steering wheel was off center. Now, im currently at a more reputable shop, and theyre telling me that all 4 tires still needed adjustments, they were all over the place. I missed a few hours of work and wasted money on these guys. Its upsetting that they would send my car out like that when i clearly have brand new rims and tires. Spend the extra money and get a quality alignment done elsewhere or it can end up costing you twice the amount like my situation. I had faith in these guys because of all the 5 star reviews but i was wrong.

I had an alignment done today. They were ready for my appointment when I arrived and had me on my way sooner than I expected. I was impressed with the interactions I witnessed with other customers while I was there . Great customer service and very reasonable prices.

Got bait and switched in the middle of the tire installation. We first agreed on some quality Goodyear tires, then they tell me in the middle of the tire installation they dont have the tires we originally talked about. They did assure me the tires being installed were the same quality, and would be the same price. Ignorant I listened to the salesman, then when I went home and did my reearch I discovered the tires I got retailed for around 30 dollars each tire, but they were up sold to me around 90 dollars each tire. Never going back, this place is full of a bunch of thieves.

Called for estimate. Guy was a total dic . Sorry but your their mercy and they take advantage...I pray for the day when we can trust without worry...

Friendly service. $20 to plug not patch but plug a flat tire. Wasnt offered an option. Told after the work was completed a patch was $5 more. Which I would have paid to have completed. Highest price I have ever been charged.

Jim was referred to me through my mechanic - Jim is a matter of fact kind of man. Jims staff performed a front end alignment on my vehicle in the time stated and at the price quoted. I would encourage friends to Lake Elsinore Tire & Auto.

I don’t recommend this tire shop at all. Very rude no manners. And my alignment was still not good after they were done. Kept telling the guy to fix my camber and he wouldn’t listen. Not worth the 80 bucks I paid !!!!!!!

Charged 60 bucks to fix a few leaks. Tried to get me for 120 just to look at alignment. Jack slipped and broke a u bolts on my springs but I saw the hide the evidence.. all that said I can live with.. I didnt even say anything about the broken bolt but (could have caused an accident because they just tried to hide it without even inspecting it.) The worst part is they treated me like I was bothering them.. not how I would treat a customer. So no ill never go back. Two stars because they leaks did get fixed.
