I would recommend Apria without hesitation. My mother was in a rehab facility I went to see her on Wednesday and was told she was going to be discharged on Friday. I was in a panic as she was not able to walk and even had great difficulty standing. I had no equipment at home. I was in need of a hospital bed, wheel chair and bedside commode. I contacted Apria and by Friday morning I had all the equipment I needed to help care for her. They were prompt, curtious. The gentleman that delivered the equipment was polite and very helpful. My experience with them was nothing short wonderful. Thank you so much.

Am a current customer. The technicians are great, thats it. Office always has an attitude and customer service is the worst. Use alternative company if at all possible.

Im a truck driver and need a cpap to stay in compliance to keep my cdl license current with a yearly physical. I have an older machine that does not transmit my usage data to my Dr. Because of Sean and the staff at Apria Healthcare in Lake City, I can continue to work and provide for my family because they print out my compliance reports. They realise there are always special exceptions and do what they can to keep us going. Thank you very much! Theodore Santana.

The worst communication that I have ever experienced. No service or satisfaction.Apria was able to adequately solve my problem in a subsequent call. They then reached out to me to specifically address my concerns.

Horrible customer service that doesn’t even earn the one star I was forced to give. I have been waiting for months for a respiratory therapist to call since I haven’t been able to use my machine they sent and are continuously billing me and my insurance for. Talk about a scam. I had a rep give me a number specifically after telling them that I have been waiting and the rep was rude and seemed bothered by the fact that she had to do her job.Bottom line do not use this company as they are a scam. You are the product and they do not care about you at all.

My mother is on oxygen. Her machine is broke again. They gave her an empty tank the last time she had to go to the office. She needs someone to come to her house to fix the machine. Her small tanks are empty and she has no way to fill them. Now she is unable to leave her home.

Every single time I have ordered supplies they send me the wrong breathing tube for my Machine, then they always try to charge me for a deductible from my insurance which doesnt apply CPAP supplies are 100% covered by my health insurance! The last time I had to do a conference call with my health insurance provider to inform the rep verbally I owed nothing on the supplies!!

Impossible to reach the local office by phone even when they leave the local number to call. You are automatically routed back thru the regional number having to press multiple options, finally reaching a rep that talks too fast with such a heavy accent you cant understand, asking you to repeat name, DOB and who you are trying to reach all over again. People at local office are very nice but if I cant reach them I need to change providers.

The local people were okay. However, that is it. If you needed to get in contact forget it. I am actually 45+ minutes away but since I could NEVER get in touch with the people even with local phone numbers I would just show up. I also had issues with getting sent supplies I did not ask for or ordered, then getting charged for them. The problem? The supplies were wrong. I used to have a CPAP then a BIPAP. I wanted a mask that only covered the nose when it was changed from a CPAP to a BIPAP. They tried to discourage me. Look I had done the sleep study for a 3rd time & the nose mask was much better & helped me. They just didnt want to do it. I then started having billing issues between Apria & Carecentrix (sp). All of a sudden getting a $2000 bill for the past 1 1/2 years. No one could explain why then opps a mistake. Thank goodness I dont have to deal with this any longer. They were nice but chaotic, clueless, couldnt answer questions...
