Sent in portable oxygenatot for repair on 11 Oct 21. Same date ordered & paid $390.00 for rental replacement unit. Was not told no rental units were available. Here, 2 weeks later, no rental unit. After numerous calls, to several different customer service representatives, over te last2 weeks, still no rental unit. Surly a company this size would insure units were available for rental shipment. 1s Class Medical has me over a barrel. In retrospect, I would have NEVER done business with your company. Our companies offer loaner units, at no cost, during repair. I guess I chose the wrong company to do business with. NEVER AGAIN.
Ordered an portable oxygen, called to cancel order because it was the same machine I was renting and hated it, he did not offer a return number so I was charged a 500.00 restocking fee. So much for upstanding family owned business.
I purchased a concentrator on Nov. 6 and it has stopped working on Nov.22i need this equipment and trying to enjoy a little bit of my life. so now you want to charge me $500. restocking fee!!!!! Give me a break. I live on Social Security. PLEASE!!!!!!!
Bought a Philips Respironics portable oxygen concentrator from them two years ago. Recently felt it wasn’t working properly. Called and they said it was still under warranty. Took it in and they fixed it in three hours. No charge. Lovely people to deal with.

When we first received the machine it was heavier than we thought but seem to work well. It is not not that old maybe 2 years but has worked fine. They told us it was guanaranteed thru 2021. When turned it on couple weeks ago error message said hot and close down. Call this company and said to send in for repair. Received it back and first time I used it error message again different problem. Said did you not check to see if it worked before returning. Anyway they called said my machine was ready butneededto send them close to 400 for repair and then they say will have to charge fore this repair as different problem. Whats the guarantee for. Many co.panies sell these Chechen before you bueastheseare are not a legit company.repair and I said did you notchech
So far l have been very happy with the G-3, but l had to send it back only after 5 months, but l understand that equipment does brake down from time to time unfortunately, lm happy with the tech support that l received so far l feel that lm in good hands with the right company an that they will fix the problem ASAP n send my G-3 back to me from Florida, truly Grateful Mr.Z.
Just wanted to say thank you to Caleb Umstead for making, us very happy after having a problem with Medical 1 staff. I was very unhappy with tech support telling me our battery was only good for 30 days when I only had a hour on our machine. As soon as I posted this Caleb went above and beyond to find out our phone number and contacted us immediately to take care of our problem. We received batteries the very next day, and was told if we needed anything else just contact him personally. Guess Medical one does care about there customer. I will definitly recommend them to anyone who needs a Oxgen Concentrator. Thanks again Caleb.
