The service at the ATT Store is lacking what it was once your forte. Worst tech support online or instore I have ever seen. Im switching carriers.Im now with T-Mobile. After DECADES as an AT&T customer I finally had enough of the totally bad customer service when it comes to technical support. For 4 years Ive experienced issues with Number Sync. Every time there is an Android OS update the eSim for the watch gets wiped out. Usually I can go to the AT&T store and get it fixed but the current staff doesnt know how to provision an eSim. Im done.

One of the employees in this store are no good lying thieving person. Bought a note 10+5g and a 40 screen protector Had it for several months went in box to get charger and it says in box that it comes with a screen protector and there is no screen protector in box.The lady in there intentionally did that. Young lady i pray you have seeked forgiveness. I forgive you but i will never buy anything from your store again.

I feel scamed!!! I came in to transfer from one company to At&t. I told them up front that two of my current phones were locked and that I was not getting phone service with my current company. I was told I could try to get the phones unlocked and that would be able to switch to AT&T. I was advised to switch all four lines that day and then have the service added to. Because of the things that were not explained on the first round I ended up having to pay almost four hundred dollars out of pocket down payment to get the two additional phones added to my 4 phone plan. I ended up spending so much money just to switch to AT&T that I did not have or plan to spend. Very unsatisfied!!!! Disgusted! Unhappy and broke!

Stood outside this store for 15 minutes in 85 degree heat for her to open. When she finally did, she told me she couldnt sell me a $400.00 iPhone because she was alone in the store and I would have to come back. I wont be back. I wont use AT&T and just so everyone knows, I ordered this phone online from AT&T on July 18. They initially lost my order, then found it and then, accidentally cancelled my order. So I chose to still go to the AT&T store to buy this 2020 iPhone and got treated really bad. Shame on you Sharon and AT&T.

This is the worst att store I have ever been in. The work orders messed up, trade in stuck in a drawer with a post it, employees uninformed, giving different answers, trying to work with 2 people at once. We have spent hours there. I will never go there again. 4 different visits.

The is the worst corporate store Ive ever been to because of store manager Sharon Vidal....she has no clue about customer service. She is horrible, how she became store manager I have no idea. She treated me with complete and utter disrespect.
We stopped in yesterday for some help with my phone. We were greeted by Josh and was given the absolute worst customer service ever. Rather than try to help as it has always been my experience, he hands me a brochure and tells me to call customer service without even attempting to help. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because a lady there helped my husband with a purchase and she was nice.

7/26/18. A store employee (Josh) was more focused on watching TV than providing accurate customer service. I was arrogantly told by him; my bill would be $50 higher than the att call center and that he DIDNT CARE what the call center told me. The next day I talked to the manager (Aaron) who provided equally poor customer service. I doubt that he will reprimand his employee,but at least he could add correctly. Technical knowledge does not equait to proper customer service.

Haven’t even been back with AT&T for five days, and already the lying and underhanded business practices have reared their ugly head.We had to switch from Verizon back to AT&T because even on Verizon’s top tier data plan, our data never worked, and my boyfriend had no service at the fire station where he works.We were NEVER asked if we wanted to enroll in mobile protection for our phones. We buy iPhones, we purchase AppleCare+ with them. I was wondering why the salesperson said our bill would be $205/month for less data than we had with Verizon.Well, I’ll tell you why. Because she added $25 worth of AT&T mobile protection to our phone plan WITHOUT ASKING AND WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION. I HATE that we had to switch back to AT&T, because I did not miss the scummy way they do business.I’m so glad I got an email about it tonight, but now I have to call AT&T tomorrow to get refunded for the time this UNWANTED and UNACCEPTED “insurance” was on our plan.Too bad this is the only AT&T store in town. First time I’ve ever been there, and now I don’t trust them AT ALL. Happy to know this is how AT&T takes care of a first responders. 👍🏽

I cant buy the phone outright because manager wont allow it. Must do installments ie contract but swears its not a contract. And they cant figure out why the store is empty. His words. We were lied to about the service availablity as well as the cost of service per month. Devices were bought and returned within in 3 days because they were unable to honor their quote and the service was poor and data was SLOW. We were charged $90.00 restocking fees even though the return was their fault. We would not have purchased with this store had we been given accurate information. Also, we were given account information of 4 different customers with our paperwork. Thankfully we are honest people and returned the paperwork. BUYERS BEWARE!!! We went back to VERIZON.
Current customer. Came in and paid cash the clerk deposited the money on the wrong account thus causing a late fee and reconnect fee. Why should i have to pay for that when my account was paid on time already called customer service and 1 rep was supposed to fix it. Called back today and now they dont want to fix it... Customer service is lacking badily with this company.
Theyre location is pretty easy to find right off the main road in the back section of the plaza . Seems to be a friendly atmosphere and customer service is good.
There is no service after the sale. Once you walk out the door with your new phones you are dead to them. If you are getting new service there great but do not expect any service after the sale.

Helped us get some new protective glass on my phone. Another store had their employee put protective glass on and it was never right, it just popped off. They got us set up and the protective glass was put on correctly.
