The staff are so friendly. They did not have a huge selection of anime items my young son wanted. They are able to order some items if they are out. They were also doing a promotion on a bag that costs $5. Everything you can fit in the bag was 20% off. I believe it was just swag and merchandise but not games. The staff is great.

Thomas (the manager of this store) is fantastic. The recent improvements that this store underwent has drastically improved not only the appearance but it seems like the inventory issues they used to have arent an issue anymore. We are lucky to still have this store!

That man Thomas is AWESOME, every single time we go he is so customer service oriented, knowledgable about all the products and goes above & beyond to help if hedoesnt know something. Kudos to GameStop👍💖*** Just went in a week ago and Ashley helped my daughter with whatever she wanted to know about the Switch, we were grateful for her insight. Dont remember the guys name but he had great input as well. Both employees were very knowledgeable about the products being sold there👍💖

This place is terrible. Im sure at one point it was actually a great place to work, but the staff seemed upset, and werent knowledgeable at all.

Super friendly at Gamestop. Lake City recently consolidated down to one location but it seems to be working out fine. Im curious if Covid has had something to do with buy back? I prefer to buy games after they have been out and theyre cheap. It seems like they dont keep as much preowned stock as they used to.

I shop here with my boy friend today we got a buy one get one free shirt and a rick morty plumbus lamp! We where just getting the lamp but I had two 5$ off coupons being a pro member and just by shopping there for all my gaming and anime stuff I love Star Wars and have got two mandalorian cups for my self. Thomas the manger always greets us kindly. What he’s done with that store is amazing it’s like life has been brought back to it. We’ll be going back for sure. My boyfriend has been a pro member since 2012 and he’s told me since the new management has been in the store has been doing so much better. They’ve added a lot and I hope to see a bigger space or more partnerships with GameStop anime was a great step and hope for the company to keep doing so well

Thomas the manger is the best I’ve been going to the game stop since 2012 and this is the best manger I’ve seen in there. He’s been there for a while and his growth over time is amazing. I see this store to continue to go big places with him there. I got there form time to time to buy little collective items and he’s always there very supportive he never bugs you to buy where it turns down the sale instead he listens and gives you all the information you would need on items I bought a naruto beanie and he showed me the venom funko boxes I got a glow in the dark human torch 20$ for the box with the funko. 5 items and the funko I got is rare and going for 45$ mind you this is my first time buying a funko too. To anyone reading I say stop by this GameStop for a nice chat with friendly helpful staff or just check out all the new cool merch I’ll be going back Friday waiting on that shipment thanks again Thomas

Order a game online for switch then they dont stand behind the order even when mario party with joy cons L and R included are on the order just started shopping at gamestop I guess walmart is better store. Offered to cancel my order for me instead of give me what I bought.

The Gleason square location is closed for some reason, the one by big lots is open. Wow, terrible, lol they have NOTHING in stock. Boxes out for things they dont have, knowledge of staff is minimal. Shouldve shut this one down and kept the other in town.
