So picture it.... Youre out of town and you blow the cigarette lighter fuse, OMD #CELLPHONES are the only thing I thought of.... So I scurried into the AutoZone with 9 more hours to drive I told my story and after getting my fuses the nicest guy volunteered to take a look! After checking my fuses he directed me to the Chevy dealer 1/2 mile up the street... NOW how cool and considerate was that!You gotta love people who love their job and go above and beyond to make sure you get back on the road with our problems solved... I so wish I remembered his name...... Maybe he will remember the Chocolate Sister with the Heavy White Chevy that said THIS GIRL CAN!GOD Bless you my mechanical Angel your efforts were greatly appreciated!

I like this establishment, but I dont like how you use your phone number every single time u pay for something but I cant use my phone number as an efficient way to proof of purchase, date, or return. I purchased an Tire monitor sensor, turned out I didnt need the $60 part, been less than 60 days and was not opened, but lost receipt, tried to return to get my $ back for said item and ofcourse had to get a damn gift card. Man if the phone isnt sufficient for a return why is it efficient for a purchase?

Adam was very knowledgeable at knowing what he was looking for and told me where to find the information he needed to look for my part. I called 2 different Advanced Auto locations and they seemed to have no idea what they were doing and not very knowledgeable. They ordered my parts and they were there when they said theyd be...UPDATE 5/8/21Today I went back to Autozone to pick up my part - it was like a different place! Maybe on the weekends when the manager isnt there they act differently? My friend ordered spark plugs, he needed 6 and yesterday they only had 3 so we asked if he could just order 3 more since I had to come back anyway to pick up my order - he even told him the time theyd be in! Today when he went to pick them up (same employee from yesterday) he told him that he didnt order them! I was there, and I heard him so he did! I think he was too busy talking to other employees instead of focusing on the customer. My friend went to Advanced Auto and got them all there and now hes returning the ones he bought. A different employee who waited on me seemed like he was in a bad mood or something - different atmosphere from the day before. I do like AutoZone as they seem to know more about their parts but friendly customer service is important to a lot of customers and I tend to revisit places that care about that aspect of their business....

Everything was in stock that I needed and the clerk was very helpful and even carried my items out to my car for me. Plus an extra bonus, I got what I needed at 15% off because it was on special until the end of the month. This is my new go to auto parts store.

The guy wasnt sure what we needed,couldnt come outside to look at the car to see what is wrong because of the virus. So my advice if your like me and dont know anything about cars make sure you find out what is wrong before you go here because you are on your own

I went in and asked for help to find some paint to cover up scratches on my car first a woman I ask for help she told me to go to all 6 then I asked a man at the register to help and he told me to call Hyundai and ask him what the paint color was so I got no help at all. So know I got absolutely no help from two people that I ask for help they were too busy to help me

Drove up there to get my battery tested, the clerk said it was dead, went and checked said he didnt carry my battery, and then my truck wouldnt start, so I had to beg for a jump, they seemed to be inconvenienced as if I was asking for a kidney, still no luck, had to borrow my GFs car drive to Advanced auto parts on Mainstreet, and Danielle took great care of my automotive needs and gave me a discount as well for my trouble, just a heads up to all shoppers, drive the extra mile, and go to Advanced to save yourself some headaches...

Im a guy I want to AutoZone to get a booster because I thought my battery was going dead the booster would barely start my truck so I brought it back for a refund dealt with Ashley ash first female that ever had work on my vehicle she is very knowledgeable friendly her and the manager help me get a battery for the cost of what I exchange the booster box for theres like a hundred and something dollars only had $89 Im going to my doctors appointment today because of them they made it possible I got the marine battery without all the extra 40 $50 they just waved it she went and put my battery in for me Im blessed thank you for your kindness at AutoZone in lake City and made a difference in my life thank you very much Chris ogles live oak Florida

They used to be really good; always had the parts you need in stock, but for past year they’ve been going down hill with no parts in stock that I’ve needed.

Went in their this morning because my truck wouldnt start. Damon (hopefully Im spelling his name right) tested my battery and told me it was bad. I had purchased the gold battery so Damon replaced it for me for free. He was very helpful and friendly. Took care of all my needs.

They were very helpful they were willing to help change the alternator in our 2003 dodge ram the manager was helping us, there was 2 guys on night shift who took the alternator out and one of them even got hit in the face with a crowbar while trying to help us i would definitely recommend going to this autozone.

Love AutoZone great place great people. Most everyone Ive come across in an AutoZone is knowledgeable to some extent. Never had a bad experience Ive been a rewards club member for who knows how long. They could open a new store with all the $20 rewards they have given me.

They claim they have price matching. I guess you could say that as long as the price your matching is from the source they choose. The employee was very rude. I asked to see the manager and he was just as rude. As I was leaving I said to the manager, I dont blame your employee for being rude as I can see the example he has in you, in how to treat customers. He had a remark to that, but I couldnt hear him as I walked out the door. By the way the price of the alternator I was getting price matched was an additional $40.00 cheaper at Rock Auto the company that this manager said I could only use to get a price match. The company I wanted to use was $50.00 more cheaper than Auto Zone. In other words Auto Zone charged $90.00 more than the company that I found that had the exact same alternator. Auto Zone is over priced, and rude to customers. Doesnt deserve even one star!

Though my car was about to die on me. The guy, here ran a diagnostic on the old girl and told me it was just the battery. Has worked great .

The employees here were very helpful. I told them what my car was doing. They tested the battery and replaced it. They tested my alternator. Seeing it was bad, they tried to help me find a good mechanic that would replace it at 5:00. Unfortunately my car has to many other parts that have to be removed to get to the alternator. The store was nice and neat.

Stood for 30 minutes trying to get help on switching out a toggle switch. 7 months pregnant, 5 Employees in the store only 2 helping customers. Very aggravating will be going back to using oreilly’s.

Guys have always been helpful to me with wiper install and reading engine codes. They do get busy sometimes but most of us are courteous to others who came in before and dont cheat the wait.
