UPS dropped my package off here as an access point and it was signed for by ***. Store claimed no *** worked there and they couldnt find my package.Edit: after contacting UPS, they notified me the store found my package. It was open to clearly see a phone inside, but could have just been mishandling.

My check engine light was on and the employee James M was friendly while helping me . He used a code reader to scan my truck computer . He then told me the exact O2 sensor that needed replaced . I highly recommend them for parts and accessories .

I usually enjoy my time here. But this time wasnt for cool. The employees where very short with there customer and being lazy.

I had called up to see if they would let me borrow a code reader the woman answers and tells me they cannot do it off the property which I understand. I said ok and then she just hangs up no am sorry or sorry your going through that nothing just hangs up, she sounded very crude and not very nice. This is not a big deal but I dont like places that cannot give a customer just as nice of service as if you were standing right in front of them.

They are good.. like any Auto parts store they are busy but I only go there first unless emergency and need a part like yesterday... I like how they treat me and choose them over others... Great deals and coupon codes available through your email...

In less than 5 minutes I ordered a part for my 21 year old vehicle that was available for pickup 4 hours later. After having been told by a competitor that the part was only available through the dealership. Adam was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and did not judge my near total mechanical ignorance. This will be where I purchase all future automotive parts and supplies.

Needed to rent a speciality tool and they knew exactly what I needed and they had it to loan out I was stoked!

My go to place for auto parts. Knowledgeable staff. Will check/install your battery and even help you choose/install wipers and all at no extra charge! No public bathroom?!! Had an intestinal emergency and was sent away... first time they let me down (especially since I have used the employees restroom in the past).

Very discouraged about giving them anymore of my business. I had to order a part for my vehicle on the 20th of December. I was told it would take a few days with the holiday and it had to be shipped from Lakeland FL. Not a big deal.....I called day after day. Some associates couldnt even find where it had been ordered. When I called to inquire about the order, I was often put on hold, and rushed to get off the phone. I just decided to take my business elsewhere after the 4th of January, and still no part.

Really like walking in and having someone who is knowledgeable to find the exact part that I need for my husbands truck.

Very helpful. Needed a coil and they helped diagnose which one needed replacing and actually told my friend how it would go in. Very nice, and very good with vehicles and parts.

Sales person friendlySeveral people taking orders out to be delivered, we were asked to wait for help. Thats OKWe bought alternator and battery less than year ago. Now alternator not working, under warranty. Took van to shop, tested found problem, had to wait on garage and then go back to advance, buy 212.00 new alternator and then drive back to garage. Where well pay labor to put on new skternator we bought today. Then take old under warranty alternator back across town to get our money back.WHY could they not deliver new one to garage, since they deliver parts?????

Great fast friendly service

So I ordered a clutch kit and it was missing a pilot bearing that was included with the kit. So I call and go up there and bring the kit and they look it up and wont be able to get another kit in until tomorrow morning which doesnt work for me because I need it by today, but they do have the bearing in stock by itself. They then proceed to make me pay for this bearing!!!! Unbelievable. Not to mention the wait! There were two employees working the front desk with 5 of us customers in line just waiting. The only reason Im giving this 3 stars is because of the employees Yvonne and Holly. They were so sweet and kind and were the ONLY true helped I received.

My friend asked me to pick up a part for him as I was already close by. He called and they had it waiting, I paid with my debit card. Got it to him and he took it out of the box, realized it was the wrong part for his year car. Called them and the right part would take several days to get. He found the tight part elsewhere. Tried to return it himself but did not have my debit card. That was the next morning which was yesterday. I took it and the receipt and my card to return it and was told that we had switched the part out, I said no, then was told the part had been installed snd screws were stripped out. He never put a screwdriver on it. The part looked and was brand new I was told Id have to bring it in on Monday to speak with another manager, when I asked who I needed to see I was then told I was speaking to the manager. I had to get loud and was very upset to get my money refunded all because they sold him the wrong part in the first place. I will never shop there again and will tell EVERYONE I know how they treated me.

The manager was helpful however the AGM, not so much. He had an attitude over a simple refund on a defective item that was two weeks old with a receipt. Two stars due to AGM.

Three nice ladies working here. Its a busy store and always crowded. My internet orders even 24 hours prior are never ready so 3 stars. I receive better service at the Hwy 90 location.

Just always know the specific part number of the part(s) you need, prior to visiting the store. This particular store is pretty good; however, the others I have visited had the habit of giving me the wrong part and making matters worse, not doing anything about the additional expenses incurred by having to pay someone to remove the part, the time and expenses of returning the part. They should, at a minimum, give a refund and not charge for the part, when its their fault. Thats what responsible businesses do. I do, however, understand that there are people out there who are scammers. Theres ways to take care of that, so, thats just a convenient excuse. Its quite upsetting to spend 30 minutes installing a part, getting to the last bolt and finding the bolt hole doesnt line up because its the wrong part.

A wonderful lady waited on me got me the light bulbs I needed for my truck, a turn signal and brake light so I would not get a ticket from the next Sheriff that saw me! Thank you.

Austin deserves a raise he went beyond the Call of Duty. I got there as closing doors he helped me on his own time. ty Austin after closed he fix my headlight.. Im an old lady and traveled with a toddler i couldnt drive no headlights he saved me big time!

Normally when I go to these auto parts stores I dont expect the employees to know much more than how to work the register. But out of desperstion I went here for advice after hours browsing online forums with no luck. Josh and the guy that only works on Saturdays (did not catch his name) helped me within minutes with great advice on how to fix the broken plastic evap system on my fuel tank. Great knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend.

Falling in your parking lot on my knees in a huge puddle of oil was not fun for me and hurt very much. Messed my knee up and my pants. Told your people but they where to busy helping other people to fix this issue. Was told by another customer who seen this happened to me said i should sue.

Bigger selection than most. The prices are competitive. The inventory is bigger than most places. The only downside is they are usually very understaffed. It can take quite a while if they get hit with a group of customers at once.
