Im seeing alot of REVIEWS about hours of Operations on Saturdays! The Hours given on the Ad plainly say 10:00 am! Jesus!! Anyways, Great store with EXCELLENT customer service! 5 stars in my Book guys!!

Online shows to be open 8am really should update that. I completely understand the storm situation however every other corporate business has updated their hours online. Please consider that going forward. Other than that a great staff is usually in store and eager to assist.

Have used their mailing and notary services more than a few times and found them to be efficient and friendly.

Will rob you blind and lie about it. Manager is incredibly rude. Corporate wont help you when things go wrong because its not actually owned by them. Will agree with you and tell you theres nothing they can do.

Absolute above and beyond quality of service. I dropped off an item of importance and forgot to put something in the package. I called and told them Id be by to give them the item. I got side-tracked with family things, and they called and asked if i still planned on swinging by. THEY CALLED AND ASKED IF THEY COULD DO ME A FAVOR. I showed up as the last truck was loading and the lady, with little prompt, quickly came up with the perfectly packaged box waiting for the forgotten item. Im blown away by this. Everyone there was so nice and helpful.

PLEASE UPDATE STORE HOURS ONLINE, I got there at 9:30 on a Saturday to find out they don’t open until 10, I saw at least 15 other vehicles pull up and check the door and drive off.

Best experience I’ve had with trying to ship something. I was dealing with a really unwieldy package that was going to be super expensive to ship. However, Jasmin worked with me two days in a row to try to get the price down as much as possible, all while talking me through the process. Just fantastic service, thanks Jasmin!

I rented a Mail box here for 3 months for BOTH- my businesss use and personal. The process of application was easy, box was affordable and reasonably priced and accompanied with friendly customer service. I also like the features of notification of mail arrival via email.The 3rd month doing buisness with this branch regarding a mailbox idk what happened. My packages have gone missing and still missing. I picked up my mail from this store and it was admitted to me by an employee in the store that personal letters and packages had been tampered with or had been opened.A personal letter and package had been resealed by the same tape they use for packing in this store. The contents of the package that was opened or tampered with, had been switched out for another product. 😔I also noticed in my mail, letters that had been post marked a month from my pickup day and also mail that had also been mailed to another address.As for Package Notifications: In the 3rd month, I received notifications the packages had been delivered by email. went to the store and packages not there (3 separate occasions). After this 1st incident I begin to call the store first to verify if packages or mail had arrived. called once to verify If I had mail, told yes by a store employee, arrive at store and no mail.Interactions with management to resolve these issues I could never get a clear explanation for these things. It was told it was problems with the carrier, then once verified no issues with carriers, the address was to blame. Even after official documents were provided the sender was to blame and I was at fault as well.This is not my buisness nor do I work here. i dont accept the responsibility nor the accountability of the way others chooses to do buisness especially in dealing unfairly. Honestly this experience has been inspiring. Start my own mailbox store and run it in fashion to where customers are appreciated. Where I can exercise honesty and loyalty to patrons.

Terrible customer service. Tried to overprice the shipping item without giving me alternative solutions as to how to ship my item. Left out of this place confused and without a shipped item. Will never go back to these people again. Disgruntled customer.

Excellent customer service! The staff is always friendly. I have never had a problem with this establishment. A very pleasant experience.

Staff is always great, we have had a business account with them for 6 or 7 years, account started on Derrick drive. They always go above and beyond for my company!! I wish they would open another store away from that shopping center on prien due to traffic / parking lot. I highly recommend the ups store

I always get friendly service when I have to ship here. Packages have always been delivered quickly and no damage. Little on the pricey side though.

Wish I’d seen the review prior to going there about the notary services being by appt only. This really should be stated on their website upfront.

Just shipped something, employees were awesome. Did not even have to wait, even better.

Yesterday I received a package from UPS and I was very upset to see the driver just throw the package down on my porch..when I retrieved the package the packaging and the box was wide open..Very unsatisfied with the service..

The corporate office has been a nightmare hopefully the local location will be more helpful

This will be the fifth time Ive called since 8 AM. I have ONE question about Notarizing and that is the price! I keep getting, Thank you for calling UPS store, please hold! and then nothing. Usually that means someone has hung up on me. I called twice before 8 and their voicemail box wasnt available apparently. ONE QUESTION. PUT YOUR NOTARY PRICES ONLINE!

Notary is appointment only. Nothing on their site says that and they wouldn’t answer the phone before I showed up so I wasted my time here.
