My package is stuck at their store for 3 days. I called and asked what the holdup was on the second day, and they assured me that my package was on the truck and would be delivered. I still dont have it.
Unbelievable. Avoid this location if you can. I’m not sure if I’ve ever been treated so rudely. I came in to overnight ship a very important package. First, I was not greeted - which is understandable. The two male employees just looked at me without speaking. I was finally helped by a male employee who gave the impression that I was bothering him. He rushed me and continued to behave as if I was some type of bother. He asked me if wanted a signature on the package, and I said no. He repeated, “ok no signature”. I paid $43 for my transaction and was happy to be done with this place. Unfortunately, while I checked the address on the receipt, I did not notice that he manually typed in that I wanted a signature. He went against my wishes and possibly purposely marked my package as needing a signature, and now I’m having extreme trouble getting a package that I paid top dollar to ship. Extremely irresponsible, rude, and disgusting behavior by the employee at this location.
Truly blown away . I am a small business owner and I ship lots of packages at this location. One employee by the name Joshua is so pleasant and helpful I pray he’s always there because I am treated so poorly by the other employee, he doesn’t deserve to deal with the public at all today he wanted so badly to go back and forth with me in a child like manner when I brought it to his attention, he’s always armed with an attitude I guess hoping to not have to deal with “his job” and get you out of the door faster, not only that he makes your trip there a lot more complicated than it should be I’ve had two other friends tell me how rude he was. From now on I will avoid this location at all costs and definitely will be calling corporate it’s ridiculous.
Tried to get copies made and the guy behind the counter told me he would be with me as soon as he could. I said thats fine, and he told me it probably wont be anytime soon. Needless to say I walked out

They wanted over $300 to print about 80 pages of normal, run of the mill documents and needless to say I got the hell out of there as quick as my legs could carry me. Also, all the printers out front were broken yet they dont tell you this until after they scan your credit card. Oh, and the credit card scanner by the printers is out of order so of course they have to take your card behind the counter, where you cant see it, in order to enter the numbers into their system.
I had a last minute copy job near closing time and the two gentlemen were very pleasant and helpful. They finished my copies before closing, even though they didnt have to. Im hank you fellas, you saved the day.

Hostile staff. I never once raised my voice or tried to blame them for losing my package, but the lady on the phone and her manager had extremely poor attitudes and didnt even try to help me with my issue. My issue being that my package had sensitive information in it and was basically an identity theft care package. I hand delivered it to an employee there and it was scanned in their store but they werent able to track it some how even with the tracking number.I half expect to be showing this complaint to the police in a year or so when a bunch of credit cards are falsely opened up in my name.Why does this location exist?
I went in and had to get a banner made that day, I had an image to use but once it was blown up it got pixelated and wouldnt have looked professional at all. The manager spent at least twenty or thirty minutes helping me find an hd picture so it would be nice. He asked me along every step of the way if I was happy with the results with any change made. It was done in about three hours and I couldnt have been more pleased with the product or the service. Thank you again for all your help!
How do working class people get anything they need here between end of shift & traffic for a 6pm close time Mon/Tue?
Was trying to print over $200 of color posters and my thumb drive was not supported by their machine they wouldnt let me borrow a drive to move files from my laptop to their printer would only sell me one for $20 . You lost a loyal customer
Visited this store a week ago in the evening. I needed help from the associate who I had to retrieve from the back and he said he didnt know how the machine worked, he couldnt tell me what to do, just play around with it. The machine didnt seem to be functioning properly, and the guy was no help, just shrugged. As far as I was concerned, the associate was merely taking up space. Even though I did everything except stand on my head, I could not get the desired results for my project. I left $11. 90 cents poorer and high blood pressure and a vow to never return.
Fed ex made a huge mistake on my fathers obituary. Instead of apologizing, the worker blamed me, the customer, for the error. Dont frequent this business if you support sensitivity in times of sorrow. If that worker would like to apologize (you know who you are) feel free to contact me.
Shipping is always fast and efficient, but their customer service is lacking. One older guy that works there is very rude when you ask questions.
Line gets a little long because both receptionists are helping I ne costumer but it has the majority if what you need and ship it if needed
Guy Lucas locked the doors at 8:58 p.m. while I was at the door. FedEx is supposed to close at 9:00 p.m. poor service
